Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Workload, Self Efficacy and Work Life Balance on Job Satisfaction. The type of research used in this research is associative, namely with a quantitative approach. The data collection method uses a sample with a population of 86 respondents. The data analysis used is validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test and determinant coefficient test. The data analysis technique in this research is the SPSS version 29 program application. The results of this research show the results of statistical analysis, namely: 1) Workload (X1) has a negative and significant effect on Job Satisfaction (Y), 2) Self Efficacy (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction (Y), 3) Work Life Balance (X3) has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction (Y). So it can be concluded that the lower the workload given, the higher the job satisfaction of employees of the Regional Human Resources Development Agency of NTB Province, then the higher the employee's self-efficacy and good work life balance, the greater the job satisfaction of employees of the Regional Human Resources Development Agency of NTB Province.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh masing-masing variabel job insecurity (X1) dan work life balance (X2) terhadap turnover intention (Y) pada karyawan ritel modern generasi Z di Kabupaten Lombok Tengah. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah asosiatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling dengan purvosive sampling sebagai teknik pengambilan sampelnya. Sampel berjumlah 100 orang yang merupakan karyawan ritel modern generasi Z yang ada di Kabupaten Lombok Tengah. Dengan kriteria generasi Z yang telah bekerja minimal satu tahun di bidang ritel modern. Pengujian dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model analisis regresi linier berganda yang terdiri dari Uji F, Uji t, dan Uji R2. Sebelum melakukan pengujian regresi linier berganda terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji kualitas instrumen yang terdiri dari uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, serta uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari uji normalitas dan uji multikolinearitas, untuk mengetahui ada atau tidak pelanggaran terhadap asumsi-asumsi klasik dengan bantuan program SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) job insecurity berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. 2) work life balance berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap turnover intention.

Abstract

Background: Many MSMEs in the city of Matram are experiencing diculties in determining the digital marketing strategy to use. This is due to the many digital marketing strategies that can be used and the many factors that serve as criteria for selection.Objective: Develop a decision support system using a combination of ANP and profile-matching methods to assist MSMEs in determining the digital marketing strategy to be used.Methods: The method used in this research is a combination of ANP and Profile Matching Methods.Result: The combination of methods (ANP) and Profile Matching in determining digital marketing strategies has an accuracy of 83.33%.Conclusion: The combination of ANP and Profile Matching methods in determining digital marketing strategies has successfully recommended the best digital marketing strategy.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence on the performance of the device of Loang Maka Village, Janapria District. The type of research used is causal associative with a quantitative approach. The data collection method used is the census method. Respondents with a total of 37 people from Loang Maka Village, Janapria District, Central Lombok. The data collection techniques used are interviews, documentation, and disseminating questionnaires containing statements about intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence and the performance of village devices. The analysis tool used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis by using the SPSS version 26 For Windows program. The results of the data analysis showed that; (1) intellectual intelligence has a positive and insignificant effect on the work of the device, (2) emotional intelligence has a negative and significant effect on the performance of the village device.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan intelektual dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja perangkat Desa Loang Maka Kecamatan Janapria. Responden dengan jumlah 37 orang perangkat Desa Loang Maka Kecamatan Janapria Lombok Tengah. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, dokumentasi, dan menyebarkan kuesioner yang berisi pernyataan tentang kecerdasan intelektual, kecerdasan emosional dan kinerja perangkat desa. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Analisis regresi Linier Berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 26 For Windows. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa; (1) kecerdasan intelektual berpengaruh positif  dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerrja perangkat, (2) kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perangkat desa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul pengaruh kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan intelektual terhadap kinerja karyawan Dinas Perdagangan Kota Mataram yang bertujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis pengaruh kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan intelektual terhadap kinerja karyawan Jenis penelitian yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah asosiatif yaitu dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data mengunakan sampel dengan jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini 77 responden. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji heterokedastisitas, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji f dan uji koefisien determinan. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan software SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Hasil analisis statistik pada penelitian ini menunjukan yaitu variabel kecerdasan emosional (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja (Y) Dinas Perdagangan Kota Mataram. dan Hasil analisis statistik pada penelitian ini menunjukanyaitu variable kecerdasan Intelektual berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variable kinerja (Y) Dinas Perdagangan Kota Mataram.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of hygiene factors, motivators on job satisfaction and employee performance of PT. PLN (Persero) Nusa Tenggara Development Main Unit (UIP). The type of research used in this study is causal associative research, namely to determine the influence of hygiene factors, motivation factors on job satisfaction and performance of PT. PLN (Persero) UIP NUSRA. The data collection method used in this study is the Census Method, because the number of population in this location is 51 people so that all populations become research respondents. The analysis technique used is path analysis. The results obtained are hygiene factors, motivators have a significant effect on job satisfaction and hygiene factors, job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance, unless motivators do not have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The target audience for this activity is the owners of red brick craft businesses in Kesik Village, Masbagik District, East Lombok. This activity will equip business operators with concrete and applicable strategies and models related to innovative business governance and suitable for the creative industry. The PPM team will pay special attention to marketing aspects based on Total Quality Management (TQM). Integrating TQM into marketing functions, Total Quality Marketing is crucial for a company, including small industries, to develop the structure and value-added of the business. Abstract

Student Entrepreneurship Coaching Program with the Smart Entrepreneurial Model (SEM) is designed to strengthen students' entrepreneurial character through an integrated approach. The primary goal of this program is to develop students with an innovative, resilient, and adaptive entrepreneurial mindset, enabling them to respond to market changes and global economic challenges. The urgency of this program lies in the pressing need to create a young generation prepared to face economic disruptions, particularly in the digital era and during industrial transformation. Students, as future entrepreneurs, require a solid entrepreneurial character to take calculated risks, communicate effectively, and manage sustainable businesses. The stages of building entrepreneurial character through SEM include: Phase 1: Pre-test (Psychometric testing); Phase 2: Participant classification and SWOT analysis; Phase 3: Workshops; Phase 4: monitoring and mentoring. The coaching activities based on the Smart Entrepreneurial Model (SEM) have demonstrated a positive impact on shaping students' entrepreneurial character. This program successfully enhances students' growth mindset, communication skills, leadership abilities, and strategic analysis capabilities through a combination of training, business simulations, role-playing, and mentoring

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has encouraged efforts to recover the national economy through the MSME sector, which is important for the economy. This sector, while vital, has also been negatively affected by the pandemic. In a difficult economic situation, special attention to MSMEs is important because internal and external factors affect business performance. In addition, adaptability (agility) and entrepreneurial motivation also have a significant role in facing this challenge. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between Agile leadership, motivation of entrepreneurial, and organizational culture on the performance of creative economy MSMEs on Lombok Island. The study used quantitative methods by taking respondents from entrepreneurs or owners of creative economy MSMEs, especially food and baverage (culinary). The output produced is the National Journal with ISSN and teaching materials that enrich entrepreneurship learning materials and human resources.
