Abstract

In the context of globalization and in terms of increasing community mobility, the role of immigration institutions is very important. This shows the urgency to see employee performance by understanding organizational culture and internal communication. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture and internal communication on employee performance. Data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires and literature studies. This study was conducted on employees of the Immigration Office of the Passport Service Unit Region I Pondok Pinang using a quantitative descriptive method. The population of this study was 32 respondents and the sample used was the entire population, because it used a saturated sampling technique. The technique used in collecting data was by using a questionnaire distributed via a google form link. The results of the T-test study showed that there was a partial influence of organizational culture on employee performance with a t-count value of 3.983> 2.045, so Ho1 was rejected and Ha1 was accepted. There was a partial influence between internal communication on employee performance with a t-count value of 2.328> 2.045, so Ho2 was rejected and Ha2 was accepted. Meanwhile, the simultaneous influence between organizational culture and internal communication on employee performance with a calculated F value of 77.858 > 3.32 and a significance value of 0.000, Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted

Abstract

Human resources are important assets in achieving organizational goals. This study aims to analyze the influence of the work environment and job satisfaction on employee work productivity at PT Tri Adi Bersama (Anteraja) Tebet Branch. A quantitative approach was used with a total sample technique involving 35 employees as respondents. There were several tests carried out, namely data quality tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests and determinant coefficient tests. The tool used to process the data in this study was SPSS software version 27. In the Work Environment variable (X1), the calculated t value was 1.728 with a significance level of 0.094> 0.05. This calculated t value was smaller than the t table, which was 2.034. This means that the Work Environment has no effect and is not significant on Work Productivity. In the Job Satisfaction variable (X2), the calculated t value was 2.984 with a significance level of 0.005 <0.05. This calculated t value was greater than the t table, which was 2.034. This indicates that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that the Job Satisfaction variable has a significant effect on Work Productivity. From the F test results, the calculated F value is 30.867 > F table 3.295, and sig 0.000. With a confidence level (α) of 5%. Then Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. So the Work Environment (X1) and Job Satisfaction (X2) variables together (simultaneously) have an effect on Work Productivity (Y). This finding emphasizes the importance of creating a conducive work environment and increasing job satisfaction to support optimal employee performance in the logistics sector. Abstract

Abstrack - This study aims to determine: (1) the influence of leadership style on employee performance, (2) the influence of work environment on employee performance, and (3) the simultaneous influence of leadership style and work environment on employee performance at PT Sumber Berkat Sempurna. The research employed a quantitative method with a causal associative approach. The population comprised all 37 employees of PT Sumber Berkat Sempurna, using saturated sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS. The t-test results show that leadership style significantly affects employee performance, while work environment does not have a significant effect. However, the F-test results indicate that leadership style and work environment together significantly influence employee performance. This study highlights the crucial role of leadership in improving employee performance, while the work environment is not yet a dominant factor. Abstract

This study examines the concept of the call for interfaith rapprochement (Da‘wah al-Taqrīb bayna al-Adyān) and the Islamic stance toward it through an analytical and critical approach based on the Qur’an, the Sunnah, and the statements of Muslim scholars. The significance of this research lies in revealing the true nature of this call and exposing its hidden motives, which aim to merge religions into a single faith and abolish the doctrinal distinctions that Allah has established between Islam and the distorted religions. The study seeks to answer several key questions: What is the reality of the call for interfaith rapprochement? What are its historical stages? What are its motives and impacts? And what is the Islamic ruling concerning it in light of Islamic creed? The researcher employed the inductive method by collecting relevant information from authentic sources and references, followed by analytical and critical examination. The study concludes that the call for interfaith rapprochement is a false and invalid concept that contradicts the fundamental principles of Islamic creed. It is founded on the notion of equating truth with falsehood and Islam with abrogated religions, and it poses serious threats to the faith and religious identity of Muslims.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline & work environment on employee job satisfaction at the National Food Agency. A quantitative approach was used, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 35 employees. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 31 to determine both partial and simultaneous effects. The results show that work discipline has a significant effect on job satisfaction, with a t-value of 5.098 > t- table 2.03. The regression coefficient of 0.487 indicates that an increase in work discipline improves job satisfaction by 48.7%. The work environment also significantly affects job satisfaction, with a t-value of 4.237, with a regression coefficient of 0.174. Simultaneously, work discipline & work environment significantly influence job satisfaction, as indicated by an F-value of 17.823 > F-table 3.29 and significance level < 0.001. The R Square value of 0.527 shows that these two variables explain 52.7% of the variation in employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the law on free shipping vouchers on Shopeepay in the Shopee application from an Islamic legal perspective. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method or library research which focuses on the study of manuscripts and texts, using a normative approach and a sociological approach. The results of the analysis show that the mechanism for free shipping vouchers on Shopeepay is by topping up or topping up your balance. Topping up Shopeepay funds can be done in several ways, including: via bank transfer, ATM, Alfamart and Indomaret. Shopeepay top up can be done by clicking top up then selecting the desired top up payment method. After being reviewed and analyzed according to the perspective of Islamic law, free shipping vouchers on Shopeepay are permissible because the funds on Shopeepay are takyif as a sarf contract (exchanging money in paper form for electronic money) so in this case, the use of free shipping vouchers on Shopeepay in the Shopee application is permissible. . The implications of this research are First, Shopee users, especially Muslims who activate ShopeePay to fulfill their needs, are advised to be more careful in carrying out this transaction, as a Muslim you must know the contract you are making so as not to violate the Sharia. Second, Shopee is expected to also pay attention to the service features it already has, such as cashback, discounts, free shipping and other service features using Shopeepay based on sharia provisions.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi telah mendorong PT PLN Indonesia Power Services untuk mengembangkan aplikasi absensi digital bernama Comes sebagai solusi absensi bold, yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas manajemen absensi karyawan. Efektivitas sistem ini ditentukan tidak hanya oleh kualitas teknologi tetapi juga oleh kesadaran pengguna dalam implementasinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penerapan kecerdasan dan kesadaran karyawan terhadap efektivitas manajemen absensi di tempat kerja. Data dianalisis menggunakan berbagai uji statistik yang relevan untuk menguji pengaruh penerapan fungsi dan kesadaran karyawan terhadap efektivitas absensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel bebas tersebut berpengaruh positif terhadap efektivitas manajemen absensi. Temuan ini menyoroti bahwa keberhasilan sistem absensi digital bergantung pada sinergi antara kualitas aplikasi dan kesadaran disiplin karyawan. Oleh karena itu, memperkuat teknologi yang ramah pengguna dan menumbuhkan budaya kerja yang sadar waktu merupakan faktor kunci dalam meningkatkan efektivitas sistem absensi digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penerapan aplikasi dan tingkat kesadaran pegawai terhadap efektivitas pelaksanaan absensi di lingkungan kerja. Data dianalisis dengan berbagai uji statistik yang relevan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan aplikasi dan tingkat kesadaran pegawai terhadap efektivitas pelaksanaan absensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel independen tersebut secara positif mempengaruhi efektivitas pelaksanaan absensi. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa keberhasilan sistem absensi digital ditentukan oleh sinergi antara kualitas aplikasi dan kesadaran disiplin pegawai. Oleh karena itu, penguatan teknologi yang user-friendly serta pengembangan budaya kerja yang sadar waktu menjadi faktor kunci dalam meningkatkan efektivitas sistem absensi digital.

Abstract

This research was school action research conducted by the principal using descriptive methods. This research explained and described the research resultsbased on the facts found. This research was conducted at SDN 20 Rupat. The research subjectswere the teachers who taught at SDN 20 Rupat. The results of the research found an increase in teachers’ skills in teaching and an increase in teachers’ activity in learning after several actions taken by the principal against the teacher. The following is the data from the analysis of teachers’ teaching skills. The average percentage of teachers’ teaching skills was 79.4. The percentage on the indicator of opening and closing lessons was 75.5%. Then, the percentageon the questioning skill indicator was 82% and on the skill indicator of providing reinforcement to the students was 80.5%. Next, the percentage on the indicator of skills in conducting learning variations was 86.8% and the percentage on the skills of explaining lessons was 78.6%. Then, the percentage obtained on the indicator of skills in guiding small group discussions was 81.5%, and the percentage on the skills of managing class was 78%. Finally, the percentage on individual teaching skills obtained a percentage of 72.6%. It was concluded that the teaching skills of teachers at SDN 20 Rupat was categorized as good, so that the improvement of teachers’ teaching skills also improve students’ learning outcomes and increased the learning success.
