Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganilis pengaruh inovasi produk, kapabilitas manajemen pemasaran, keunggulan produk figurative terhadap kinerja pemasaran. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini antara lain variabel inovasi produk, kapabilitas manajemen pemasaran, keunggulan produk figurative terhadap kinerja pemasaran. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalahn purposive sampling, sampel penelitian ini yaitu UKM batik cirebon.  Jumlah sampel sebanyak 120 UKM batik di Kabupaten Cirebon. Analisis penelitian menggunakan model persamaan Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hasil pengolahan data menyimpulkan bahwa inovasi produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keunggulan produk figuratif. UKM Batik  Inovasi produk berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran. Kapabilitas manajemen pengetahuan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keunggulan produk figurative. Keunggulan produk figuratif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran. Kapabilitas manajemen pengetahuan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran. Hasil penelitian ini menjadi masukan untuk para UKM batik agar selalu terus berinovasi dalam menciptakan berbagai macam motif supaya pembeli banyak pilihan sehingga dapat meningkatkan keunggulan produk figuratif dan kinerja pemasaran. Sebaiknya UKM batik yang ada di Kabupaten Cirebon agar meningkatkan keunikan produk dan kualitas batiknya yang sesuai dengan selera dan keinginan para konsumen.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis dampak citra merek dan persepsiankualitas terhadap kepuasan wisatawan untuk berkunjung kembali ke Baturaden.Sampel dalam penelitian ini, yaitu 100 wisatawan lokal yang dipilih menggunakan teknikaccidental sampling. Sementara itu, analisis penelitian menggunakan modelpersamaan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM).dengan memanfaatkan programAMOS 16. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa model penelitian memenuhi kriteriagoodness of fit karena enam kriteria tergolong kategori baik, kecuali GFI danAGFI. Sementara itu, hasil uji hipotesis pun menunjukkan: (1) citra merekberpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan wisatawan, (2) citra merek berpengaruhpositif terhadap niat wisatawan untuk berkunjung kembali ke Baturaden, (3)persepsian kualitas yang dirasakan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasanwisatawan, (4) persepsian kualitas yang dirasakan berpengaruh positif terhadapniat wisatawan berkunjung kembali ke Baturaden, (5) kepuasan berpengaruhpositif terhadap niat wisatawan berkunjung kembali, dan (6) kepuasan memediasiparsial hubungan antara citra merek dan persepsian kualitas yang dirasakanterhadap niat wisatawan untuk berkunjung kembali. Berdasarkan temuanpenelitian tersebut, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa citra merek dan persepsiankualitas yang dirasakan wisatawan membuat mereka puas dan ingin berkunjungkembali ke Baturraden.Kata Kunci : Citra Merek, Persepsian Kualitas, Kepuasan Dan Niat Berkunjung Kembali.

Abstract

Human-Robot Interaction (HRI) has challenges in investigation of a nonverbal and natural interaction. This study contributes to developing a gesture recognition system capable of recognizing the entire human upper body for HRI, which has never been done in previous research. Preprocessing is applied to improve image quality, reduce noise and highlight important features of each image, including color segmentation, thresholding and resizing. The hue, saturation, value (HSV) color segmentation is executed by utilizing blue color backdrop and additional lighting to deal with illumination issue. Then thresholding is performed to get a black and white image to distinguish between background and foreground. The resizing is completed to adjust the image to match the size expected by the model. The preprocessed data image is used as input for gesture recognition based on Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). This study recorded five gestures from five research subjects in difference gender and body posture with total of 450 images which divided into 380 and 70 images for training and testing respectively. Experiments that performed in an indoor environment showed that CNN achieved 92% of accuracy in the gesture recognition. It has lower level of accuracy compare to AlexNet model but with faster training computation time of 9 seconds. This result was obtained by testing the system over various distances. The optimal distance for a camera setting from user to interact with mobile robot by using gesture was 2.5 m. For future research, the proposed method will be improved and implemented for mobile robot motion control.

Abstract

Agar pencak silat dapat berlaga di gelanggang Olimpiade, maka Pengurus Besar Ikatan Pencak Silat Indonesia (PB IPSI) merivisi dan mensahkan peraturan pertandingan pencak silat terbaru tahun 2022, sehingga peraturan tersebut dapat digunakan sebagai pedoman dalam pertandingan pencak silat baik di tungkat lokal, nasional dan internasional. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk menerapkan peraturan pertandingan pencak silat tahun 2022 kategori tanding. Pelaksanaan pengabdian ini menggunakan metode simulasi, bermain peran (role play), dan tanya jawab. Partisipan dalam pengabdian ini 25 orang anggota Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa (UKM) Tapak Suci. Teknik pelaksanaan pengabdian ini dengan cara mengiplementasikan peraturan pentandingann secara bergantian dimulai dari kategori tanding hingga kategori seni. Sebagai capaian dari kegaitan pengabdian ini dilihat dari hasil praktik serta pre-test dan post-test melalui google form. Hasil dari praktik, pre-test dan post-test yang telah diberikan, pesilat sangat memahami dan dapat mengiplementasikan pada saat bertandin. Rata-rata kenaikan sebesar 109%, dengan demikian pesilat paham akan peraturan terbaru. Pentingnya implementasi peraturan pencak silat terbaru ini dapat menjadi wawasan dan bekal bagi pesilat pada saat bertanding, sehingga pesilat mempu bertanding dengan dengan maksimal

Abstract

The security and comfort of homes are fundamental needs that have become increasingly urgent with the advancement of technology. According to fire data released by the Pekalongan City Government in 2023, there were 101 reported cases of fires in Pekalongan, a threefold increase from 38 incidents in 2022. This study aims to design and implement a smart home system for detecting potential fires based on the Internet of Things (IoT) using NodeMCU ESP8266, ThingSpeak, and sensors including MQ2, flame sensors, and DHT11. The development method employs a prototyping model, supported by interviews with firefighters to identify relevant fire variables and ensure the system design meets user needs through hardware experimentation. Testing results indicate that the flame sensor can detect flames of 1.5 cm in length at a distance of up to 15 cm, with an average response time of 7.22 seconds to send notifications to WhatsApp. It can also detect flames of 3 cm in length at a distance of up to 50 cm, with an average response time of 8.79 seconds. The MQ2 sensor successfully detects gas concentrations above a value of 35, sending notifications to WhatsApp with an average response time of 8.89 seconds. Sensor data is visualized in real-time through ThingSpeak. Based on usability testing results, 68% of respondents expressed agreement, 24% were neutral, and 8% disagreed. The conclusion of this study is that the system can serve as an innovative alternative to create a safer and more efficient home environment. This research is expected to contribute to the development of smart home technology in Indonesia

Abstract

Arabic, spoken by over 200 million people, plays a vital role in global communication, information, and scientific exchange. Mastering Arabic facilitates international communication and knowledge sharing. This study highlights four essential language skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Technology, particularly e-learning and Learning Management Systems (LMS), enhances learning effectiveness. However, LMS utilization requires evaluation to ensure efficacy. This research draws on language learning and educational technology theories, employing qualitative methods and case studies to analyze students' experiences. Findings inform the development of more effective LMS applications, technology integration into curricula, and teacher training, ultimately enhancing Arabic language learning quality.

Abstract

The global automotive industry demands a workforce that possesses not only technical skills but also the ability to communicate professionally in English. Unfortunately, many high school graduates still struggle to understand technical terms, express ideas professionally, and write work-related reports in English. This community service program aimed to improve the job readiness of students at SMA Chandra Buana through English language training based on the context of the automotive industry. The activity was carried out on January 31, 2025, involving 16 students from grades X and XI IPS. The training covered technical vocabulary introduction, vehicle manual reading, workplace communication simulations, technical report writing, and oral presentations. Evaluation using pre-tests and post-tests showed an improvement in technical English comprehension. In addition, students’ confidence in using English also increased significantly. This program makes a tangible contribution to preparing students for the global job market and emphasizes the importance of English learning based on industrial context at the secondary education level.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji hubungan antara praktik tradisi dan pelestarian lingkungan, dengan fokus pada tradisi upacara Nyapu Kabuyutan di Gunung Payung, Kecamatan Karang Jaya, Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Meskipun penelitian sebelumnya telah mengakui nilai-nilai dalam tradisi, masih terdapat kesenjangan dalam memahami kontribusi langsung tradisi terhadap pelestarian lingkungan. Tradisi adat mencerminkan pemahaman holistik tentang lingkungan yang mendorong praktik pelestarian berkelanjutan. Upacara Nyapu Kabuyutan bertujuan untuk membersihkan objek Lingga Payung melalui ritual yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat dan pemangku adat, serta menjaga kelestarian dan keseimbangan alam untuk generasi mendatang. Penelitian ini juga menyoroti komitmen masyarakat dalam mempertahankan prinsip, aturan, nilai, dan norma yang ada untuk menjaga kearifan lokal. Dengan mengadopsi konsep Hablum minal’alam, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi harmoni kosmos dan konservasi dalam tradisi Nyapu Kabuyutan dari perspektif etnoekologi dan moral ekologi. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah nilai kearifan lokal dalam tradisi Nyapu Kabuyutan, dengan membatasi permasalahan pada sejarah perkembangan, prosesi pelaksanaan tradisi, dan kaitannya dengan pelestarian lingkungan.

Abstract

The evaluation of training participant satisfaction at the Center for Vocational Training and Productivity Development (BBPVP) has traditionally relied on conventional methods, resulting in less accurate and unstructured outcomes. The core issue necessitates a data-driven solution to enhance objectivity and reliability. This study aims to develop a C5.0 algorithm-based classification model to automatically measure participant satisfaction levels and identify dominant influencing factors. The methodology includes collecting survey data from 300 respondents across five SERVQUAL attributes (reliability, assurance, responsiveness, empathy, tangibles), data preprocessing, dataset splitting (80:20), and model development using Python’s Scikit-learn library. Results indicate a model accuracy of 98.3% (12% higher than Naïve Bayes), with "assurance" as the most influential attribute (gain ratio: 0.638). Contributions of this research include: (1) providing BBPVP with an accurate data-driven satisfaction evaluation tool, (2) offering strategic recommendations to improve training quality, particularly in assurance, and (3) potential adoption of this method as a national vocational training evaluation standard.
