Abstract

Attendance is an important part of collecting attendance data at an event. The data serves as a tool for evaluation, accountability, and event development. SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Dolopo, a vocational high school in Madiun Regency, East Java, is one of the educational institutions that requires a good attendance system. The school aims to excel in the field of technology and information. To achieve this goal, improving the quality of learning and service to students, including in terms of absenteeism, is needed. Currently, SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Dolopo still uses a manual attendance system which has several disadvantages, such as time-consuming, error-prone, easy to fake, difficult to archive, and less flexible. The use of attendance system can be done quickly and accurately, anywhere and anytime. The use of the Attendance Information System is an effective solution in monitoring and managing student attendance accurately and efficiently. Research shows that this system helps maximize learning time by ensuring timely student attendance. The results showed that the adoption of this technology has the potential to improve the overall quality and effectiveness of learning

Abstract

Measuring the quality of a system must be conducted. This is useful for repairing the damage that may be in the system that has been created. One thing that can be measured in a system is to measure the level of satisfaction of a system. Many methods can be used to measure the level of satisfaction, one of which is the PIECES framework method. PIECES framework is a series of activities that measure the level of happiness based on six variables: performance, information, economics, control and security, efficiency, and service. One of the systems that can be analyzed is the system contained in the EPOSAL application. EPOSAL is a localhost web-based application that can be used to create an income statement. The sample in this study was respondents who used this EPOSAL application. The instrument used was a questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out by following the PIECES calculation provisions. After analyzing the data, it is known that for the variables Performance, Economics, Control, and Security and Service, the satisfaction level is at the "Very Satisfied" level. As for the Efficiency, Information, and Efficiency variables, the level of satisfaction is at the "Satisfied" level.

Abstract

Data integration in this era is necessary for building a valid information system. Data in an information system must have a concept that interacts with other systems. With the development of information systems, data storage will increase. Big data must be channeled with a supporting information system connected to the data center information system. This research develops an API-integrated system with increased security in Basic Authentication with Cryptography. This research uses the Linear Sequential Model method with increased API security in Basic Authentication with Cryptographic hashes. test results using the CURL Library obtained appropriate data, and response time testing obtained an average result of 0.0611 per second. Acceptance testing obtained a percentage of results of 78%, which was included in the excellent functioning category. The research found that the Rest API can integrate and validate data between information systems

Abstract

Perancangan sistem administrasi desa untuk meningkatkan dalam pengelolaan data dan pelayanan public di Tingkat desa. Sistem ini dirancang untuk mendukung administrasi desa, data penduduk, percatatan peristiwa penting (seperti kematian, kelahiran dan pernikahan) serta pengelolaan surat-menyurat. Pengelolaan data kependudukan di desa ini masih belum memaksimalkan penggunaan teknologi informasi untuk pengelolaannya,  sehingga masih terdapat beberapa kekurangan dan kendala yang dihadapi. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan sebuah sistem informasi yang dapat digunakan untuk mengelola data tersebut. Metode yang digunakan untuk perancangan sistem administrasi adalah dengan berbasis website. Dengan adanya perancangan sistem administrasi ini dapat memudahkan pengelolaan data kependudukan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas butir soal Tes Seleksi Perangkat Desa yang dilaksanakan di Magetan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah soal-soal tes yang dipakai di beberapa desa di Kabupaten Magetan. Soal-soal ini dibuat dan dirumuskan oleh Tim Pembuat Soal dibawah naungan LPPM Universitas Muhammadiyah Ponorogo. Soal-soal Tes Seleksi Perangkat Desa ini dianalisis berdasarkan validitas, reliabilitas, Tingkat kesukaran, daya pembeda dan efektivitas pengecoh. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan program Anates versi 4.0.9. Dari hasil pengolahan data didapatkan hasil bahwa soal-soal Tes Seleksi Perangkat Desa tersebut menunjukkan terdapat 94% (141 soal) berkategori valid dan 6% (9 soal) kategori tidak valid. Reabilitas soal tinggi dengan ditunjukkannya koefisien reabilitas sebesar 0,85. Untuk tingkat kesukaran soal menunjukkan 34% (51 soal) berkategori mudah, dan 49% (49 soal) berkategori sedang, serta untuk soal berkategori sukar hanya sebesar 17% (25 soal). Jika dilihat dari daya pembeda soal, terdapat 18% (27 soal) memiliki daya pembeda yang baik, 58% (87 soal) berkategori daya pembeda sedang, 20% (30 soal) berkategori daya pembeda jelek dan terdapat 4% (6 soal) dengan kategori daya pembeda sangat jelek. Sedangkan untuk analisis fungsi pengecoh didapatkan data sebanyak 64% (96 soal) memiliki pengecoh yang baik, 30% (45 soal) memiliki pengecoh yang sedang sehingga perlu direvisi, dan terdapat 6% (9 soal) dengan pengecoh yang buruk sehinggal soal ini perlu diganti

Abstract

In the era of advancing digitization, server infrastructure plays a key role in the development of applications and web services. To effectively and efficiently manage and develop virtualized servers, server virtualization techniques can be employed. There are several virtualization platforms available, such as VMware Workstation 16, VMware vSphere (ESXi), Oracle VirtualBox, and Proxmox, each with their own strengths and weaknesses. The objective of this research is to analyze the performance of these four virtualization platforms in developing and managing virtualized servers used for web services, taking into consideration response time, throughput, CPU performance, storage performance, and RAM performance. Experimental methods were used to test these four platforms and measure CPU performance, RAM performance, disk performance, throughput, and response time using Moodle benchmark. The data was then analyzed to draw conclusions about the performance of each platform. The research results show that VMware vSphere ESXi and Proxmox have better CPU performance and response time when handling multiple virtual machines, and are more efficient in disk and memory usage compared to VMware Workstation 16 and Oracle VirtualBox. Significant differences in data transfer speed were found among the four platforms. Overall, VMware vSphere ESXi and Proxmox can be considered better choices for running web servers.

Abstract

User authentication and authorization play a vital role in securing sensitive data within applications. E-commerce applications, in particular, require robust authentication and authorization methods to safeguard the confidentiality and integrity of exchanged data. JSON Web Token (JWT) has emerged as a popular authentication mechanism for securing data transmission over networks. This paper explores the implementation of JWT in a RESTful API to achieve user authentication and authorization in an E-commerce application. The objective of this study is to analyze the implementation of JWT in a RESTful API for user authentication and authorization within an E-commerce context. The detailed implementation of JWT in the Thrifty Shop application is discussed, encompassing its utilization for user authentication and authorization. Additionally, the benefits derived from employing JWT in the Thrifty Shop E-commerce application are explored. In conclusion, the implementation of JSON Web Token (JWT) in a RESTful API proves to be an effective approach for user authentication and authorization in E-commerce applications. The use of JWT ensures that only authenticated users gain access to sensitive data, thus enhancing the security of the Thrifty Shop E-commerce application. This implementation can serve as a model for other E-commerce applications seeking to bolster their security measures.

Abstract

Ginger processing in Tambang Village Pudak Ponorogo Regency is still low due to the accumulation of harvested ginger, which on average per house can produce 200 kg of raw ginger. ginger to increase the selling value by utilizing technology. To overcome this problem, the method used is to innovate slicing raw ginger into dry ginger by slicing and drying. This research aims to increase the efficiency of ginger processing through innovative ginger slicing machines. The results of the research show that the machine of ginger slicer is able to increase the efficiency of chopping time by 60 Kg/hour and can produce uniform ginger slices in accordance with market standards. This innovation has had a significant impact on increasing the income and welfare of the people of Tambang Village.

Abstract

SDN Tambang is a public elementary school located in Tambang Village, Pudak District, Ponorogo Regency, East Java. This school is committed to providing quality education for children in rural environments. SDN Tambang continues to strive to develop the potential of every student through an innovative and inspiring learning process. However, the rapid development of information technology requires modernization of school administration and communication systems. Therefore, this article aims to explain the process of creating a website-based information system designed to support operational activities and transparency at SDN Tambang. In creating a website-based information system for SDN Tambang, the method used is descriptive qualitative. This system aims to facilitate access to information for students, parents and the wider community, by providing various features such as school profiles, academic information and school activities.

Abstract

This report addresses the challenges faced by TPQ Awwalul Huda in managing student data and monitoring learning outcomes, highlighting the need for improved efficiency and parental involvement in the educational process. The primary objective of this study is to develop a web-based student data recording system that enhances data management and facilitates real-time monitoring of student progress. The methods employed include a comprehensive needs analysis, system design, implementation, and socialization of the new system to 12 teachers and approximately 80 parents. The findings indicate that the newly implemented system significantly improves the efficiency of data management, allowing for better tracking of student performance and attendance. Additionally, it fosters greater engagement from parents, enabling them to monitor their children's learning outcomes more effectively. The study concludes that integrating digital technology into the educational framework of TPQ Awwalul Huda not only enhances transparency and accountability in managing student data but also contributes to the overall improvement of educational quality. This initiative demonstrates the potential of digital solutions in addressing the challenges faced by non-formal educational institutions, ultimately leading to a more effective and participatory learning environment for students and their families.
