Abstract

The development of information technology encourages the development of the Smart City model in various major cities in Indonesia. The city of Tangerang is trying to develop the Smart City through various programs that are starting to be developed by the Tangerang City Government. The Smart City concept promoted by the City of Tangerang is Tangerang LIVE. This concept has been launched since December 2013 and was implemented in 2014. This study aims to determine how the City Government realizes the concept of Smart City in Tangerang City and the obstacles that arise in it. implementation of programs from the Smart City Concept in Tangerang City. This research was conducted using a qualitative method with a focus on the Tangerang City Information and Communication Office as the main data source. The results showed that the strategy and implementation carried out by the Office of Communication and Information Technology was implemented based on Perwal no. 2 of 2016 which is guided by the RPJMD which has been compiled to support the concept of Smart City which is wrapped through Tangerang LIVE, but in the implementation of this Smart City it cannot be said to be optimal due to the lack of socialization carried out by the Communication and Informatics Office and the lack of awareness and readiness of SKPD and community to run programs from the Smart City so that it can hinder the implementation process of the Smart City

Abstract

This study focuses on how the marketing communication strategy for Café Ogut Cofee in attracting consumers' interest and the factors influence the marketing communication strategy for Café Ogut Cofee in attracting consumers' interest. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method using interview, observation and documentation techniques as data collection. After conducting research, it was found that the marketing communication strategy applied by Café Ogut Cofee uses the concept of the marketing mix that he uses including, produst, place, price, promotion, people, physical evidence, and process. Of the seven elements, Café Ogut Cofee uses all elements of the marketing mix including product, place, price, promotion, physical evidence and process. The driving factors that influence the marketing communication strategy of Café Ogut Cofee are the existence of board game facilities for visitors so that it becomes an attraction for Café Ogut Cofee and the inhibiting factor is the lack of space or place for events such as live music to reduce the attractiveness of Café Ogut Cofee and become obstacle to the smooth marketing mix of Café Ogut Cofee.

Abstract

Education creates reliable and competitive people resources, which determines a nation's success. Scholarship policies have a substantial impact on the growth of a nation, particularly in terms of enhancing the quality of human resources and access to quality education. Open access to education can help establish an improved education system. The Excellence Scholarships Program is part of the Indonesian government's goal to produce trustworthy and competitive human resources. This research used a qualitative descriptive methodology by tracing official government documents associated with the Excellence Scholarships program. This report analyzes the 2019-2020 implementation and impact of Indonesia's main scholarship program.  This study examined program implementation using descriptive-qualitative research. According to the findings of this study, 2025 undergraduates won scholarships in the last two years. The procedures and aid distribution of the Excellence scholarship program are effective because they adhere to the predetermined flow and conditions, however, future improvements are required for the implementation of these scholarship programs: first, improving the principle of equal distribution of scholarship recipients to combat inequality, particularly in eastern Indonesia; and second, providing equal opportunities. This research also suggests further research could look into how the excellence scholarships program enhances scholarship recipients' quality of life and human resources.

Abstract

Adanya sebuah teknologi masyarakat diberi kemudahan dalam berbagai hal yang menjadi kebutuhan sehari-hari. Teknologi ini tidak hanya memberikkan dampak yang besar bagi individu, tetapi juga memberikan dampak yang besar bagi masyarakat luas. Smart city dirancang oleh Pemerintah Kota Tangerang sebagai salah satu cara untuk perbaikan wilayah dari segala aspek, termasuk pelayanan. Perkembangan teknologi informasi tidak hanya sebagai penunjang smart city, tetapi juga bisa sebagai Big data atau hal-hal lain berhubungan dengan digitalisasi. Penelitian ini dirancang untuk dapat memberikan gambaran rinci terkait Smart city (kota pintar) “Bagaimana gambaran perkembangan sistem teknologi informasi pada konsep smart city dapat memberikan nilai bagi Kota Tangerang dalam membranding). Pengolahan data angket dilakukan dengan menggunakan sofwer Vosviewer untuk melihat lebih detail mengenai hal-hal apa saja yang berkaitan dengan penelitian branding smart city. Titik dan garis penelitian baru sebagian besar terkonsentrasi di internet of think, urban areas, big data, sustainable develovment, smart building, cloud computing, dan conceptual model. Hal ini menjadi sebuah temuan konsep baru untuk bisa diadopsi oleh negara-negara yang ingin mengembangan pembangunan dan siap terhadap teknologi.Kata Kunci: Branding, Smart city, Kota Tangerang AbstractThe existence of a community technology is facilitated in various things that are daily needs. This technology not only has a big impact on individuals, but also has a big impact on society at large. This research is designed to be able to provide a detailed description of the Smart city (smart city) "How can an overview of the development of information technology systems in the concept of a smart city can provide value for the City of Tangerang in comparison) The questionnaire data processing was carried out using the Vosviewer software to see in more detail what matters were related to smart city branding research. Abstract

Abstract Watching movies at home through movie applications now has become a trend in this pandemic era. Adolescents who have online learning at home are forced to entertain themselves with indoor activities; spending more time watching movies is one example. As one of the online movie platforms, Netflix has gained 204 million subscribers in January 2021, following Amazon Prime with 150 million subscribers. This situation becomes a concern where adolescents seemingly have more freedom and access to select movies without parents' awareness. Adolescents are given trust in their competence to be conscious, critical, and analyse their content despite their age. This research's objects were to acknowledge how adolescents gain access to online movies despite the television content rating system and their parents' involvement in the adolescents' selection of movies. The research was conducted using a qualitative method with a case study approach. Informants were adolescents in the range of 11-14 years old and some parents. Results showed that most adolescents gained access to movies through online applications, namely Netflix, YouTube, Telegram, and illegal websites. These adolescents gained this information from friends and the TikTok application. Regarding the parents' involvement, most adolescents claimed that their parents did not contribute to their selection of movies, seemingly ignorant, and some parents even did not know what their children watch and do in their bedrooms. However, a few of them stated that their parents contributed to their selection of movies but sometimes gave adolescents some permission to watch unsuitable movies based on the television content rating system.

Abstract

Tangerang City is a city that is one of the capital's supporting areas, which is experiencing severe environmental pollution due to rapid urbanization, industrial activity, the large number of electric vehicles, and low public awareness of the environment. By utilizing technology and innovation to create smarter, more sustainable, and greener cities, the smart city environmental concept can provide effective solutions to environmental problems. Smart city is a concept that is applied globally, including in the city of Tangerang, Indonesia. The combination of technological developments with urban infrastructure is an effort to improve citizens' quality of life, increase the effectiveness of public services, and encourage sustainable economic growth. There is significant research development regarding the application of smart environment cities, including innovation in government, but there is still very little research regarding the application of smart environment cities and efforts to increase environmental sustainability. This study emphasizes the importance of the government's role, especially in policies, to mitigate the negative impact of urban development in Tangerang City on the environment.

Abstract

Influence of Social Networking Twitter Against Antisocial Attitudes on Students of SMK Pustek Serpong. Department of Communication Studies, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences. 2021. The use of social networking site Twitter is currently growing among teenagers. This can cause a variety of changes in attitudes among the students themselves. The purpose of this study was to determine how the effect of the use of social networking twitter against antisocial behavior in SMK Pustek in terms of cognitive, affective, conative. This research was supported by the theory that media dependency theory, in which the current media has an influence on the formation of attitudes to someone who continues to use social media in their daily life. Researchers used a quantitative approach to study the nature of explanative. Data collection techniques used to distribute questionnaires. The samples in this study were SMK Pustek Serpong with sampling probability sampling technique. The results showed a correlation between the use of social networking towards asocial attitudes in students at 80.2%. The influence of social networking twitter use has contributed greatly to the asocial attitudes obtained from the calculation of the coefficient of determination is equal to 64.2%. When viewed from the side of the attitude which consists of cognitive, affective, conative, the attitude of the students in terms of conative where most of the students have a tendency to always use social media for personal use. In terms of cognitive (knowledge) and affective (feeling) also received a positive response from the majority of students of SMK Pustek Serpong. Outcome data in the can that is significant and valid..

Abstract

Tangerang City is a city that has developed rapidly in recent years. The industrial area in this city is one of the causes of significant economic growth. Apart from that, good road infrastructure and easy accessibility to Soekarno-Hatta international airport are also factors that facilitate access and mobility to this city. In recent years, the city of Tangerang has also begun to introduce the smart city concept by utilizing information and communication technology to improve public services and the quality of life of the community. This research uses a quantitative approach, explanatory research, with a sample of 100 people. The research results obtained are that communication technology variables (X) on public communication (Y) on service quality (Z) influence each other or the hypothesis is accepted. The smart city concept is an intelligent and in-depth approach to information technology and public services to build a dream city, integrated in nature to solve city problems such as population growth, ICT infrastructure, economic, political, cultural problems and the changes in government paradigms. Information and communication technology as a solution to problems that have occurred so far and become facilitators, mediators and interpreters between organizations and the public. Communication technology allows faster and wider access to information.

Abstract

The shift from conventional business models to digital business models has become a significant trend among competitors of SMEs. The use of digital media holds great potential to accelerate SMEs' growth. This article aims to socialize the concept of digital marketing to SMEs so that they can effectively leverage it to enhance their competitiveness and business growth. The approach employed in this article involves conducting activities through seminars focused on imparting knowledge, training, and practical assistance to SMEs regarding digital marketing strategies relevant to the context of the Industrial Revolution. By gaining a better understanding of digital marketing, SMEs can attract a broader audience and experience sustainable business growth in this increasingly digital environment.

Abstract

Pengelolaan bumdes di Indonesia di era pandemi covid-19 mengalami penurunan ekonomi dari berbagai sektor seperti UMKM, Pariwisata dan lain-lain. Maka hal tersebut perlu adanya inovasi dan potensi dari desa sebagai bentuk dari pemulihan ekonomi dan meningkat kebutuhan ekonomi di perdesaan. Dengan ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan aplikasi Nvivo 12 Plus dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif menggunakan fitur Crosstab Analysis, Cluster Analysis, Concept Map Dan Project Map Analysis, Dan Discourse Analysis. Ada 3 proses tahapan, pertama Ncapture website dan article, tahap kedua menganalisis dengan Nvivo 12 plus untuk memaknai text dan konten yang memiliki kesamaan makna, kata-kata serta konteks yang membuat saling berkaitan antara website dan article; tahap ketiga discourse analysis yaitu analisis dan pemaknaan content website dan article yang relevan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini dengan adanya inovasi dan potensi bumdes di Indonesia akan meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat desa di masa pandemi covid-19.Kata Kunci : Inovasi, Potensi, Badan Usaha Milik Desa, Covid-19.
