Abstract

Mendirikan bangunan secara sederhana menggunakan material/bahan sekitar masyarakat Indonesia sejak dulu sebagai tradisi budaya turun temurun nenek moyang. Ketersediaan bahan yang melimpah bukanlah sebagai suatu kendala. Bahan dapat langsung dipakai tanpa perlu diolah di pabrik pengolahan bahan, dan hanya perlu sedikit perapihan untuk tampilan dan keamanan. Adalakalanya pemakaian yang berlangsung lama, terus menerus menjadi permasalahan seperti berkurangnya jumlah material tersebut, sehingga masalah pemakaian bahan bangunan lokal seperti kayu, bambu, batu alam, tanah, daun, limbah kulit kopi, limbah daun jambu, sagu, bambu, limbah cangkang kerang, batok kelapa, serta limbah cangkang sawit yang ada di sekitar warga memberi peranan yang baru sebagai sebuah inovasi yang perlu dikembangkan lagi. Adapun tujuan kegiatan adalah implementasi pemanfaatan material lokal bahan bangunan yang ramah lingkungan dan murah/terjangkau serta mudah dan bisa langsung dipakai dengan teknologi pertukangan sederhana sebagai material lokal yang banyak dan tersebar di hampir seluruh wilayah di Indonesia. Dengan metode ceramah beserta praktek sederhana melalui teknik presentasi dan sosialisasi yang dilanjutkan dengan diskusi dan tanya jawab akan memberikan pemahaman yang lebih dalam kepada masyarakat. Adapun sasaran kegiatan adalah para orang tua (rumah tangga) dan kelompok masyarakat/pemuda karang taruna. Berlokasi di Way Lima, Kabupaten Pesawaran, Provinsi Lampung. Hasil kegiatan berupa tercapainya pemahaman warga terhadap pemakaian material lokal dengan teknik praktek sederhana maupun pengetahuan inovasi sederhana serta murah. Diharapkan masyarakat dapat melaksanakan kegiatan ini setelah adanya pengenalan pengetahuan dan memanfaatkan potensi yang ada disekitar tempat tinggal mereka dalam kehidupan sehari-hari guna meningkatkan kualitas hidup dan penghidupan yang layak dari sisi ekonomi keluarga.

Abstract

The service activities carried out include technical assistance in the form of design drawings and outreach to local religious and community leaders in providing an overview of the development plans and processes of the Nurul Huda Development Plan which is located in the Kuala Teladas area, Kec. Dente Teladas, Kab. Onion bones, Lampung. This Community Service activity is part of the implementation of the Tri Darma of Higher Education which is one of the obligations as an academic. The aim of this service is to help the community in the increasingly worrying process of building the Nurul Huda Mosque, Kuala Teladas. Especially for technical document drawings, to be able to estimate space requirements, room layout, location of mosque supporting facilities in a technical drawing. This is important because the existing condition of the land is located at the mouth of the Tulang Bawang river and the water level is higher than the mosque building. This design drawing will also make it easier for the committee, the community and development implementers to align their perceptions about the development plan starting from the layout, space requirements to the shape of the mosque after it is built. The plan for preparing this design document will go through several discussions, measurements and presentations to relevant stakeholders, which in this case are the congregation, community, religious leaders, potential donors as well as the development committee, so that the development design ideas that will be created by the team can be in accordance with hope of all parties. It is hoped that this design drawing will also be able to help the committee not only in the development implementation process, but also in disseminating information, so that it can become material for making proposals to raise funds from development donors.

Abstract

Pekon Way Kerap has extraordinary natural potential such as scenery, the uniqueness of the location which is a transit area for people who are going to or going to the destination will stop by this area. Visits are mainly located at the Imanuddin Mosque at the crossroads and offer beautiful views of the natural atmosphere, making Pekon Way Kerap have the potential to improve infrastructure and supporting facilities in the surrounding area. In addition, the route passed by Pekon Way Kerap is also a tourist route to the Tanjung Setia surfing object location located on the West Coast. Right on the east side of the mosque opposite the location, there is a village of native Lampung people, a settlement with a distinctive appearance of a stage building nuance sprinkled with a variety of beautiful building ornaments, displaying the exotic atmosphere of the area. The settlement is in the form of a stage, as an original/initial building and is still maintained in the future, the sustainability of the existence of a stage building with the uniqueness of the native tribe of Pekon Way Kerap as Kampung Tuha. Increasing the creative capacity of local residents by utilizing the technology era and driven by the fulfillment of facilities, such as internet networks, increasing skills, innovation in the use of creativity requires support from all parties, while maintaining noble values is always an emphasis in running life, as a development of the latest innovations. increasing the flow of information, the more advanced technology, the more we race side by side together to increase potential. The activity aims to explore information, conclude the concept of fulfilling the requirements as a sustainable tourism village. By using qualitative descriptive methods to find out and convey it is hoped that it can meet, solve problems at the activity location. Located in Pekon Way Kerap, Semaka District, Tanggamus Regency. The results of the activity in the form of formulating the idea of the concept of strengthening the creative capacity of residents towards sustainable tourism villages.
