Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis dampak inflasi terhadap fluktuasi harga saham perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode 2017–2023. Inflasi tinggi memengaruhi sektor perbankan melalui peningkatan suku bunga, penurunan daya beli masyarakat, dan peningkatan risiko gagal bayar kredit, yang menekan kinerja bank. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa inflasi memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap harga saham perbankan, menyebabkan investor mengurangi eksposur mereka terhadap saham tersebut. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya pengelolaan risiko dan strategi investasi yang hati-hati di tengah inflasi tinggi serta perlunya kebijakan moneter yang stabil untuk menjaga kestabilan pasar saham perbankan.

Abstract

Stock price fluctuations in energy sector companies are often influenced by various factors, including the company's financial performance. One indicator that can affect stock price fluctuations is the profitability ratio, which includes the Return on Assets (ROA) and Earning Per Share (EPS) ratios. This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability ratios on stock prices of energy sector companies in Indonesia. The method used in this study is panel data regression, which allows analyzing the relationship between independent and dependent variables by taking into account variations between companies and over time. The results show that the Return on Assets (ROA) ratio has a positive effect on stock prices of energy sector companies, meaning that the higher the ROA, the higher the company's stock price. On the other hand, the Earning Per Share (EPS) ratio does not show a significant effect on stock prices in the energy sector. These findings contribute to the understanding of the factors that influence stock prices in the energy sector, as well as their implications for investors and company managers in making investment decisions and financial policies.

Abstract

The Covid-2019 pandemic is said to have suppressed people's purchasing power. The phenomenon that occurred in the Share Price of Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk Manufacturing Company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange showed that from 2019-2020 it experienced a decline that was not in accordance with its target, where the Share Price in 2019 had a share price of Rp.7,925 per share, in 2020 it had a share price of Rp.6,825 per share. This shows that the Share Price of Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk Manufacturing Company has experienced a considerable decline where the stock price's ability to make a profit is now being disrupted and is the cause of the economic situation that is still unstable due to the Covid-19 pandemic. But Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk Manufacturing company has risen and returned because society has begun to adapt as before. This study aims to determine the effect of current ratio and return on assets on stock prices. With purposive sampling techniques, the population was sampled with a total sample of 11 manufacturing companies in the food and beverage subsector in 2016-2020. The analysis method used is a panel regression model. The results showed that the current ratio did not affect the share price of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020, while the return on assets had a positive and significant effect on the share prices of food and beverage companies. listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh dana pihak ketiga dan return on assets terhadap penyaluran kredit pada PT. Bank Nagari. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif, dimana penelitian ini menggunakan data runtut waktu (time period). Data yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah 60 data laporan keuangan bulanan PT. Bank Nagari. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dokumentasi/studi kepustakaan. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif, sedangkan sumber datanya adalah sumber data sekunder. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program Eviews 12. Hipotesis diuji dengan menggunakan uji t pada = 0,05. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dana pihak ketiga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penyaluran kredit, sedangkan return on assets berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap penyaluran kredit. Nilai koefisien determinasi dana pihak ketiga dan return on assets sebesar 83,53%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 16,47% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to enhance financial management capacity and digital marketing at the "Dapur Tahu" Tofu Factory located in Lubuk Buaya, Padang City. The selection of this topic is important considering the challenges faced by the factory in maintaining market share amid intense competition and the need to leverage digital technology. The methods used include situational analysis, financial management training, and digital marketing strategies. The results obtained show an increase in employee knowledge, an increase in organic tofu product sales, and public awareness of the importance of healthy products. This activity not only provides positive impacts for the factory but also opens opportunities for further development in the future, thus contributing to local economic welfare.

Abstract

MSMEs in Indonesia are the basis for the development of the people's economy. This shows that MSMEs are one of the business sectors that can develop and be consistent in the national economy. The purpose of this study is to empirically determine financial literacy and financial management on the financial performance of MSMEs in the culinary packaging sector in Padang Barat District. This study uses a quantitative approach and the sampling technique used is convenence sampling. This study used a sample of 75 MSME actors, the number of data returned was 66 data. Data was obtained from questionnaires distributed to MSME actors in the culinary packaging sector in Padang Barat District. Data processing using SPSS version 26. The results of this study explain that financial literacy and financial management have a positive and significant effect on financial performance,

Abstract

Study this aiming for know influence Return On Asset and Earning Per Share against price shares in the company sector Consumer Goods Industry. Population study this is 109 companies and samples as many as 66 companies with amount of data obtained as many as 198 were determined with use method purposive sampling. As for source data used is secondary data. This data sourced from Report Annual Report and Financial Statements in companies sector Consumer Goods Industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Research this use technique data analysis with method panel data regression for test connection between variables studied. And with other tests such as model fit tests (CEM, FEM, REM), Chow test, Haussman test, assumption test classical, hypothesis testing, and multiple linear regression testing. The results of the study this explain that return on assets has an effect positive and significant to price shares, earning per share no influential to price share.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of complaint handling and service quality on the loyalty of independent BPJS Health participants, with participant satisfaction acting as a mediating variable. A quantitative approach was employed using the SEM-PLS method, involving 251 respondents in Sijunjung Regency. The findings reveal that both complaint handling and service quality positively affect participant satisfaction. However, complaint handling has a negative impact on loyalty, indicating that negative experiences continue to influence participants even after their complaints are addressed. Meanwhile, satisfaction significantly mediates the relationship between service quality and participant loyalty.

Abstract

Some of the problems identified in this study include: (1) Low discipline and weak responsibility among teachers at SMPN 1 Pagai Utara Selatan, (2) a Lack of innovation in teaching methods, and (3) Poor communication with parents, which affects overall teacher performance. This study aims to analyze the influence of personality, creativity, and innovation on teacher performance at SMPN 1 Pagai Utara Selatan. The research method used is a quantitative approach with an associative causal method. The sampling technique applied was total sampling involving 33 teachers as respondents. Partial hypothesis testing shows that personality (X1), creativity (X2), and innovation (X3) each have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance (Y), as evidenced by their respective t-count values being greater than t-table values. Simultaneous hypothesis testing also shows that personality, creativity, and innovation significantly affect teacher performance, as indicated by the F-count value being greater than the F-table value. Based on the analysis, personality, creativity, and innovation are important factors that affect teacher performance, both partially and simultaneously. Educational institutions are encouraged to strengthen these three aspects to improve teacher performance.

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of (1) Burnout on the performance of teachers at SMPN 1 Pagai Utara Selatan. (2) Emotional intelligence on the performance of teachers at SMPN 1 Pagai Utara Selatan. (3) Extrovert personality type on the performance of teachers at SMPN 1 Pagai Utara Selatan. (4) Burnout, emotional intelligence and extrovert personality type have a joint effect on the performance of teachers at SMPN 1 Pagai Utara Selatan. The population in this study were all teachers at SMPN 1 Pagai Utara Selatan totaling 41 people. And the technique in taking this sample used the total sampling technique (overall sample). The results of this study indicate that (1) Burnout has a significant negative effect on the performance of teachers at SMPN 1 Pagai Utara Selatan. (2) Emotional intelligence has a positive effect on the performance of teachers at SMPN 1 Pagai Utara Selatan. (3) Extrovert personality type has a positive effect on the performance of teachers at SMPN 1 Pagai Utara Selatan. (4) Burnout, emotional intelligence and extrovert personality type jointly influence the performance of teachers at SMPN 1 Pagai Utara Selatan.
