Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi manajemen madrasah dalam penguatan pendidikan karakter di madrasah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus. pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumen. Proses analisis data dilakukan dengan cara mereduksi data yang telah dikumpulkan dan pengecekan keabsahan data melalui proses triangulasi data, validasi internal,validasi ekternal, analisis temuan yang kontradiktif serta pengecekan keandalan instrument data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Manajemen madrasah dalam penguatan pendidikan karakter di MTs Muhammadiyah Tolitoli dilakukan dengan menerapkan fungsi-fungsi manajemen, yaitu: perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, pengawasan, monitoring dan evaluasi berdasarkan visi dan misi madrasah. Penguatan pendidikan karakter terintegrasi dalam keseluruhan program pendidikan dan pembelajaran di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Muhammadiyah Tolitoli yang meliputi kegiatan akademik dan non akademik dengan jadwal dan intensitas masing-masing serta diimplementasikan melalui penanaman nilai dan pembiasaan perilaku/karakter baik yang sesuai dengan nilai-nilai keislaman. Manajemen Madrasah dalam Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter yang diimplementasikan melalui penanaman nilai dan karakter yang baik berimplikasi pada perubahan karakter peserta didik kearah yang lebih baik dengan terbentuknya budaya disiplin yang semakin tinggi dengan rendahnya tingkat pelanggaran kedisiplinan di kalangan peserta didik yang berdampak pada kesiapan belajar, kepedulian yang tinggi, serta terbangunnya suasana hati yang positif untuk belajar. This study aims at exploring madrasa/Islamic school management in strengthening character education. This research is a qualitative research, which is sourced from primary data and secondary data collected by the method of observation, interviews and document study. The process of data analysis is carried out by reducing the data that has been collected and checking the validity of the data through the process of data triangulation, internal validation, external validation, analysis of contradictory findings and checking the reliability of data instruments. The results indicate that madrasa management in strengthening character education at MTs Muhammadiyah Tolitoli is carried out by implementing management functions, namely: planning, organizing, implementing, supervising, monitoring and evaluating based on the vision and mission of the madrasa. Strengthening character education is integrated into the entire education and learning program at MTs Muhammadiyah Tolitoli which includes academic and non-academic activities with their respective schedules and intensities and is implemented through instilling values ??and habituating good behavior/character in accordance with Islamic values. Madrasah Management in Strengthening Character Education which is implemented through instilling good values ??and character has implications for changing the character of students in a better direction with the formation of a culture of discipline that is increasingly high with low levels of disciplinary violations among students which has an impact on learning readiness, high awareness , as well as awakening a positive mood for learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang motivasi yang dilakukan oleh kepala madrasah dalam menciptakan iklim kerja di Madrasah Aliyah DDI Kelurahan Baru Kabupaten Tolitoli, yang secara spesifik berfokus pada pemberian motivasi oleh kepala madrasah dan implikasinya dalam menciptakan iklim kerja yang kondusif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumen. Sumber data berasal dari informan kepala madrasah, guru-guru, kegiatan-kegiatan dan dokumen-dokumen yang relevan. Analisis data menggunakan model analisis interaktif yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, verifikasi dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengecekan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan empat uji, yaitu: kredibilitas, transferabilitas, dependabilitas, dan konfirmabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Motivasi Kepala Madrasah dalam menciptakan iklim kerja di Madrasah Aliyah DDI Kelurahan Baru Kabupaten Tolitoli yaitu: pemunculan budaya kerja positif, pengembangan profesionalisme guru, pengakuan dan penghargaan, komunikasi yang terbuka dan transparan, dan pendelegasian tanggung jawab, 2) Implikasi motivasi Kepala Madrasah dalam menciptakan iklim kerja di Madrasah Aliyah DDI Kelurahan Baru Kabupaten Tolitoli yaitu inspirasi dan semangat, komitmen terhadap keunggulan, pengakuan dan penghargaan, pemimpin yang teladan serta kolaborasi dan partisipasi . Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, beberapa rekomendasi ditujukan kepada Pimpinan Lembaga Pendidikan Islam agar hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan acuan tentang betapa pentingnya pemberian motivasi oleh kepala madrasah dalam menciptakan iklim kerja yang kondusif. Untuk peneliti berikutnya disarankan agar meneliti aspek-aspek menarik lainnya yang terkait dengan topik penelitian ini, misalnya strategi dan tantangan kepala madrasah dalam memotivasi guru-guru yang bertujuan membentuk iklim kerja yang produktif dan dapat diteliti di jenjang SD/MI dan SMP/MTs, baik dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian yang sama maupun berbeda. This research aims to describe the motivation carried out by the head of the madrasah in creating a work climate at Madrasah Aliyah DDI, Baru Village, Tolitoli Regency, which specifically focuses on providing motivation by the head of the madrasah and its implications in creating a conducive work climate. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation and document study. Data sources come from informants, madrasa heads, teachers, activities and relevant documents. Data analysis uses an interactive analysis model which includes data reduction, data presentation, verification and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data is carried out using four tests, namely: credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmability. The results of the research show that 1) The motivation of the Madrasah Head in creating a work climate at Madrasah Aliyah DDI, Baru Village, Tolitoli Regency, namely: the emergence of a positive work culture, development of teacher professionalism, recognition and appreciation, open and transparent communication, and delegation of responsibilities, 2) Implications The motivation of the Madrasah Head in creating a working climate at Madrasah Aliyah DDI, Baru Village, Tolitoli Regency, namely inspiration and enthusiasm, commitment to excellence, recognition and appreciation, exemplary leadership as well as collaboration and participation. Based on the research results, several recommendations are addressed to the Leaders of Islamic Education Institutions so that the results of this research can be used as a reference regarding how important it is to provide motivation by madrasa heads in creating a conducive work climate. It is recommended that future researchers research other interesting aspects related to this research topic, for example the strategies and challenges of madrasah heads in motivating teachers with the aim of creating a productive work climate and can be researched at the SD/MI and SMP/MTs levels, both using the same or different research approaches.

Abstract

Penelitian yang bertujuan (1) mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa dan pengaruh kompetensi guru terhadap prestasi belajar siswa di SD Muhammadiyah 2 Palu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa sedangkan obyek penelitian adalah kompetensi guru SD Muhammadiyah 2 Palu. Penelitian survei dimaksudkan untuk memperoleh gambaran umum mengenai kompetensi guru. Untuk menjelaskan variabel-variabel penelitian tersebut dilakukan dengan tingkat eksplanasi deskriptif dan korelatif. Teknik Pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi. Hasil pengujian hipotesis pertama (H0) ditolak dengan temuan perolehan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,050. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut tersebut dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa kompetensi guru memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Selanjutnya hasil pengujian hipotesis kedua (H0) ditolak dengan temuan perolehan nilai signifikansi 0,016 < 0,050. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut tersebut dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa kompetensi guru memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. The research aims to (1) determine the influence of teacher competency on student learning motivation and the influence of teacher competency on student learning achievement at SD Muhammadiyah 2 Palu. This research is survey research with a quantitative approach. The research subjects were students, while the research objects were the competence of teachers at SD Muhammadiyah 2 Palu. Survey research is intended to obtain a general picture of teacher competence. To explain the variables, the research was carried out at descriptive and correlative levels of explanation. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation, questionnaires and documentation. The results of testing the first hypothesis (H0) were rejected with the finding of a significance value of 0.000 < 0.050. From the results of this research, it can be concluded that teacher competence has a significant influence on student learning motivation. Furthermore, the results of testing the second hypothesis (H0) were rejected with the finding of a significance value of 0.016 < 0.050. From the results of this research, it can be concluded that teacher competence has a significant influence on student learning achievement.

Abstract

Penelitian kualitatif ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran kepala sekolah dalam pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Biro Palu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Manajemen kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan sarana dan prasarana di SD Negeri Biro Palu telah memenuhi standar minimal nasional pendidikan di Indonesia. Tindakan yang dilakukan kepala sekolah dalam pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana di SDN Biro Palu melalui pelaksanaan fungsi manajemen, (2) Implikasi dari peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam peningkatan sarana dan prasarana adalah dengan mengajukan Dana Alokasi Khusus ( DAK) untuk meningkatkan kualitas fasilitas. dan prasarana pendidikan di SDN Biro Palu dan penggunaan dana tersebut untuk: (a) pemasangan wall paper pada dinding kantor, (b) penambahan daya internet, (c) pemasangan CCTV, (d) penyediaan pojok baca di setiap kelas, ( e) mengaktifkan kembali komite sekolah (f) pembangunan gerbang baru, (g) Guru dapat lembur hingga sore hari untuk menyelesaikan tugasnya karena sudah mempunyai gerbang baru. This qualitative research aims to describe the role of the principal in managing facilities and infrastructure at the Bureau Palu State Elementary School. The results of the research show that (1) The principal's management in improving facilities and infrastructure at the Bureau Palu State Elementary School has met the minimum national education standards in Indonesia. The actions taken by the principal in the management of facilities and infrastructure at the Palu Bureau Public Elementary School through the implementation of management functions, (2) The implication of the principal's leadership role in improving facilities and infrastructure is to apply for Special Allocation Funds (DAK) to improve the quality of the facilities. and educational infrastructure at the Bureau Palu Public Elementary School and use these funds for: (a) installing wall paper on office walls, (b) adding internet power, (c) installing CCTV, (d) providing reading corners in each class, (e) reactivate the school committee (f) construction of a new gate, (g) Teachers can stay overtime until the afternoon to complete their assignments because they already have a new gate.

Abstract

This study explores the practice of zuhd (asceticism) within the Tablighi Jamaat community in Palu, Indonesia, through the framework of Dilthey's hermeneutics. Itseeksto interpret the subjective meaning of zuhd as livedspiritualityrather than merely a doctrinal discipline, emphasizing how the Tablighi ethos of simplicity, resilience (tahammul), and detachment from politics reflects the enduring influence of Chishtiyya Sufism. The study employed qualitativemethods, includingin-depth interviews and field observations, involving 15 informants from diverse backgrounds within the Tablighi Jamaat in Palu. Over a six-month observation period, the studyappliedDilthey's dual interpretive model—verstehen (understanding meaning) and erklären (explaining context)—to uncover the inner experiences and ethical structures of zuhd among the participants. The main findings indicate that the asceticism of theTablighiJamaat is characterized by (1) ritual movement (khuruj) as a spiritual discipline, (2) apoliticality as an ethical manifestation of separation, and (3) hospitality and humility asextensionsof Chishtiyyah mysticism. This study concludes thatTablighiasceticism is a living form of Sufism,demonstratingthe continuity of classical Chishtiyyah ethicswithinthe contemporary Islamic da'wah movement.Thestudy contributes theoretically to the hermeneutical understanding of Islamic asceticism and empirically enriches the study of spiritual practices in modern Muslimsocieties.
