Abstract

The author's aim in conducting this research is to find out how human resource competence greatly influences employee performance. With increasing demands for efficiency and effectiveness in managing regional finances and assets, this research becomes relevant for improving organizational performance. This research used quantitative methods with a sample size of 75 people. The research method used is simple linear regression. The result is a significant value of 0.601, meaning 0.601 is greater than 0.05. Thus, in particular, human resource competency does not have a positive influence on employee work effectiveness. This means that human resource competency has been proven not to influence the effectiveness of the work of the West Sumbawa Regency Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency in its work.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of providing compensation on employee work motivation at the Prima Grathia Sejahtera Lombok Multi-Enterprise Cooperative. This research used quantitative methods with a sample size of 54 people. The research methods used are coefficient of determination and multiple linear regression. The results in this study prove that work compensation has a partially positive and significant effect on employee performance because the t-count of 4,933 is greater than the t-table of 2,009. Work motivation has a partially positive and significant effect on employees because the t-count is 4,933 and the t-count of 755 is greater. from t-table 2.009. Meanwhile, simultaneously the compensation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee motivation because the f-count value of 570 is greater than the f-table of 2.56.

Abstract

This research aims to determine employee development strategies in improving organizational performance at the Bima Regency NTB Communication, Information and Statistics Service office. The research method used in this research is qualitative research with a description approach. The results of this research indicate that the implementation of employee development strategies in improving organizational performance at the DISKOMINFOTIK office (Department of Communications, Informatics and Statistics) Bima Regency, NTB has gone well, marked by an increase in technical competence through information technology-based training, development of non-technical skills such as leadership and communication, as well as preparing a clear and structured career development path. Apart from that, efforts to improve employee welfare and reward systems are also important components in increasing work motivation and productivity. Regular evaluation and adjustments to the implementation of this strategy are carried out to ensure continuous performance improvement. It is hoped that the results of this research can make a significant contribution to operational effectiveness and achievement of the strategic objectives of DISKOMINFOTIK Bima Regency.
