Abstract

At this time, MSMEs are an important part of the economy in Indonesia, one of them is in the West Java region. It was recorded that in 2021 the number of MSMEs in West Java was 6,257,390 and West Bandung Regency was the area that experienced a significant increase. The categories of the business are accessories, batik, embroidery, craft, fashion, services/others, convection, culinary, food and drink. However, the covid-19 pandemic has caused business actors, especially the embroidery sector that must be work harder in order to survive in the pandemic era. The lack of entrepreneurial innovativeness in business success is can influence a decrease in sales and the success of a business can be seen from business actors who making mass adjustments in terms of production (mass customization). Therefore, business actors are required to be able to maintain their business. On this research using a descriptive and associative methods. Descriptive research explains that characteristic or gap can be used as a basic to solving business problem. On this research, descriptive research explains characteristic and variable function like entrepreneurial innovativeness, mass customization, and business contuinity. The location of this research is in West Bandung Regency, and the research subject were 70 embroidery business actors in West Bandung Regency. Data collection techniques is using library research, then continued with distributing questionnaires and interview. Data analysis techniques is using path diagrams assisted by SEM-PLS software. The result on this research show that entrepreneurial innovativeness mediated by mass customization has an effect on business continuity.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the supply chain management performance of audio system products at CV. Create Bloom. Another objective is to find out the material flow, information flow, and product flow run by CV. Cipta Mekar. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews and documentation. In addition, performance assessment is carried out using the Scor Model. The results showed that the material flow did not run properly. The flow of information with a circular communication pattern and the simultaneous dissemination of information did not go well. In the product flow there is a shortage of stock and there is no quality control process. The results of the Scor Model show that the daily inventory performance is not good. In this case, there are still many things that need to be improved in the supply chain management of audio system products on CV. Cipta Mekar.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the inventory control of perfume seeds at PT. Pioneer Gait Sampono (case study of aromania perfumery Karawang). The aim is to find out how far the inventory control of aromania perfume seeds has been running effectively and efficiently. The method used in this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach, using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques by conducting observations, interviews and documentation, to test the validity and reliability by using a triangulation process including source triangulation, technical triangulation, and time triangulation. The results of this study indicate that there are constraints on the supply of perfume seeds, where consumer demand is not fulfilled due to empty supplies resulting in lost sales or disruption of the sales process at the company, but with the always better control analysis method used, it can control every good inventory starting from the process. ordering, receiving goods, checking goods, storing goods, the process of releasing goods, the lead time of goods arriving to the safety stock.
