Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Probolinggo City with the aim of testing the significant partial, simultaneous and dominant influence of Service Quality (X1) Customer Value (X2) Service Price (X3) and Customer Satisfaction (Y) and to test which The dominant influence is the variable Service Quality (X1), Customer Value (X2), Service Price (X3) on Consumer Satisfaction (Y) PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Probolinggo City. The type of research in this research is quantitative research with a causal approach. The variables used include the influence of service quality (X1), service price (X2), customer value (X3) and consumer satisfaction (Y). The data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. The population in this study are all consumers who have used goods delivery services at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Probolinggo City in February 2024 because the population is so large that the number cannot be known. The sample calculation uses the accidental sampling formula because the population is large, namely consumers who come to PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Probolinggo City. Data collection using questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis method uses validation tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear analysis, coefficient of determination, t test, f test and dominant test with the help of SPSS version 26. Based on the results of testing the hypothesis, it shows that Service Quality, Customer Value, Service Price and Consumer Satisfaction influence the decision to use PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Probolinggo City services.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture, development and supervision on employee performance at the Probolinggo City General Election Commission. The research method used is quantitative with a causal approach with independent variables, data collection techniques through interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The sample of this study was employees at the Probolinggo City General Election Commission, with a total of 30 respondents. The results of the study indicate that organizational culture, development and supervision partially have a significant influence on employee performance at the Probolinggo City General Election Commission. A strong and positive organizational culture can improve employee performance, while effective development and supervision can help improve employee skills and knowledge. This study has implications that the Probolinggo City General Election Commission needs to pay attention to organizational culture, development and supervision to improve employee performance. In addition, this study also suggests that the Probolinggo City General Election Commission needs to conduct periodic evaluations to ensure that the organizational culture, development and supervision carried out are effective and efficient

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja, stress kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Pos Indoesia (Persero) kota Probolinggo. Metode pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah non probability sampling dengan teknik sampling insidental yang berjumblah 40 orang yang terdiri dari karyawan kantor pos. Data dikumpulkan melalui beberapa cara diantaranya yaitu kuesioner atau angket, wawancara dan dokumentasi dengan diolah melalui analisis data yaitu validitas dan realibilitas, uji asumsi klasik yaitu uji normalitas, uji multikoliniaritas, uji autokorelasi, dan uji heteroskedastisitas serta analisis regresi berganda, analisis determinasi dan uji hipotesis (uji t dan uji f). Hasil pengujian hipotesis pada tingkat signifikan 5%  memperlihatkan bahwa nilai t hitung untuk keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja yaitu 2.502, nilai t hitung untuk stres kerja sebesar 2,178, sedangkan nilai t hitung untuk lingkungan kerja sebesar 4.355.

Abstract

Studi ini berfokus pada analisis dampak digital marketing, brand awareness, dan brand trust Terkait dengan pilihan pembelian pelanggan pada Lapis Kukus Tugu Malang Cabang Probolinggo. Dengan metode kuantitatif asosiatif kausal dan 108 responden yang dipilih melalui insidental sampling, studi ini menunjukkan bahwa digital marketing, brand awareness, dan brand trust secara individual berdampak besar terhadap pilihan pembelian konsumen. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan strategis bagi perusahaan untuk meningkatkan penjualan dengan mengoptimalkan pemasaran digital dan memperkuat kesadaran serta kepercayaan merek di mata konsumen. Dengan strategi yang efektif, perusahaan dapat mengoptimalkan pilihan pembelian konsumen dan meningkatkan kedudukannya di pasar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kompetensi, Beban Kerja Dan Pengembangan Karier terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada PERUMDA Air Minum Tirta Argapura Kabupaten Probolinggo. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan assosiatif kausal dan teknik analisis regresi berganda menggunakan SPSS. Sampel diambil secara sampling jenuh dari seluruh pegawai kantor pusat. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Kompetensi, Beban Kerja, dan Pengembangan Karier berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung dan Fhitung yang lebih besar dari ttabel dan Ftabel , serta nilai signifikansi < 0,05. Temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya pengelolaan ketiga variabel tersebut dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh masing-masing variabel secara signifikan, yaitu variabel kualitas produk, inovasi produk dan kepercayaan konsumen terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Lapis Kukus Tugu Malang Cabang Probolinggo. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif kausal dengan variabel independen kualitas produk, inovasi produk dan kepercayaan konsumen serta variabel dependen keputusan pembelian. Sampel yang diambil menggunakan rumus Hair, dengan melibatkan jumlah responden sebanyak 114 responden yang pernah membeli Lapis . Penentuan pengambilan sampel melalui insidental sampling Serta keluaran diproses memakai instrumen telaah Statistical Program for Sosial Science (SPSS). Temuan pada riset ini memperlihatkan bahwa faktor mutu barang berdampak pada ketetapan membeli, pembaruan barang memengaruhi aksi membeli, serta keyakinan pelanggan berkorelasi kuat dengan pilihan konsumen pada Lapis Kukus Tugu Malang Cabang Probolinggo

Abstract

Kepuasan pelanggan merupakan salah satu nilai utama yang mendorong seluruh pegawai KAI untuk memberikan layanan yang optimal, sehingga menciptakan pengalaman yang menyenangkan saat menggunakan jasa kereta api untuk berpergian. Jika para penumpang atau pengguna jasa puas maka akan meningkatkan kesetian pelanggan dan akan menceritakan pengalaman tersebut kepada calon pengguna kereta api yang lain, sehingga perusahaan akan memperoleh keuntungan dari kondisi tersebut. Dalam hal ini, penulis ingin mengetahui pengaruh customer experience, harga, dan pelayanan prima terhadap kepuasan pengguna jasa kereta api ekonomi Stasiun Probolinggo (DAOP IX) Jember. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara, angket dan dengan dokumentasi yang selanjutnya data tersebut diolah menggunakan program IBM SPSS 26. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan dan positif variabel customer experience (X1), harga (X2), dan pelayanan prima (X3) terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) DAOP IX di Stasiun Probolinggo.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect between the variables of price discounts and service quality on customer satisfaction, as well as the effect of price discounts and service quality together on customer satisfaction. the type of data used in this study is quantitative data. The population in this study were J&T Express customers in the Probolinggo branch. The sample method used is non probability sampling and through incidental sampling techniques, the sample that was successfully collected was 30 respondents. The research methods used are validity test, reliability test and hypothesis testing. The results of this-study indicate that-the discount variable has no effect on customer satisfaction, the service quality variable affects customer satisfaction, and the discount variable and service quality jointly affect customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This research was conducted at CV. Panca Jaya Garmen Probolinggo City with the aim of knowing the effect of motivation, discipline and compensation on Employee Performance at CV. Panca Jaya Garmen Probolinggo City both partially and simultaneously, and to find out which variable has the dominant influence among the three variables. The type of research used is quantitative. The population in this study is CV. Panca Jaya Garmen Probolinggo City with a total sample size of 52 respondents with the sampling technique is a saturated sample. This research data collection uses questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data analysis method is done by using the Multiple Linear Regression model. The results of this test indicate that partially Motivation (X1), Discipline (X2) and Compensation (X3) have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) at CV. Panca Jaya Garmen Probolinggo City. Keyword: Motivation, Discipline, Compensation, Employee Performance.

Abstract

The problem of bookkeeping and marketing is inseparable from the potential of MSMEs in Sebaung Village, Gending District, Probolinggo Regency, which is very large and diverse. Maintaining a business based on financial aspects is one of the problems of MSMEs in Sebaung Village. The implementation of this community service program aims to help MSMEs in Sebaung Village regarding their understanding of simple financial bookkeeping and marketing. The method of implementing this community service begins with conducting socialization of bookkeeping and marketing to MSME actors, village organizations, and residents. The implementation of this socialization was held at the Sebaung village hall. First, this activity began with an explanation of the material on Marketing and continued with material on simple bookkeeping. After that, a question and answer session was held. Then the committee provided assistance to participants regarding digital marketing training and bookkeeping. The socialization of Bookkeeping and Marketing went smoothly and was full of enthusiasm from MSME participants, as evidenced by their communication during questions and answers regarding the material that had been presented and also sharing about the MSME business being run. The result of this service is that MSME actors, village organizations, and residents gain new insights to know how to manage bookkeeping and marketing properly and correctly and reduce the possibilities that cause losses for MSME actors in running their businesses..
