Abstract

Sampah plastik merupakan sampah anorganik yang sulit terurai dan dapat memiliki dampak negatif bagi lingkungan. Bertambahnya jumlah penduduk berimplikasi pada jumlah penggunaan plastik. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakan ini untuk memberikan literasi hukum mengenai kesadaran hukum khususnya bagaimana regulasi terkait pembatasan penggunaan kantong plastic khususnya di SMAN 1 Kota Blitar. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini berupa sosialisasi dengan melakukan tiga tahapan utama yakni, pretest, sosialisasi dalam bentuk pemaparan materi, dan posttest. Berdasarkan hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan tersebut tampak bahwa adanya kenaikan signifikan terkait pengetahuan hukum, pemahaman hukum, dan sikap hukum para siswa siswi tentang peraturan perundang-undangan terkait pembatasan kemasan sekali pakai dan kantung plastik. Meski demikian, perilaku hukumnya masih menunjukkan siswa siswi yang tidak peduli pada pembatasan kemasan plastik. Para siswa siswi masih memilih snack yang menggunakan kemasan plastik.   Abstract Legal Literacy Related to Restricting the Use of Plastic Bags for Students of SMAN 1 in Blitar City. Plastic waste is anorganic waste that is difficult to decompose and can have a negative impact on the environment. The increase in population has implications for the amount of plastic use. The purpose of this community service is to provide legal literacy regarding legal awareness, especially regarding regulations related to restrictions on the use of plastic bags, especially at SMAN 1 Kota Blitar. The method used in this service is in the form of socialization by carrying out three main stages namely, pretest, socialization in the form of material presentation, and posttest. Based on the results of the implementation of these activities it appears that there was a significant increase in legal knowledge, legal understanding, and legal attitudes of students regarding laws and regulations related to restrictions on single-use packaging and plastic bags. However, his legal behavior still shows students who do not care about restrictions on plastic packaging. The students still choose snacks that use plastic packaging.

Abstract

Technology has a central role in accelerating the development of a country. The need for technology is pursued through a technology transfer process. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implications of patent obligations on the implementation of technology transfer in relation to the principle of property law, namely the droit de suite. This research uses legal research methods using primary and secondary legal materials. The approach used is a statutory approach) and a conceptual approach to be analyzed in depth with a prescriptive method. The results of the research show that the provisions referred to in Article 20 of the Patent Law require special exemptions for patent holders in the form of Institute of Science and Technology in order to carry out obligations related to making products or using processes in Indonesia to support technology transfer. The recommendation from this research is that there is a need for an exception to Article 20 of the Patent Law, by providing room for foreign patent holders not to immediately fulfill the obligations in Article 20 of the Patent Law or to make amendments (amendments) to these provition. Abstract

AbstractThe real contribution of fish farmer in the development of the national economy through the amount of fisheries production is not followed by the level of welfare of the fish farmer. That the welfare of fish farmers to be able to fulfill their needs with the income they obtain is still very limited. This article aims to analyze the legal empowerment model of fish farmer through the triple helix model development approach. This research is a sociolegal research which is a mixed method between legal research methods and social science. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The results showed that normatively, the role provisions of the government and fish breeders have been clearly regulated, but the provisions for tertiary institutions have not been regulated, even though the role played by universities is no less important. Higher education as one of the elements in the triple helix has human resources who are able to provide knowledge and understanding related to production sharing agreements through legal assistance and mentoring workshops. The government is responsible for the welfare of its citizens, not only acting as a regulator, but also as a facilitator, dynamist and catalyst. Keywords : Legal Empowerment, Fish Farmer,Triple Helix
