Abstract

Abstract The background of this research is the decline in Zoya Muslim Fashion users as shown from the Top Brand Index data that Zoya Brand in the Muslim Fashion catergory in 2022 have decreased by 0,8%. This indicates a decrease in repurchase intention Zoya Muslim Fashion users. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of product quality on repurchase intention which is mediated by customer satisfaction of Zoya Muslim Fashion in the city of Bandung. The number of samples used was 90 respondents using purposive sampling method. The data collection technique used is cross-sectional or one shot study. The data analysis tools used are validity and reliability tests, classic assumption tests, simple and multiple regression tests and sobel tests using SPSS 25 version. Of the four hypotheses proposed, all are supported by empirical data. The results of this study indicate that 1) product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction 2) product quality has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention 3) customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention and 4) customer satisfaction can mediate the effect of quality product on repurchase intention. Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh turunnya pengguna Busana Muslim Zoya yang ditunjukkan dari data Top Brand Index bahwa merek Zoya pada kategori busana muslim pada tahun 2022 mengalami penurunan sebesar 0,8%. Hal ini mengindikasikan adanya penurunan minat beli ulang pengguna Busana Muslim Zoya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap minat beli ulang yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan konsumen pada Busana Muslim Zoya di Kota Bandung. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah 90 responden dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu cross-sectional atau one shot study. Alat analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas dan reabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi sederhana dan berganda dan uji sobel dengan menggunakan alat bantu SPSS versi 25. Dari empat hipotesis yang diusulkan, seluruhnya didukung oleh data empiris. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen 2) kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang 3) kepuasan konsumen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang dan 4) kepuasan konsumen dapat memediasi pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap minat beli ulang.

Abstract

Vocational high school 3 of Cimahi has 3 business units there are culinary, designer and laundry business with the standard like a Hotel. Product Inventory is one of the problems on VHS 3 of Cimahi. The gap arises because of uncertainty of information such as demand and delivery schedule. The important aims of this issue is supply chain management is doing well coordination between a several activities and connected with all off the supply chain until the product can flow smoothly and arrived on time, from the production process until distribution, and ensure the distribution from company to distributors, then the distributors until the product arrives to customers. This society service program provides the solution to increase the student competence on VHS 3 of Cimahi where at the student are equipped with supply chain management knowledge which has benefits if applied by students in the future, it will improve good coordination.

Abstract

This research purposelly to established the impact of product quality and price on repurchase interest in Wardah mascara products in the city of Bandung. By paying attention to the level of marketing within the company, it is hoped that it can make a big contribution in increasing repurchase interest. This research using quantitative methods also using a Likert scale as measurement. The population this research was using female consumers who has used Wardah mascara products in the last 1 year, a sample of 90 research respondents. Primary data was estblish by distributing questionnaires via G-form to 90 respondents. The data analysis technique using classic assumption test also multiple regression test with the SPSS version 26 stone tool. The yields of the T test provide that product quality on repurchase interest is obtained by Tcount of -1.090 < Ttable 1.66256 with a significance of 0.279 > 0.05 which means Product quality has negative also partially insignificant impact towards repurchase interest. Price on repurchase interest Tcount 8.750 > Ttable 1.66256 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05 meaning that the price influence on repurchase interest has positive significant impact. Based on the F test, the Fcount value is 40.528 > Ftable 3.10 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05 so it can be interpreted that product quality and price have a simultaneous influence on repurchase interest. Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of electronic word of mouth on purchase intention mediated by brand image for Viva Lipstick products in Cimahi City. The number of samples used was 90 respondents with a purposive sampling technique which is included in nonprobability sampling. The data source in this research was obtained through distributing questionnaires that have been declared valid and reliable and have passed the classical assumption test. To carry out hypothesis testing in this research using simple regression tests, multiple regression tests, and Sobel tests. The tool used to carry out the test is using SPSS version 26 software. The results of the research show that electronic word of mouth has a positive and significant effect on brand image, electronic word of mouth has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, brand image has a positive effect on purchase intention, and brand image plays a role in mediating the influence of electronic word of mouth on purchase intention.

Abstract

Examining how pricing and service quality affect customers' desire to visit Rm Putra Cangkuang again is the goal of this study. This study employed a quantitative methodology. The participants in this study were guests of Rm Cangkuang's son, who lives in Garut City and has made multiple visits. Ninety samples were selected, and primary data was the data source utilized. A cross-sectional or one-shot study is the method of data gathering that is employed. Descriptive analysis, multiple regression, classical assumptions, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, normalcy, and hypothesis testing are the data analysis approaches that are employed. The study's findings show that interest in going back is positively impacted by both pricing and service quality.

Abstract

Dengan kepuasan pelanggan sebagai variabel perantara, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara kualitas produk dan niat pembelian ulang di kalangan konsumen Sari Roti di Kota Bandung. Turunnya tingkat pembelian ulang menunjukkan indikasi terhadap produk Sari Roti. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan 120 responden yang memenuhi kriteria. Sampel ini dipilih menggunakan strategi purposive sampling. instrumen yang telah melalui uji reliabilitas dan validitas serta uji asumsi standar digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Regresi berganda, regresi sederhana, dan uji Sobel digunakan dalam analisis hipotesis peneliti, yang dilakukan menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 25. Kepuasan memediasi pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap minat beli ulang. Kualitas produk memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan yaitu penyuluhan tentang pencegahan dan penanganan penyakit budug di lingkungan suku Baduy Mualaf. Metode yang dilakukan adalah dengan melakukan penyuluhan kepada masyarakat baduy dengan metode ceramah dan menggunakan poster tentang pencegahan dan penanganan penyakit budug. Poster yang dibuat berisikan informasi mengenai pengertian dari penyakit budug, cara penularan, upaya pencegahan dan penggunaan obat alami. Pengetahuan dan praktek PHBS ini merupakan salah satu faktor penting yang mempengaruh terjadinya penyakit budug karena berhubungan dengan tindakan dalam memlihara dan meningkatkan status kesehatan dan kearifan lokal baduy tentang pengobatan tradisional khususnya yang berbasis tanaman. Kegiatan pengabdian ini memberikan kontribusi kepada masyarakat Baduy Mualaf untuk meningkatkan praktek PHBS dan memanfaatkan obat alami yang berbasis tanaman seperti penggunaan kulit pohon terep untuk mengatasi gatal-gatal seperti penyakit budug

Abstract

Penelitian ini mempunyai Permasalahan dalam penetapan harga jual yang di hadapi CV Lea Gloria mempengaruhi penurunan target penjualan dan menyebabkan harga produksi yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penentuan harga pokok produksi dengan menggunakan metode full costing dalam penetapan harga jual di CV Lea Gloria. Metode full costing digunakan untuk menghitung seluruh biaya produksi yang terdiri dari biaya tetap dan biaya variabel yang dialokasikan pada produk. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui studi kasus yang dilakukan di perusahaan tersebut, dengan mengumpulkan informasi mengenai biaya produksi, volume produksi, dan harga jual produk. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode full costing dapat memberikan gambaran yang lebih akurat mengenai harga pokok produksi, yang selanjutnya memengaruhi keputusan penetapan harga jual agar dapat mencakup seluruh biaya dan menghasilkan keuntungan yang optimal. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi manajemen CV. Lea Gloria dalam menetapkan harga jual yang lebih tepat dan berkelanjutan, serta menjadi referensi bagi CV. Lea Gloria.
