Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of liquidity, solvency, and interest rates on Return on Assets (ROA) in conventional banks listed in the Infobank15 index during the period 2019–2023. In the context of economic dynamics caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and changes in monetary policy, this research adopts a quantitative approach using panel data regression and the Seemingly Unrelated Regression (SUR) estimation method. The results show that, partially, the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and interest rates have a positive and significant effect on ROA, while the Current Ratio (CR) has no significant effect. Simultaneously, the three independent variables are proven to significantly influence ROA. These findings provide important implications for bank management, regulators, and investors in formulating strategies to enhance profitability and stability in Indonesia's banking sector.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) implementation on student satisfaction and loyalty at Bimbingan Belajar X, a leading tutoring center in Indonesia. Despite its established reputation, the institution faces challenges such as low student retention rates and a lack of long-term commitment. Analysis indicates that only 40% of students maintain loyalty, significantly below the desired 75% target. The study identifies a trend where many students enroll primarily for short-term, exam-oriented preparation rather than continuous tutoring. To address these issues, the research emphasizes the importance of strengthening customer relationships through effective CRM strategies. By leveraging modern technology, including e-learning platforms and personalized learning systems like Item Response Theory (IRT), Bimbingan Belajar X can enhance communication, provide tailored learning experiences, and foster stronger connections with students. The findings suggest that improved CRM practices are crucial for increasing student satisfaction and loyalty, which are essential for maintaining a competitive edge in the increasingly competitive education sector. Without innovation and adaptation to evolving market demands, Bimbingan Belajar X risks losing its prominent position in the educational landscape.

Abstract

Leadership is one of the key factors determining the success of an organization. Leaders who lack the ability to guide and direct their teams effectively often fail to achieve organizational goals. This can lead to low productivity and efficiency within the company. Therefore, it is essential for organizations to have quality leaders who can inspire and motivate employees to work optimally. This study aims to analyze the impact of transformational leadership on employee performance in the Procurement Department of PT X, a pulp and paper manufacturing company. The Procurement Department plays a strategic role in supporting production continuity through the procurement of goods and services, including the conversion of Purchase Requests (PR) into Purchase Orders (PO). This research employs a quantitative approach with a survey method targeting employees in the department. Data analysis was conducted using simple linear regression manually to examine the relationship between leadership style and employee performance. The findings of this study are expected to contribute to the development of effective leadership strategies to improve individual and organizational performance.

Abstract

This study develops an early warning system for detecting operational anomalies (red flags) in the food and beverage industry, specifically for businesses lacking historical fraud data, using Terminal Coffee as a case study. The system integrates rule-based methods and logistic regression, combining classification logic and probabilistic prediction. The initial stage applies a rule-based approach by setting statistical thresholds (mean ± standard deviation) for eight operational indicators, including COGS ratio, electricity cost, average items and sales per transaction, and discount-to-sales ratio. From a total of 1,449 shift-level observations collected over one year, 436 (30.09%) were classified as red flags. These classifications were then used as the dependent variable in a binary logistic regression model. The estimation results identified four statistically significant predictors (p < 0.05): COGS per item, average sales per transaction, average sales per item, and discount ratio. The final model demonstrated strong classification performance, with 92% accuracy, 83% sensitivity, 95.3% specificity, 86.7% precision, and an AUC of 0.957—indicating excellent discriminatory ability. These findings suggest that combining rule-based logic and logistic regression effectively builds a reliable and adaptive early warning system for operational monitoring, even in the absence of historical fraud records. The proposed system is applicable for integration into managerial dashboards as a data-driven decision support tool to facilitate proactive, objective, and timely interventions in daily operational oversight. Key Words : red flags, rule-based, logistic regression, anomaly detection, early warning system.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of transformational leadership, job satisfaction, and burnout on turnover intention among Generation Z employees in Indonesian start-up companies. Utilizing a quantitative research approach with 150 respondents from fintech, e-commerce, and logistics start-ups in Jakarta and Bandung, data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings reveal that transformational leadership significantly enhances job satisfaction and reduces burnout, but it does not directly affect turnover intention. Burnout significantly increases turnover intention, while job satisfaction does not serve as a significant mediator in the relationship between transformational leadership or burnout and turnover intention. These results highlight burnout as a critical factor driving employee turnover and suggest that leadership strategies alone are insufficient to retain Gen Z talent. The study underscores the importance of addressing emotional well-being, work-life balance, and organizational support systems to mitigate turnover in high-pressure start-up environments.

Abstract

This study investigates how monetary policy dynamics icy and the growth of banking third party funds (DPK) which are thought to affect the assets under management (AUM) of open-ended mutual funds for the 2020-2024 period. The theoretical foundation discusses three main variabels: AUM of open-ended mutual funds as the dependent variabel, and benchmark interest rates and bank deposits as independent variabels. This research uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression methods, utilizing monthly secondary data from Bloomberg, Bank Indonesia, and the Financial Services Authority (OJK). Classical assumption tests include normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests, followed by the F test, t test, and coefficient of determination (R²) test. The results of the analysis show that the benchmark interest rate has no significant effect on the AUM of open-ended mutual funds partially, while the Third Party Fund of banks has a significant negative effect. Simultaneously, both have an effect on the dependent variabel, with bank Third Party Funds showing greater dominance than the benchmark interest rate in influencing changes in AUM. This study concludes that the strategies of investment managers and regulators need to be directed at strengthening literacy, product innovation, and the synergy of banking-capital market sector policies so that the mutual fund industry can develop more optimally in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the contribution of four main sources of revenue, namely ticket fees, parking, pre-wedding permits, and profit sharing from the Kecak Dance performance managed through the Uluwatu Temple Tourism Area, to the fiscal independence of Pecatu Traditional Village. The research approach uses quantitative methods with descriptive and associative designs, based on secondary data from financial reports over ten years (2015–2024). The results indicate that revenue from the Uluwatu Temple Tourism Area significantly contributes to the Original Income of Pecatu Traditional Village (PAD), with an average contribution of 67.39% of the village's total revenue each year. Retribution tickets have become the dominant contributor, followed by parking revenue, pre-wedding permits, and Kecak Dance, which show a stable growth trend and support the diversification of village income. Fiscal independence indicators, such as the ratio of Local Own Revenue (PAD) to total village income, the effectiveness of village spending, and the ability to finance programs without external funds, consistently remain in the high category. These findings support the theories of Local Revenue Generation, Revenue Diversification, and Community-Based Tourism (CBT), which emphasize the importance of empowering local communities, strengthening village institutions, and managing tourism assets based on local wisdom. Strategies to strengthen the institution of the Management Agency, the implementation of ticket and parking digitalization, and integrated promotion of pre-wedding tourism potential are key supporting factors for the sustainability of village income.
