Abstract

Pelayanan kepada masyarakat saat ini masih menerapkan metode mendengarkan dan mencatat dibuku aspirasi atau keluhan yang disampaikan oleh masyarakat. Metode tersebut memiliki kelemahan yang tidak dapat termonitoring dengan jelas sehingga masyarakat tidak memiliki info apakah aspirasi atau keluhannya sudah tertangani oleh pemerintah desa atau sebaliknya. Dengan data perkembangan TIK di Indonesia terutama terkait pengguna telepon selular dan internet semakin mendorong untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan menggunakan media telepon selular dan internet yaitu perlu adanya software yang dapat membantu melayani masyarakat. Permasalahan mitra seperti pelayanan kepada masyarakat mengenai penerimaan pengajuan aduan dan tanggapan pengaduan, masyarakat merasa kurang efektif dalam menyampaikan aduannya, tanggapan dari pemerintah belum realtime dan form berkas pengaduan yang masih manual sering hilang dan basah. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah mensosialisasikan aplikasi aduan masyarakat kepada pemerintah desa dan masyarakat untuk dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai sarana atau media pengaduan kepada pemerintah desa. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat berupa pelatihan aplikasi Monitoring Laporan Aduan Masyarakat telah dilaksanakan dengan lancar sesuai dengan rencana, sasaran dan tujuan yang diharapkan yaitu untuk memudahkan masyarakat Desa Kedunggede dalam menyampaikan aduan yang saat ini belum terkomputerisasi ke komputerisasi (Aplikasi Pengaduan berbasis mobile) seperti kegaduhan, infrastruktur desa, aduan mengenai alam, dan lain-lain.

Abstract

The Kabeh Free Website is a system used for submitting population documents, the website is a solution for residents in Banyumas, especially those who are far from Purwokerto City, to be able to submit residence documents online without having to go to Dindukcapil. However, in practice, there are still residents who choose to register offline, while there are several complaints from the Banyumas community that there is no submission guide on the website, delays in confirmation via e-mail, users have difficulty submitting because the website is having an error. This is the reason for researchers to conduct research with the aim of knowing the success of the Gratis Kabeh website with the DeLone and McLean model and knowing which variables have an influence on the Gratis Kabeh website. The sample used in this study amounted to 250 samples with a purposive sampling technique. The method chosen is the DeLone and McLean Is Success Model, to determine the effect of the variables in this model. The results showed that the overall research hypothesis was accepted because it had a significant and positive effect, then the results of the F2 value showed a weak effect on the variables Information Quality, System Quality, Service Quality on Use and User Satisfaction, and the Usage variable on User Satisfaction and Net Benefit had a weak effect . However, the User Satisfaction variable has a moderate effect on Net Benefit

Abstract

Data Processing of data for cooperative operational activities such as the process of savings, loans, and installments that still use manual calculations. Incoming data is still recorded so it takes a long time for the next process which is less efficient and sometimes errors occur in data entry. To overcome this, a system is needed to expedite and speed up these activities so that in the data entry process there are no errors. Extreme Programming modeling is the method that will be used by researchers to create the system, while for the data collection process, interviews, observations, and documentation are used. The tools used are PHP programming language, MySQL database, and system development using DFD (Data Flow Diagram). The expected result is a savings and loan cooperative information system and the computational process for the cooperative system can be implemented.

Abstract

One element in student activities is secretarial work or popularly known as the duties of a secretary. This field is very synonymous with administrative matters. In practice, data administration by the management of the Student Activity Unit (UKM) at Amikom Purwokerto University still makes many mistakes, such as when making incomplete proposals, final reports that do not comply with existing guidelines. . This resulted in a long time because they had to submit 2 times, make data corrections so that it hindered the work of the UKM administrators themselves. The aim of UKM data administration training is to help UKM administrators to be more orderly in administration and in accordance with existing guidelines. The methods used in socialization and training are the preparation stage, implementation stage and evaluation stage. The result of the research is that the training participants' knowledge of the basic administration of UKM increases before the training is carried out, the errors in making proposals and other procedures are reduced.

Abstract

Berdasarkan Permendagri Nomor 66 Tahun 2007 Tentang Perencanaan Pembangunan Desa, pemerintah desa perlu melakukan penyusunan Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Desa (RPJMDes) dan Rencana Pembangunan Tahunan atau Rencana Kerja Pemerintah Desa (RKPDes). RPJMDes dan RKPDes merupakan dasar dalam pembangunan desa dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup dan kesejahteraan masyarakat desa. Ada beberapa masalah dalam penentuan rencana kerja pembangunan suatu desa, yaitu tidak adanya hal yang menjadi prioritas dalam penentuan pembangunan. Dalam perencanaan kerja pembangunan desa, pemerintah desa akan melakukan musyawarah Perencanaan Pembangunan Desa (Musrenbangdes). Mekanisme dalam menentukan program kerja dan menyusun anggaran desa yaitu menerima masukan masyarakat yang selanjutnya akan dilakukan musyawarah melalui rapat RW dan Musyawarah Desa. Permasalahan yang sering terjadi yaitu dalam melakukan rencana kerja harus mempertimbangkan skala prioritas, belum ada sistem pendukung keputusan untuk penentuan prioritas rencana kerja dan sistem saat ini belum terkomputerisasi secara maksimal dalam penggunaannya. Untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebut, kami memberikan solusi berupa pengimplementasian sistem yang sudah disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan mitra. Pelatihan sudah terlaksana dengan baik dan lancar sesuai rencana. Kesimpulannya adalah aplikasi yang telah dibuat dan pelatihan yang diselenggarakan dapat memberikan kemudahan kepada pemerintah desa dan masyarakat desa Kedunggede dalam melakukan Penentuan Prioritas Rencana Kerja Pemerintahan Desa.

Abstract

One of the most important factors influencing the success of an application is user satisfaction. There have been many online transportation applications offered to the public, making the competition between these online transportation companies even stronger in the market. One of the online transportation applications is Gojek. This online transportation application is easy to use and most in demand by the public. The purpose of this study is to find out how satisfied end users are with Gojek and what factors contribute to user satisfaction. The End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method was used in this study. One dependent variable is satisfaction, and the EUCS method has five independent variables: content, accuracy, format, ease of use and timelines. The population of this study was the people of Banyumas Regency, using the sampling formula, 100 people were selected as the research sample from this population. From the results of data analysis, it was found that five independent variables were content, accuracy, format, ease of use and timelines which had been tested for their significant effect on satisfaction. It was found that there was a significant effect on the variables content, accuracy, format, ease of use on the satisfaction variable. While the timeliness variable has no significant effect on satisfaction, so it can be said that hypotheses 1, 2, 3, 4 are accepted, while hypothesis 5 is rejected. Then obtained a percentage of 77%, there is a close relationship between these independent variables and the dependent variable, and 59.3% of the satisfaction variable can be explained by the independent variable. While the remaining 40.7% is influenced by other variables outside of the model being studied.

Abstract

Student service center merupakan sistem terpusat yang berperan sebagai layanan-layanan untuk mahasiswa seperti proses belajar mengajar, berita kampus, kontrak perkuliahan, rincian nilai, agenda akademi, materi perkuliahan, Skripsi, KRS dan history pembayaran. mayoritas proses belajar mengajar diakses melalui student service center. Menu layanan dapat diakses melalui alamat situs kemudian masuk menggunakan nomor induk mahasiswa, namun dalam penggunaanya banyak kendala yang dialami oleh mahasiswa seperti seringnya terjadi server error pada saat melakukan pengisian KRS online. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui tingkat penerimaan pengguna sistem pelayanan mahasiswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah UTAUT 3 dengan tujuh hipotesis. Responden penelitian adalah mahasiswa aktif dengan batas kesalahan 0,1 sehingga diperoleh angka responden 97 mahasiswa. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis yang dilakukan dapat  disimpulkan  bahwa  terdapat  5  variabel  yang berpengaruh terhadap niat pengguna student service center yaitu variabel Performance Expectancy, Effort expectancy, Hedonic Motivation habit dan, Behavioural Intention. Seadngkan 2 variabel tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan adalah variabel Social Influence dan Facilitating Conditions.

Abstract

In the context of digital marketing, which is increasingly important in the digital era, this research focuses on analyzing the digital promotion strategies implemented by CV. Eka Sari, a distributor of specialty food products in Purwokerto . The main objective is to evaluate the effectiveness of digital strategies in creating product differentiation and reaching a wider market. Using SWOT analysis method, business canvas model, and Porter's Five Forces, this research identifies the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats faced by CV. Eka Sari, as well as factors that affect competition in the market. The results show that CV. Eka Sari effectively utilizes digital marketing strategies, especially through social media, to strengthen brand awareness and attract the interest of the target market which includes students, productive employees, and families. Unique product differentiation and modern concepts have increased market share and strengthened their market position in the specialty food industry. The findings offer valuable insights for other specialty food product distributors in developing effective digital promotion strategies in the face of intensifying competition in the market.

Abstract

Doa Ibu Rice Agent Shop is a business that focuses on food processing production, especially rice production. However, the sales system at rice agent shops still uses traditional methods. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to design website-based e-commerce that has effective user interaction with the use of e-commerce features that are easy to use and understood by users.  The data collection methods used in this research are interviews, observation, documentation, literature study and questionnaires. Meanwhile, the system development method created is using a prototype. The results of this research are in the form of a website-based e-commerce website at the Ibu Tambaksari Kidul Doa Rice Agent Store. Based on the results of a questionnaire to 10 respondents, the percentage of 78.4% was in the "agree" interval scale, so it can be concluded that the website created was in accordance with what was expected.

Abstract

Where advances in digital science and technology make various demands for creativity and innovation must always be developed, as is done by teachers and teaching staff at SD Al Irsyad Islamiyyah 02 Purwokerto. The essence of education is the teaching and learning process. The better the teaching and learning process is implemented, the better the quality of education will be. The problem experienced by SD Al Irsyad Islamiyyah 02 Purwokerto is that students often play with gadgets without clear directions for their use and are not monitored properly. In this service activity, the team socializes the use of gadgets among students in response to the development of games which result in dependency for their users. It is hoped that students will have the awareness to reduce their use of gadgets or at least be able to make good use of them through applications and games that have educational value. Flow of program implementation from Preparation Stage, Socialization Stage, Evaluation Stage and Mentoring Stage. The conclusion of this program is an increase in students' understanding of using gadgets wisely from 60% to 90%, with an increase in student participation from 30% to 80%. The follow-up to this activity includes further mentoring sessions and integration of learning with the use of gadgets by teachers.
