Abstract

Designing policies to prepare a resilient society to face sudden downturns is very important for the government, for example, when society faces the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. In this case, the principal capitals that the community must rely on are their psychological readiness and also their ability to learn quickly in difficult situations. These principle capitals are then called psychological capital and learning agility. West Java is one of the provinces that contributes to the country's economy strategically; in this case, it is necessary to always pay attention to the readiness of its people, especially in certain professions that have been directly affected by the difficult situation during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research was conducted on 215 participants who were laborers, online motorcycle-taxi drivers, microbusiness owners, and teachers using an incidental sampling method. The results show that people in West Java with these four professions have psychological capital that makes them psychologically ready to face challenges in difficult situations (Covid-19 pandemic) and have the willingness to learn and master new competencies quickly. These traits support them in overcoming the challenges that suddenly came during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peranan penting dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia, khususnya menyumbangkan jumlah Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) yang cukup tinggi. Namun di tengah perkembangan UMKM sebagai sumber utama pencarian nafkah warga, muncul berbagai kendala yang seringkali dihadapi pelaku UMKM di desa Mekar Sari Kabupaten Sumedang yaitu masalah permodalan dan pengelolaan keuangan yang belum baik sehingga menyulitkan para pelaku UMKM dalam perolehan kredit/ permodalan dari perbankan. Dalam upaya mengatasi masalah ini, dilakukan pelatihan pembukuan baik secara manual maupun penggunaan aplikasi digital untuk meningkatkan keterampilan manajemen keuangan yang meliputi perencanaan permodalan, pencatatan keluar masuknya uang dan dibuatnya laporan keuangan UMKM. Pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan usaha UMKM kedepan sehingga meningkatkan kemampuan para wirausaha dalam mengelola keuangan untuk meningkatkan profit dengan mengembangkan usahanya. Metode penyampaian materi dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan workshop, terdapat pre-test dan post-test, serta studi kasus. Hasilnya menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap pembukuan, yang tercermin dari peningkatan nilai rata-rata antara pre-test dan post-test.

Abstract

This study aims to look at the role of Psychological well-being as a variable mediating the relationship between Work-life balance and Job Performance in nurses in hospital group X. The method used in this study uses correlational quantitative with hypothesis analysis using Process by Andrew Hayes. The results showed a direct relationship between Work-life balance and Job Performance of 0.732 with a P value <0.05. Meanwhile, the indirect estimate value between Work-life balance and Job Performance is Mediation of Psychological Wel-Being of 0.419 with a P value <0.05 which means that Psychological well-being mediates the relationship between Work-life balance and Job Performance. The implications of the research findings indicate the necessity for policies and programs that support nurses' well-being to achieve a balance between professional and personal life. Initiatives aimed at enhancing psychological well-being, such as flexible work schedules and access to mental health resources, can not only improve job performance but also the quality of patient care, leading to a more resilient and efficient healthcare system.

Abstract

Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi kini telah merubah kebiasan masyarakat menggunakan internet dalam segala hal termasuk perdagangan. Marketplace merupakan wadah bagi para pengusaha untuk mempromosikan dan memasarkan produk secara online. Keamanan merupakan hal yang penting dalam melakukan transaksi online di Marketplace. Maka dari itu program pengabdian masyarakat di Desa Mekarsari ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman akan pentingnya keamanan marketplace. Program pengabdian ini dilaksanakan melalui observasi, sosialisasi dan pelatihan. Program pelatihan ini diikuti 30 peserta yang terdiri masyarakat dan pelaku UMKM. Pelatihan marketplace ini berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman akan pentingnya keamanan bertransaksi secara online yang dilihat dari adanya peningkatan nilai dari hasil pre-test dan post-test yang dikerjakan sebelum dan sesudah acara diselenggarakan.

Abstract

Puskesmas merupakan fasilitas kesehatan tingkat pertama bagi masyarakat Indonesia yang menjangkau hingga daerah terpencil, sehingga kenyamanan masyarakat pada saat melakukan pengobatan menjadi aspek yang perlu diperhatikan agar dapat mengoptimalkan upaya pemerintah dalam meningkatkan kualitas kesehatan masyarakat Indonesia. Kenyamanan yang dirasakan masyarakat ini erat kaitannya dengan bagaimana perilaku karyawan yang bertugas sebagai tenaga kesehatan dalam melayani pasiennya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan pada karyawan bagian pelayanan di Puskesmas “XYZ”. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif menggunakan bantuan software Jamovi dan Microsoft Excel sehingga dapat menggambarkan baik maupun buruknya kualitas pelayanan pada karyawan secara kuantitatif. Selain melihat kualitas pelayanan pada karyawan bagian pelayanan secara keseluruhan, penggambaran kualitas pelayanan pada penelitian ini juga dijabarkan berdasarkan beberapa kategori responden yaitu berdasarkan jenis kelamin, usia, pendidikan, status karyawan, pangkat dan golongan dan masa kerja. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala service quality. Penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik non probability sampling dengan total sampel berjumlah 90 responden. Hasil uji coba alat ukur menggunakan Teknik Alpha Cronbach’s menunjukkan nilai koefisien reliabilitas sebesar 0,920 dan uji validitas menunjukkan bahwa nilai item-rest correlation berkisar antara 0,342 sampai dengan 0,769. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan nilai mean skala service quality adalah 144 dengan nilai terendah 115 dan nilai tertinggi 154 dari 90 responden. Berdasarkan norma kategorisasi skala service quality diketahui bahwa mayoritas karyawan bagian pelayanan di Puskesmas “XYZ”memiliki skor kualitas pelayanan dalam kategori baik.

Abstract

Research on the reliability and validity of the work life balance construct is important considering that in Indonesia there is currently no instrument specifically used to measure or assess work life balance and because of the development of an understanding of the work life balance construct which always develops as a multidimensional construct. The subjects in this study were 460 employees of State-Owned Company in Bandung. The work life balance scale used in this study is an adaptation of the work life balance questionnaire developed by Gwenith G. Fisher, Carrie A. Bulger and Carlla S. Smith (in Journal of Occupational Health Psychology 2009, Vol. 14, No. 4, 441–456). In this study, the method of analysis is the confirmatory factor. The results showed that the items for the work life balance scale had SLF values ​​ranging from 0.75 to 0.912 so that all items could be said to be valid. CR value is 0.976 and VE is 0.707, which means a reliable work life balance scale. Work life balance scale is devided into two aspects, namely demands and resources. The demands aspect consists of 2 (two) sub aspects, namely work interference with personal life (PLIW) and personal life interference with work (PLIW) and. The second aspect, namely resources has 2 (two) sub aspects, namely work enhancement of personal life (WEPL) and personal life enhancement ofwork (PLEW).

Abstract

During the COVID-19 pandemic, the purchase of beauty products experienced a significant increase, with Emina emerging as one of the brands with notably high sales. This study aims to examine and delineate the role of electronic word of mouth (eWOM), specifically consumer reviews, in influencing the online purchase intention of Emina make-up products among students at Universitas Padjadjaran. The research employed adapted instruments measuring perceptions of eWOM and online purchase intention. A total of 229 participants were selected through a convenience sampling method. Data collection was conducted via a self-administered online questionnaire distributed through Google Forms. The analysis involved descriptive statistics, multiple regression, and supplementary testing using the Kruskal-Wallis Test. Findings reveal that eWOM measured through its three dimensions: credibility, quality, and quantity collectively accounted for 20.6% of the variance in online purchase intention. Among these dimensions, eWOM credibility emerged as the most influential, contributing 53.3%, followed by quality at 25.5%, and quantity at 21.2%. Furthermore, the data indicated significant variation in purchase intentions among participants, suggesting that increased exposure to consumer reviews correlates with a higher likelihood of intending to purchase and proceeding with the purchase of Emina products.
