Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the influence of the organization's culture and the amount of compensation to employees satisfaction. The study population was employees of numbered 50 people. 30 samples are taken randomly. Cultural organizations give significant influence on employees job satisfaction. The data processing value t = 4.271>  5% = 2,045.at table value at  The amount of compensation gives significant influence on employees job satisfaction. Data processing results obtained by value t = 5.143>  5% = 2,045.at table value at  Organizations culture and magnitude of compensation together give a significant effect on employees job satisfaction. The data processing coefficient of determination (R2) of 87.2% means that increase employees job satisfaction is influenced by the culture of the organizations and the amount of compensation, while the remaining 12.8% (100% - 87,%) affected by other factors that were not analyzed.Keywords: Culture, compensation, job satisfactionABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi  dan  besarnya kompensasi  terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Populasi penelitian adalah  karyawan berjumlah 50 orang. Sampel penelitian  sebanyak 30 orang   diambil secara acak. Budaya organisasi   memberi  pengaruh yang signifikan  terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Hasil pengolahan data nilai thitung = 4,271 > nilai ttabel  pada a 5 % = 2,045. Besarnya kompensasi  memberi  pengaruh yang signifikan  terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Hasil pengolahan data diperoleh nilai thitung  = 5,143 > nilai ttabel pada a 5 % = 2,045. Budaya organisasi dan besarnya kompensasi secara bersama-sama memberi  pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Hasil pengolahan data nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 87,2% artinya  peningkatan kepuasan kerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh budaya organisasi   dan besarnya kompensasi, sedangkan sisanya 12,8%  (100% - 87,%) dipengaruhi oleh faktor lainnya yang tidak dianalisis.Kata Kunci : Budaya, kompensasi, kepuasan kerja

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of advertising media and product quality on the decision to buy mobile phones. Research Methods are survey research. The subject of this study as many as 50 people in the housing community di Perumahan Unggul Graha Permai. Data were collected by a questionnaire instrument using Likert. The validity of the data obtained by the validity and reliability test, all data have a normal distribution. The results showed that the advertising media gave a significant influence on the decision to buy a mobile phone. Likewise product quality gives a significant influence on the decision to buy a mobile phone. Coefficient of determination (R)2  is advertising media and product quality has a strong relationship to decision to buy handphone.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the compensation and working discipline besaranya on employee performance. Methods The study is a survey research. Subjects of this study as many as 50 employees were taken randomly at PT. Lifes Good in Jakarta. Data was collected by questionnaires using Likert skla. The validity of the data obtained with the validity and reliability, all data has a normal distribution. The results showed that the compensation to give a significant influence on employee performance. Likewise, work discipline gives a significant influence on employee performance. The coefficient of determination (R) 2 is the compensation and working discipline has a strong relationship to employee performance.
