Abstract

Pendidikan harus mencakup pengetahuan akademik dan pendidikan karakter yang kuat. Kurikulum Merdeka membantu meningkatkan karakter siswa melalui proyek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan proyek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila dalam implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka pada Satuan Pendidikan TK Sinar Surya Palangka Raya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan studi kasus untuk mengidentifikasi kondisi nyata secara mendalam, dan data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila direncanakan dengan strategi detail untuk integrasi nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam pembelajaran sehari-hari, dengan pengorganisasian yang meliputi penyusunan jadwal, sarana, dan modul proyek. Di samping itu, pelaksanaan kegiatan seperti Berbagi Kelas dan Gelar Karya menunjukkan kemajuan positif, sementara evaluasi berkelanjutan memastikan kesesuaian dan pencapaian tujuan proyek. Menindaklanjuti temuan ini, ditekankan lembaga pendidikan mengadopsi pendekatan terintegrasi untuk penguatan nilai-nilai karakter yang efektif.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to explore the principal's leadership strategies in improving student academic achievement at SMAN 3 Banjarbaru, as well as identifying inhibiting factors and the solutions offered. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques including observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that the strategy used by the Principal of SMAN 3 Banjarbaru is by conducting a SWOT analysis, establishing a vision, mission and making a strategic plan by carrying out effective communication through the waja to kaputing philosophy and creating a supportive environment and approaching students both internally and external. Meanwhile, the implementation carried out by the school principal is by listening to opinions, accommodating needs and ensuring the commitment of all school members. Meanwhile, the solution taken by the school principal if there are challenges and obstacles is to carry out analysis, provide solutions and provide guidance and follow-up.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to explore the model for coaching school principals through the application of local wisdom values ​​of Kakaluargaan to improve the professional competence of teachers at SMKN 3 Banjarbaru, implementation, and identify inhibiting factors and the solutions offered. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques including observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that the coaching model used by the Principal of SMKN 3 Banjarbaru is by: conducting assessments, analyzing, providing suggestions, evaluating and following up, involving senior teachers and motivating and providing guidance to teachers. Meanwhile, the implementation of the coaching model carried out by the school principal is by: a) carrying out supervision: carrying out pre-observation, observation, evaluation and follow-up; b) coaching outside supervision: sharing experience and knowledge in an effort to increase teacher professional competence. Meanwhile, the solution taken by the school principal if there are challenges and obstacles is to embrace, involve teachers in teacher professional development training, provide access to teacher professional development, teachers learn from colleagues and carry out evaluations and feedback.

Abstract

 Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengeksplorasi strategi komunikasi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah SDN 1 Syamsyuddin Noor dalam mendorong keterlibatan aktif orangtua terhadap prestasi non akademik siswa, implementasi dan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor penghambat serta solusi yang ditawarkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi komunikasi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah SDN 1 Syamsyuddin Noor yaitu dengan: komunikasi yang bersifat terbuka, menerima saran/ masukan, menyisipkan pesan dan motivasi kepada orangtua untuk mendukung prestasi non akademik siswa. Sedangkan, implementasi strategi komunikasi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah SDN 1 Syamsyuddin Noor yaitu dengan: menyelenggarakan pertemuan sekolah dan orangtua, memfasilitasi komunikasi via virtual/ online, membentuk komite sekolah dan orangtua dan mengadakan acara ataupun pameran hasil karya siswa. Adapun, solusi yang dilakukan kepala sekolah apabila terdapat tantangan dan hambatan yaitu:  membangun komunikasi, mendorong orangtua memberikan masukan yang bersifat membangun, mengapresiasi dan memberikan penghargaan atas dukungan dan keterlibatan orangtua.

Abstract

To support Indonesia's educational vision, and as part of efforts to restore learning, the Merdeka Curriculum was developed as a curriculum framework that is more flexible, while also focusing on essential material and developing students' character and competencies. Through the application of differentiated learning, students will not only be able to maximize their potential, but they can also learn about various important life values ​​that will contribute to their development in a more holistic or complete manner. Differentiated learning is learning that is rooted in meeting the needs of students both in terms of learning readiness, interest, or learning profile and how the teacher responds to these learning needs. This community service activity is carried out with the aim of providing assistance and guidance to teachers, especially at the elementary school level so that they can develop differentiated learning and its application in the classroom, so that student-centered learning activities can be carried out properly. The method of implementing community service activities is carried out by: (1) theoretical socialization related to differentiated learning for teachers; (2) workshops on the application of differentiated learning; and (3) assistance and guidance in organizing differentiated learning in the classroom based on the Freedom to Learn curriculum. The results of this PkM activity are: (1) teachers gain additional knowledge related to differentiated learning; (2) teachers can prepare Differentiated Learning Implementation Plans; and (3) teachers are capable of carrying out differentiated learning at all grade levels, especially at the elementary school level.
