Abstract

Vocational high school 3 of Cimahi has 3 business units there are culinary, designer and laundry business with the standard like a Hotel. Product Inventory is one of the problems on VHS 3 of Cimahi. The gap arises because of uncertainty of information such as demand and delivery schedule. The important aims of this issue is supply chain management is doing well coordination between a several activities and connected with all off the supply chain until the product can flow smoothly and arrived on time, from the production process until distribution, and ensure the distribution from company to distributors, then the distributors until the product arrives to customers. This society service program provides the solution to increase the student competence on VHS 3 of Cimahi where at the student are equipped with supply chain management knowledge which has benefits if applied by students in the future, it will improve good coordination.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of physical work environment (variable X1) and work motivation (variable X2) on employee job satisfaction. The method used in quantitative method research uses descriptive data analysis methods and associative methods, the measurement scale used for data measurement is semantic differential, multiple regression analysis to measure the consistency of partial and simultaneous test values to test the hypothesis. This study shows the results partially that the physical work environment has a positive effect on employee job satisfaction and work motivation has a positive effect on employee job satisfaction, while simultaneously the physical work environment and work motivation affect job satisfaction. With a good physical work environment and the higher the motivation of employees at work, the better job satisfaction they have.

Abstract

This research aims to explore various aspects of the phenomenon. of workload and job-related stress impacting the performance of production employees at company X is examined. The research, conducted using a quantitative method and multiple analysis techniques, involved 63 production employees as respondents. The partial research results indicate that workload Detrimentally impacts employee performance, whereas work stress Does not produce a notable influence. This suggests that increasing workload negatively impacts employee performance. Ultimately, This study emphasizes the importance of taking into account the influence of workload on employee performance, As it plays a critical role in determining whether a company succeeds or fails.

Abstract

The decline in employee performance in terms of employee performance appraisal aspects of PT X company still has to be improved, especially in terms of processing time and conformity to standards in work, this is expected to increase if work motivation and discipline coaching are improved. The purpose of this study was to see respondents' responses about work motivation and employee discipline coaching on performance. The Human Resource Department of PT X is in good criteria. The sample used was 37 respondents and direct supervisors in the Human Resource Department. In the sampling technique, a saturated sampling method was used, and the data was analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that work motivation does not have a positive effect on employee performance. However, employee discipline development has a positive effect on employee performance. Additionally, work motivation and discipline development simultaneously affect employee performance at PT. X.

Abstract

The decline in employee satisfaction based on findings from interviews with several individuals PT Xwy employees still needs to be improved. The aim of this study is to assess how the physical work environment and adherence to work discipline impact on the perception of direct superiors on employee satisfaction partially and simultaneously. This research uses was 37 employees in the fabrication department of PT XWY. Samples were taken using purposive sampling technique. quantitative methods and questionnaires with an interval scale as data collection. This research data processing uses multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing uses partial (t test) and simultaneous (f test). The findings indicate that there is a positive and significant partial effect on employee satisfaction. Additionally, work discipline positively and significantly influences employee job satisfaction. Meanwhile, for the simultaneous test, the physical work environment and work discipline have a significant effect on employee job satisfactionn.

Abstract

The increase in employee turnover at Bank XYZ Cimahi Branch in 2023 reaching 17,5% is a problem that must be studied. This research aimed to assess the effects of disciplinary coaching (X1) and work motivation (X2) on employee job satisfaction at Bank XYZ Cimahi Branch Office, both simultaneously and partially. The researcher used a quantitative methodology, including data gathering approaches including documentation, questionnaires, and interviews. Respondents in this study were 65 employees. Multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 27.0 software was the method of data analysis used. The findings of this study show that partially discipline coaching has a positive impact on employee job satisfaction at Bank XYZ Cimahi Branch Office, and work motivation has a positive effect on employee job satisfaction at Bank XYZ Cimahi Branch Office. Discipline coaching and work motivation simultaneously have an impact on employee job satisfaction at Bank XYZ Cimahi Branch Office which is included in the high/strong influence criteria. With the conclusion that the higher the discipline coaching and work motivation, the higher the employee job satisfaction at Bank XYZ Cimahi Branch Office.
