Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh Food And Beverage Service di Swiss-Belhotel Cirebon, serta untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh pelayanan tersebut terhadap kepuasan tamu dan hambatan yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaannya. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner kepada tamu restoran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum kualitas pelayanan dinilai sangat baik, terutama pada dimensi tangibles dan assurance, yang mencakup kebersihan, penataan restoran, serta penampilan dan profesionalitas staf. Namun, beberapa dimensi seperti reliability, responsiveness, dan empathy masih menunjukkan penilaian ragu-ragu dari tamu. Hasil uji validitas menunjukkan nilai r-hitung berkisar antara 0,85 hingga 0,90 (r-tabel = 0,85), sedangkan uji reliabilitas menghasilkan nilai Cronbach's Alpha sebesar 0,93, yang mengindikasikan instrumen penelitian sangat reliabel. Kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan tamu, di mana pelayanan yang tepat waktu dan sesuai harapan meningkatkan kecenderungan tamu untuk kembali. Hambatan dalam pelayanan mencakup kesiapan staf saat restoran ramai, ketidaksesuaian pesanan, dan kurangnya empati. Manajemen telah melakukan berbagai upaya perbaikan, seperti pelatihan rutin dan evaluasi kinerja staf. Dengan demikian, kualitas pelayanan yang baik secara signifikan dapat meningkatkan kepuasan tamu, meskipun masih diperlukan peningkatan pada beberapa aspek tertentu.

Abstract

Kualitas pelayanan telepon operator Front Office Department di Desa Alamanis Resort Villa, sebuah hotel berbintang empat yang berlokasi di Cirebon, Jawa Barat, merupakan aspek krusial dalam membentuk citra hotel. Pelayanan telepon memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk citra hotel karena merupakan saluran komunikasi utama antara tamu dan pihak manajemen. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif verifikatif, serta instrumen pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dan studi pustaka. Analisis data dilakukan berdasarkan lima dimensi SERVQUAL: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan empathy. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan kualitas pelayanan tergolong baik dengan skor rata-rata 2.111 pada skala Likert. Meskipun demikian, masih ditemukan beberapa kendala seperti keterbatasan kemampuan bahasa asing, gangguan teknis, dan inkonsistensi pelayanan antar staf. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan peningkatan pelatihan, pembaruan fasilitas, dan penerapan SOP yang lebih konsisten guna meningkatkan kepuasan tamu dan memperkuat citra perusahaan.

Abstract

Evaluasi kinerja merupakan proses sistematis yang digunakan untuk menilai dan meninjau hasil kerja karyawan dalam periode tertentu, guna memastikan bahwa kinerja yang diberikan telah sesuai dengan standar yang ditetapkan oleh organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja bagaimana tingkat hygiene  di Swiss-Belhotel Cirebon, khususnya dalam aspek pelayanan terhadap tamu hotel. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi lapangan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Swiss-BellHotel Cirebon yang berjumlah 31 orang. Karena jumlah populasi tergolong kecil, teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh, di mana seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel penelitian. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan penyebaran kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala Likert sebagai alat ukur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat hygiene secara keseluruhan mencapai 88,8% (kategori sangat baik), dengan rincian: Personal Hygiene 89,4%, Area Hygiene 87,7%, dan Product Hygiene 87,4%. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa penerapan hygiene di departemen tersebut telah memenuhi standar operasional, meskipun masih diperlukan peningkatan dalam aspek pengawasan dan pelatihan berkelanjutan untuk mempertahankan konsistensi. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi bagi manajemen hotel untuk mengimplementasikan sistem evaluasi hygiene yang lebih terstruktur dan berkala.

Abstract

This study examines Eco-Traditions and local wisdom within the framework of eco-management through an ethnographic study of Traditional Ecological Knowledge (TEK) in the Nyapu Kabuyutan tradition at the Gunung Payung Site, Sirnajaya Village. A qualitative approach using ethnographic methods was used to understand the meaning of rituals and environmental management practices that have been passed down from generation to generation. Data was collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that the Nyapu Kabuyutan tradition not only functions as a cultural ritual but also as an ecological management mechanism that supports local environmental conservation through inherent wisdom values. This study proposes the integration of local wisdom into sustainable environmental management policies.

Abstract

The development of digital transformation has increased the demand for talent in the technology field, leading to stronger competition among talent service providers and the need for more targeted marketing strategies. This research aims to analyze Business-to-Business (B2B) marketing strategies at Upscale, focusing on the application of Segmenting, Targeting, Positioning (STP), Marketing Mix (4P), and email marketing as the main promotional channel. This study employs a qualitative approach, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation during the internship period at Upscale. The results show that the STP strategy is implemented by segmenting the market based on recruitment activities on online portals to target credible companies in need of technology talent, while positioning Upscale as an integrated service provider. The marketing mix is executed through talent solution and infrastructure setup offerings, flexible pricing based on project complexity, service distribution without geographical limitations, and digital promotion primarily relying on email marketing. The email marketing strategy is carried out through stages of identification, verification, and the delivery of personalized mass messages; however, its implementation is still constrained by the quality of contact data and the high volume of promotional emails.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the strategies of Islamic Religious Education teachers in utilizing the Tajwid Archer educational game as a supporting medium in teaching tajwid at SMP Negeri 1 Kebonagung, Pacitan Regency. This research focuses on analyzing teachers' strategies at all stages of planning, implementation, and evaluation, as well as identifying supporting and inhibiting factors that affect the integration of digital game-based media in tajwid learning. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through classroom observations, structured interviews, and documentation involving Islamic Religious Education teachers, students, and principals. The validity of the data is ensured through source triangulation and triangulation techniques to obtain credible and systematic findings. The findings reveal that teachers apply structured strategies in three main stages. In the planning stage, the teacher harmonizes the tajwid material, especially the rules of nun sukun and mim breadfruit with interactive game features and technical and pedagogical aspects prepared. In the implementation stage, teachers integrate conceptual explanations with game-based practices, encouraging active participation, motivation, and independent learning. At the evaluation stage, teachers conduct reflective assessments through score monitoring, oral questions, and feedback, which show an improvement in students' understanding of tajweed rules and their learning engagement. Supporting factors include teachers' digital competence, institutional support, and adequate facilities, while inhibiting factors include administrative constraints, uneven device ownership, and internet dependence.
