Abstak : Secara umum penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang implementasi supervisi akademik dalam rangka peningkatan profesionalisme guru masa pandemi Covid 19 di SDN 5 Langkai Kota Palangka Raya. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi. Pengecekan kredibilitas data dilakukan dengan teknik triangulasi (sumber dan teknik/metode), member checks, dan kecukupan bahan referensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi supervisi akademik dalam rangka peningkatan profesionalisme guru masa pandemi Covid 19 secara keseluruhan sudah berjalan dengan baik. Program supervisi berfokus pada peningkatan dan pengembangan kemampuan serta keterampilan guru dalam pemanfaatan teknologi untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran secara daring. Program supervisi dari kepala sekolah dilakukan secara terjadwal melalui metode observasi kelas dengan memanfaatkan media zoom meeting. Terdapat respon positif dari para guru terhadap program supervisi yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekoalh pada masa pandemi Covid 19 ini. Abstract : In general, this study aims to describe the implementation of academic supervision in order to increase the professionalism of teachers during the Covid 19 pandemic at SDN 5 Langkai Kota Palangka Raya. The study was conducted using a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data collection techniques using observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation study. Data credibility checks are carried out using triangulation techniques (source and technique / method), member checks, and adequacy of reference materials. The results showed that the implementation of academic supervision in order to increase the professionalism of teachers during the Covid 19 pandemic as a whole has gone well. The supervision program focuses on improving and developing the abilities and skills of teachers in the use of technology to support the learning process online. The supervision program from the principal is carried out on a scheduled basis through the classroom observation method by utilizing the zoom meeting media. There was a positive response from teachers to the supervision program carried out by school heads during the Covid 19 pandemic.

Pendidikan harus mencakup pengetahuan akademik dan pendidikan karakter yang kuat. Kurikulum Merdeka membantu meningkatkan karakter siswa melalui proyek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan proyek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila dalam implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka pada Satuan Pendidikan TK Sinar Surya Palangka Raya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan studi kasus untuk mengidentifikasi kondisi nyata secara mendalam, dan data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila direncanakan dengan strategi detail untuk integrasi nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam pembelajaran sehari-hari, dengan pengorganisasian yang meliputi penyusunan jadwal, sarana, dan modul proyek. Di samping itu, pelaksanaan kegiatan seperti Berbagi Kelas dan Gelar Karya menunjukkan kemajuan positif, sementara evaluasi berkelanjutan memastikan kesesuaian dan pencapaian tujuan proyek. Menindaklanjuti temuan ini, ditekankan lembaga pendidikan mengadopsi pendekatan terintegrasi untuk penguatan nilai-nilai karakter yang efektif.

This study employs a bibliometric analysis to explore the evolution of research themes within the field of organizational learning and innovation from 2006 to 2014. Utilizing VOSviewer for network visualization, the research identifies key thematic shifts over time, tracing the trajectory from foundational aspects such as information technology and tacit knowledge to more complex constructs like organizational innovation and leadership. The analysis reveals a gradual shift towards integrating technology with organizational capabilities, highlighting how evolving technologies influence learning environments and innovation processes. Practical implications are discussed, suggesting ways organizations can adapt to these trends to enhance knowledge management and innovation. Theoretical contributions are also noted, emphasizing the study’s role in enriching the understanding of the dynamic interplay between organizational knowledge processes and innovation. Limitations of the bibliometric method and the potential subjectivity of visual data interpretation are acknowledged, setting the stage for future research to build upon these foundational findings.

This research aims to describe the individual learning management of students with special needs at Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB) Melati Ceria Palangka Raya, which includes aspects of planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating, as well as supporting factors and constraints. The approach used in this research is qualitative, with data sources consisting of the principal, deputy principal, special mentor teacher, and parents of students. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation and then analyzed through the stages of data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. To ensure data validity, triangulation and member check techniques were used. The results showed that the management of individualized learning for students with special needs in SLB Melati Ceria Palangka Raya is well implemented, reflects the practice of special education that is systematic, adaptive, and centered on the individual needs of students, and has a positive impact on increasing the learning motivation of students with special needs.

The Merdeka Belajar Curriculum (KMB) is an educational innovation that provides flexibility for teachers and students to develop a more independent and creative learning process. This study aims to analyze classroom management in implementing ETC at SDN 5 Bukit Tunggal Palangka Raya. The approach used in this research is qualitative, with data sources consisting of the principal and 4 teachers. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, which were then analyzed using thematic analysis techniques. Data validation used data triangulation and member check. The results showed that: (1) effective classroom management in the implementation of ETC involves the active role of teachers in creating an inclusive and dynamic learning environment; (2) teachers have flexibility in time management, learning methods, and assessment, which allows adaptation to individual student needs and potential; and (3) challenges faced by teachers are related to readiness in implementing ETC and the need for continuous training. Good classroom management is the key to success in implementing ETC, with full support from the school and adequate training for teachers.

Support for the preparation of concrete actions for independent training in the Merdeka Teaching Platform (PMM) in learning communities aims to improve the skills and competence of educators in designing and implementing effective learning activities. Through this approach, learning communities receive direct support in developing action plans that meet their local needs and educational context. The mentoring process includes technical guidance, collaborative discussion, evaluation and continuous development. It is expected to improve the quality of learning in the community and to strengthen the capacity of educators to make best use of PMM to support innovative and adaptive learning processes. The methodology used in this activity starts with: (1) an initial needs assessment; (2) a workshop to prepare for real action; (3) implementation and evaluation; and (4) continuous development. The outcomes of this PkM activity are: (1) teachers gained knowledge on how to develop real actions that are in line with the conditions of teacher learning in schools; and (2) teachers were able to develop two real action topics that became an agreement in the Work Result Plan (RHK) that had been jointly determined.

An important strategy to enhance the quality of education is by optimizing the utilization of learning resources within the educational process. This study aims to analyze the role of the principal as a supervisor in the use of learning resources at SDN Bukit Bamba 1, Pulang Pisau. This qualitative research uses a case study approach with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. Research informants included the principal and teachers. Data analysis was conducted using an interactive pattern that included data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that the principal has a strategic role as a supervisor in improving the quality of learning by assisting teachers in the use of learning resources. The obstacles are limited supporting facilities, limited internet access, and a lack of variety of learning media. This study recommends the need to improve infrastructure, strengthen teacher training, and develop collaborative learning communities to support more varied learning.

To support Indonesia's educational vision, and as part of efforts to restore learning, the Merdeka Curriculum was developed as a curriculum framework that is more flexible, while also focusing on essential material and developing students' character and competencies. Through the application of differentiated learning, students will not only be able to maximize their potential, but they can also learn about various important life values that will contribute to their development in a more holistic or complete manner. Differentiated learning is learning that is rooted in meeting the needs of students both in terms of learning readiness, interest, or learning profile and how the teacher responds to these learning needs. This community service activity is carried out with the aim of providing assistance and guidance to teachers, especially at the elementary school level so that they can develop differentiated learning and its application in the classroom, so that student-centered learning activities can be carried out properly. The method of implementing community service activities is carried out by: (1) theoretical socialization related to differentiated learning for teachers; (2) workshops on the application of differentiated learning; and (3) assistance and guidance in organizing differentiated learning in the classroom based on the Freedom to Learn curriculum. The results of this PkM activity are: (1) teachers gain additional knowledge related to differentiated learning; (2) teachers can prepare Differentiated Learning Implementation Plans; and (3) teachers are capable of carrying out differentiated learning at all grade levels, especially at the elementary school level.

This study aims to determine the effect of the application of classroom management on the learning motivation of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 1 Kapuas Barat Kapuas Regency. The research method used was a quantitative approach, with the research subject being class VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Kapuas Barat Kapuas Regency in the 2023⁄2024 academic year totaling 76 students. The data in the study were collected using a questionnaire technique, then analyzed using a simple linear regression formula. The results showed that the simple linear regression equation of Y = a + bX was Y = 16.693 + 0.700X. The constant value (a) is 16.693. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, t count 8.329> t table 1.992 was obtained, so that the null hypothesis (Ho) was rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted. This shows that the classroom management variable has a significant effect on student learning motivation at State Junior High School 1 Kapuas Barat Kapuas Regency by 48.4% and the rest is influenced by other variables not examined.
