Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui dan membuktikan apakah kinerja pada personil ini dipengaruhi oleh Lingkungan Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, dan Motivasi Kerja. Metode penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu personil di Kantor Kepolisian Resor Sawahlunto (Polres Sawahlunto). Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 63 orang responden dengan metode random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistic deskriptif dan analisis inferensial dengan alat analisis yang digunakan adalah PLS (Partial Least Square). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Lingkungan Kerja memiliki hubungan positif dan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja, variabel Disiplin Kerja memiliki hubungan positif dan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja, dan variabel Motivasi Kerja memiliki hubungan positif dan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja.

Penelitian ini merupakan sebuah penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan membuktikan pengaruh budaya organisasi dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja sales PT Infomedia Nusantara di Kota Depok. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 60 responden yang merupakan keseluruhan jumlah sales PT Infomedia Nusantara di Kota Depok. Dalam penelitian ini teknik analisa menggunakan Uji t (Parsial), Uji F (Simultan), dan Uji Koefisien Determinasi (R2) yang dibantu dengan menggunakan software SPSS versi 26. Hasil pengujian diperoleh hasil (1) budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja sales PT Infomedia Nusantara di Kota Depok, (2) stres kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja sales PT Infomedia Nusantara di Kota Depok, (3) budaya organisasi dan stres kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja sales PT Infomedia Nusantara di Kota Depok

A composition or a structure of liabilities is the definition of the capital structure of a company. The purpose of the study is to analyze the structure of capital and the performance of finance during the years 2015 to 2018 (4 years) in the enterprise sector is national Trade in Indonesia. The research sample was processed from the annual report data Trade sector companies in Indonesia that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, this is in accordance with the objectives of this study. The method of analysis in this study uses panel data regression. The relationship between capital structure and profitability ratios will be revealed from this study. Variables independently that structure capital will be in proxy with a debt to equity ratio (DER), debt to asset ratio (DAR), and long-term debt ratio (LTDR). And for variable dependent is the performance of finance will be in proxy with Gross Profit Margin (GPM), Net Profit Margin (NPM), and Return on Capital Employed (ROCE). Research on the company's sector of Commerce in Indonesia resulted in a relationship that significant between variables independent manner together against variable dependent.

Sebuah komposisi atau suatu struktur liabilitas adalah pengertian dari struktur modal perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa struktur modal dan kinerja keuangan selama tahun 2015 hingga 2018 (4 tahun) pada perusahaan Sektor Perdangan di Indonesia. Sampel penelitian ini diolah dari data laporan tahunan perusahaan Sektor Perdangan di Indonesia yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia, hal ini sesuai dengan tujuan dari penelitian ini. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi panel data. Hubungan antara struktur modal dan kinerja keuangan akan diungkapkan dari penelitian ini. Variabel independen yaitu struktur modal akan di proksikan dengan debt to equity ratio (DER), debt to asset ratio (DAR), dan longterm debt ratio (LTDR). Dan untuk variabel dependen yaitu kinerja keuangan akan di proksikan dengan Return on Asset (ROA). Penelitian pada perusahaan sektor Perdagangan di Indonesia menghasilkan nilai R square model yaitu 0,4574 artinya bahwa 45,74% kinerja perusahaan dijelaskan oleh variabel penelitian ini.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman dari aplikasi JakOne Mobile serta merekomendasikan strategi pertumbuhan yang optimal. Data primer dikumpulkan dari 40 responden yang mayoritas berusia 20-22 tahun, menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan kuesioner yang diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Hasil menunjukkan kekuatan utama JakOne Mobile adalah fleksibilitas, kemudahan penggunaan, dan efisiensi biaya, sementara kelemahan mencakup variasi tampilan aplikasi dan masalah keamanan. Peluang terbesar terletak pada perubahan gaya hidup masyarakat dan adopsi teknologi baru, sedangkan ancaman utama adalah persaingan teknologi canggih dan peningkatan pencurian data. Strategi yang direkomendasikan meliputi pemanfaatan kekuatan dan peluang untuk pertumbuhan, dengan fokus pada peningkatan fitur aplikasi dan keamanan data. Penelitian ini memberikan panduan bagi JakOne Mobile untuk meningkatkan posisi kompetitifnya dalam pasar mobile banking.

Young business groups in Indonesia face challenges in developing their enterprises, focusing on business growth and stability. One of the main obstacles they encounter is limited understanding of financial concepts and access to formal financial services. This research aims to enhance financial literacy and financial inclusion among young business groups through community service programs. The methods employed in this program include conducting financial planning literacy training focused on cash management, emergency fund management, and debt management. The program is conducted at the Youth Forum, Yayasan Panti Nugraha, South Jakarta, which partners in this initiative. The results of this community service initiative demonstrate a significant improvement in participants' understanding and readiness in managing their business finances. Participants show increased understanding in financial planning, risk management, and identifying key challenges faced by young business groups. Recommendations for further development include deepening participants' understanding in financial risk management, expanding collaboration networks with local and national financial institutions to enhance access to financial products, and conducting regular monitoring and evaluation of program implementation. These steps are expected to strengthen the financial capacity of young business groups and support sustainable business growth

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi, dan pengalaman kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di KPP Pratama Jakarta Pancoran. Populasi pada penelitian ini ada seluruh pegawai KPP Pratama Jakarta Pancoran yang berjumlah 113 pegawai. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 88 pegawai dengan penggunaan rumus slovin. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer, yaitu dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner atau angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis data kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode statistik. Metode statistik yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil pengujian diperoleh hasil (1) kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai KPP Pratama Jakarta Pancoran, dan (2) pengalaman kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pegawai KPP Pratama Jakarta Pancoran Kata Kunci: kompetensi, pengalaman kerja, kinerja pegawai ABSTRACT This study is a quantitative study that aims to determine the effect of competence and work experience on employee performance at KPP Pratama Jakarta Pancoran. The population in this study were all employees of KPP Pratama Jakarta Pancoran totaling 113 employees. The number of samples used in this study was 88 employees using the slovin formula. The data used in this study is primary data, namely by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this research is the quantitative data analysis technique using statistical methods. The statistical method used is Partial Least Square (PLS). The test results obtained (1) competence has a positive and significant effect on the performance of KPP Pratama Jakarta Pancoran employees, (2) work experience has a positive and significant effect on the performance of KPP Pratama Jakarta Pancoran employees. This study aims to assess the financial performance of PT Waskita Karya Tbk, a prominent company in the infrastructure sector, over the 2021-2023 period. The evaluation employs a financial ratio approach, including Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Equity (ROE), Earnings Per Share (EPS), Price Earnings Ratio (PER), Price to Book Value (PBV), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). This approach seeks to provide a comprehensive overview of the company's profitability, market valuation, and solvency. The findings indicate a notable improvement in profitability indicators, particularly in 2023. Market value indicators, such as EPS, also recorded sharp growth, reflecting the company's operational efficiency; meanwhile, PER experienced a significant decline, indicating a rationalization of stock valuations in the market. On the other hand, solvency was reflected in an increase in PBV, although the DER ratio also increased, indicating a greater reliance on debt. Overall, this study concludes that PT Waskita Karya Tbk shows a significant improvement trend in financial performance, especially in profitability and market value. However, better debt management is needed to maintain financial stability.

This research aimed to investigate the serial mediation role of dividend policy and capital structure in the relationship between financial flexibility and financial performance. The population of this research consists of property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) over the 13 years (2010 to 2022). Purposive sampling was used. Based on the determined criteria, six companies were chosen as the sample of this research. Data were collected from financial reports on the IDX website to obtain proxies for each variable used. The data analysis used descriptive and inferential statistics, including Path Analysis and the Sobel test, to examine mediation. The results show that of the 10 proposed hypotheses, four are not significant: financial flexibility does not significantly affect financial performance, either directly or through capital structure, or through the serial mediation of dividend policy and capital structure. Financial flexibility also does not directly affect capital structure. This provides empirical evidence that managing cash holdings alone, as a risk-free asset, is insufficient to mitigate risk and improve financial performance, given that property and real estate companies require large capital expenditures due to their inherent characteristics.
