Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on various economic sectors and resulted in a decline in various sectors. In the midst of economic uncertainty due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) sector is expected to be the foundation of the national economy that can contribute to the revival of the economy of Indonesia. One of the SMEs that will be supported in this research program is Arjuna Farm and its partners spread across Indonesia. Arjuna Farm has a focus on the livestock sector and also the distribution of various derivative products. One of the obstacles faced by Arjuna Farm partners is in terms of recording the company's operational transactions. The result is the farmers being unable to make the right decisions in managing the business and also developing the business. Therefore, this Community Service will produce a point of sales solution that is suitable for the needs of farmers. In addition, mentoring will be carried out for 1 semesters to ensure that the resulting solutions can be measured for success and also provide optimal benefits for farmers. Keywords: Point of Sales, Farmer, SMEs Bahasa Indonesia Abstrak: Pandemi Covid19 telah memberikan dampak bagi berbagai sector ekonomi dan menghasilkan penurunan di berbagai sector. Di tengah ketidakpastian ekonomi akibat pandemi covid-19, sektor Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) diharapkan menjadi pondasi perekonomian nasional yang dapat memberikan kontribusi kepada kebangkitan ekonomi Indonesia. Salah satu UMKM yang akan didukung dalam penelitian ini adalah UMKM Arjuna Farm dan mitra-mitranya yang tersebar di Indonesia. Arjuna Farm memiliki focus pada bidang peternakan dan juga distribusi berbagai produk turunannya. Salah satu kendala yang dialai oleh mitra-mitra Arjuna Farm yaitu dalam hal pencatatan transaksi operasional perusahaan. Yang mana berakibat kepada para peternak tersebut tidak dapat membuat keputusan yang tepat dalam mengelola usaha dan juga mengembangkan usaha. Oleh karena itu PKM ini akan menghasilkan sebuah solusi point of sales yang sesuai untuk kebutuhan para peternak. Selain itu akan dilaksanakan pendampingan selama 1 semester untuk memastikan agar solusi yang dihasilkan dapat diukur keberhasilannya dan juga memberikan benefit yang optimal untuk para peternak. Abstract

Kesehatan merupakan hal penting yang harus dijaga dikarenakan memiliki tubuh yang sehat dapat mendukung seseorang dalam melakukan berbagai kegiatan dan aktivitas tanpa adanya hambatan. Banyaknya jenis penyakit yang bermunculan pada era modern ini dipengaruh oleh banyak faktor salah satunya yaitu gaya hidup yang kurang sehat yakni mengkonsumsi makanan yang kurang sehat terlalu berlebihan sehingga menyebabkan obesitas, salah satunya yaitu daging hewani. Makanan vegetarian dapat dijadikan sebagai solusi yang tepat sebagai makanan sehat agar dapat meminimalkan resiko terserang penyakit serta juga dapat dijadikan sebagai makanan untuk pola diet sehat agar dapat mencegah obesitas. Berdasarkan hasil survei yang dilakukan masyarakat yang mengkonsumsi makanan vegetarian terdapat beberapa permasalahan dalam mencari rumah makan vegetarian seperti informasi rumah makan vegetarian yang sulit didapatkan serta pemanfaatan aplikasi dalam pencarian rumah makan vegetarian yang tidak menyajikan informasi secara mendetail. Oleh karena permasalahan tersebut, maka akan dibangun sebuah Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) yang memetakan rumah makan vegetarian dengan menggunakan API Google Maps. Pada penelitian ini akan diimplementasikan kombinasi dua buah metode yaitu metode Haversine dan Dijkstra pada SIG yang dibangun dalam memberikan rekomendasi rumah makan vegetarian terdekat bagi pelanggan. Hasil pengujian yang didapatkan disimpulkan bahwa Sistem Informasi Geografis yang dibangun efektif dalam membantu pengguna mencari lokasi rumah makan vegetarian di kota Medan.

Abstract

PT. Putra Pelangi Perkasa is one of the companies engaged in AKAP (Inter-City Inter-Provincial) passenger transportation services. In supporting its business, the company has a website-based information system, namely https://www.putrapelangi.com/. However, the website currently used by the company is only specifically used for internal companies. Customers who will order tickets are still done conventionally by visiting the company counter directly so that this process is very ineffective and efficient. Therefore, by designing a website-based information system for ordering bus tickets for PT. Putra Pelangi Perkasa can solve problems in the current system. This system was designed using Balsamiq Mockups 3 and the Unified Modeling Language (UML) system modeling using the Laravel framework. The method of testing this system is black-box and the results of the study show that the bus ticket booking information system that was built is very effective and efficient for use in ordering bus tickets because of the search, ordering, payment, cancellation of bus tickets, and seeing the available seat plans. visualization of the system being built.

Abstract

One of the problems faced by MSMEs engaged in animal husbandry is the field of business management. Business management is still done traditionally, resulting in a merger of the company's operational funds and the manager's personal funds. This has an impact on the financial statements and the business decision-making process to be wrong. The solution that will be implemented to solve this problem is the digitization of livestock business processes by implementing a point of sales (PoS) system on 786 NS Farm located in Deli Serdang district, North Sumatra province. The implementation of the PoS system can help partners to record transactions digitally, make electronic books and produce financial reports that can assist partners in making decisions in the future. The PoS system implemented is the result of research by the proposing team, namely solutions that have obtained IPR with number No. Registration C00201702295 with the creation title "Officer Mobile Application". The results of this activity are learning the results of six months of mentoring to partners and increasing partner empowerment where partners are able to use the PoS system to record company operational transactions.

Abstract

Abstrak - Peternakan 786 NS Farm merupakan salah satu peternakan yang berkolasi di kabupaten Deli Serdang provinsi Sumatera Utara. Saat ini mitra memiliki fokus pada penjualan sapi, domba, kambing, susu kambing, dan susu sapi. Salah satu kelebihan yang dimiliki oleh mitra dibanding peternakan lainnnya adalah lokasi mitra yang berada di tepi jalan lintas Medan - Deli Tua sehingga memungkinkan untuk para pelintas melihat spanduk layanan mitra yang berada di pinggir jalan. Sehingga berdampak positif terhadap angka penjualan produk Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra terletak pada bidang pemasaran.Saat ini mitra belum melakukan kegiatan pemasaran yang terstruktur, tidak mengelola online presence sama sekali akibatnya mitra hanya dikenal oleh masyarakat sekitar saja. Adapun solusi yang dihasilkan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan ini adalah digitalisasi UMKM peternakan melalui implementasi komunikasi pemasaran terintegrasi meliputi branding, website, search engine marketing dan marketing communication tools. Kegiatan pemasaran digital ini mampu meningkatkan angka penjualan mitra dimana hasil dari kegiatan mampu meningkatkan pendapatan mitra sebesar 20%. Diharapkan dari kegiatan ini, dapat menjadi referensi implementasi strategi komunikasi pemasaran terintegrasi pada bidang peternakan. Abstract - 786 NS Farm Farm is one of the farms located in Deli Serdang district, North Sumatra province. Currently, the partners focus on selling cows, sheep, goats, goat's milk, and cow's milk. One of the advantages that partners have compared to other farms is the partner's location on the edge of the Medan - Deli Tua causeway, making it possible for passers-by to see partner service banners on the side of the road. And this has a positive impact on product sales figures. The problems faced by partners lie in the marketing sector. The solution to this problem is digitizing livestock SMEs by implementing integrated marketing communications, including branding, websites, search engine marketing, and marketing communication tools. This digital marketing activity can increase partner sales figures where the movement results can increase partner income by 20%. This activity will become a reference for implementing an integrated marketing communication strategy in the livestock sector.

Abstract

Sistem rekomendasi adalah sistem yang dibuat dengan tujuan untuk membantu pengguna dalam mengetahui item yang diminati oleh mereka. Sistem rekomendasi banyak diimplementasikan di marketplace, sosial media dan untuk tujuan lainnya. Salah satu proses yang membutuhkan sistem rekomendasi adalah pada proses pemilihan kamera. Pemilihan kamera untuk fotografer yang belum berpengalaman menggunakan kamera menjadi salah satu permasalahan yang cukup penting dikarenakan banyaknya kamera yang bermunculan hingga saat ini. Proses pemilihan kamera biasanya dilakukan dengan bertanya kepada fotografer senior yang sudah terjun lama dalam bidang fotografi agar diberikan rekomendasi terkait kamera yang sesuai dengan kriteria. Proses konvensional tersebut tentunya akan memakan waktu yang sangat lama. Oleh karena permasalahan tersebut, maka perlu dilakukan penelitian untuk sebuah sistem informasi rekomendasi pada proses pemilihan kamera. Pada penelitian ini akan diterapkan 2 metode rekomendasi yaitu metode Collaborative Filtering dan Knowledge Item Based. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi rekomendasi kamera DSLR yang dibangun menerapkan metode Collaborative Filtering dan Knowledge Item Based dalam memberikan rekomendasi prediksi pilihan kamera berdasarkan pola rating dari user lainnya.

Abstract

According to the World Health Organization (WHO), hearing loss is one of the fourth leading causes of disability. The number of people with hearing loss continues to increase yearly. This increase occurred due to delays in recognizing hearing loss, leading to delays in providing treatment. To solve this problem, one solution to deal with this is early identification to detect the degree of hearing loss. This research will use machine learning to classify the degree of hearing loss. The algorithm implemented in this study is naive Bayes. This study uses a data set from the Zenodo open access repository with 3105 raw data and 19 features. This study evaluates the performance of overall accuracy, precision, recall, and f1-score and classified four classes: mild, moderate, moderately severe, and severe. The methodology classification stages in this study include data preprocessing, data training, data testing, and evaluation. From evaluating the performance of the Naive Bayes algorithm, the classification results obtained the highest impacts in the form of 94% overall accuracy, 100% precision, 100% recall and 97% f1-score in classifying the degree of hearing loss.

Abstract

Cyberbullying is the act of sending text, images, or videos using the internet, mobile phones, or other devices with the aim of hurting and shaming other people. Cyberbullying is often done through several social media platforms, one of which is through comments on the TikTok application. According to a report by We Are Social, TikTok has 1.4 billion monthly active users aged 18 and above globally. Indonesia currently ranks second in the world in terms of active TikTok users. As a result, the potential for cyberbullying instances will grow as the number of users grows. By using data mining, the public can create a detection system, which can perform analysis on comments in the TikTok application. The method used is Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) and Support Vector Machine (SVM). The stages passed are to collect comments that are labelled manually. Then, text preprocessing, tokenizing, and weighting were carried out with TF-IDF. Then, implement the Support Vector Machine algorithm to detect cyberbullying comments. This study uses 80% training data and 20% testing data. From the performance results of the Support Vector Machine algorithm, 88% overall accuracy, 88% precision, 96% recall, and 92% f1-score were obtained in detecting cyberbullying comments on social media TikTok.

Abstract

PT. XYZ is one of the companies in the field of furniture sales by offering its flagship product, namely spring bed. The company's business continues to grow every year, of course, the company must be able to complete its work quickly and precisely. One of the main problems of the company is that the increase in company sales is still not able to cover the company's expenses and sometimes the company still suffers losses. This happens because companies often make mistakes in purchasing product inventory stock. Not all types of spring beds sell well, so sometimes purchases are made of the type of spring bed that is not selling well, which results in stock accumulation and instability of the company's cash inflow and outflow. In this study, a Business Intelligence System was built, which is a form of information technology implementation to store, collect and analyze data into knowledge so that it can be used as prediction results. The prediction algorithm used in this research is the Adaptive Response Rate Exponential algorithm. The expected goal of this research is to build a Business Intelligence System that can calculate product sales predictions in the following month using the Adaptive Response Rate Exponential Smoothing (ARRES) algorithm. Based on the results of the MAPE test, it can be concluded that the percentage of prediction accuracy from the ARRES algorithm on the sales transaction data of PT. XYZ is 53.33% which is categorized as quite accurate and the percentage of prediction error from the ARRES method is 46.67% which is categorized as reasonable

Abstract

Nowadays, cosmetics have become a daily necessity for women, men, and children. The cosmetics in question are not just make-up cosmetics such as powder or blush. Products such as shampoo and soap are also included as cosmetics that fall into the skincare category. Various phenomena or trends that enter Indonesia affect cosmetic sales. Rita Kosmetik Store has been running since 2004 and until now Rita Kosmetik Store is still running its business manually, using paper media. The manual process has many weaknesses, including human error, long data management, weak supervision, and low data integrity. The author then designed a web-based point-of-sale system using Laravel with a MySQL database based on these problems. The resulting point-of-sale system helps Rita Kosmetik Store owners and employees in recording, collecting, and managing business transactions, inventory is properly tracked, and the resulting reports do not take much time and are more accurate.
