Abstract

Di era pembangunan ekonomi Indonesia saat ini berwirausaha merupakan lapangan pekerjaan yang menarik untuk dipilih oleh mahasiswa setelah mereka lulus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi niat berwirausaha pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Mataram. Penelitian dengan menggunakan metode asosiatif. Model penelitian meliputi pengaruh dari faktor sifat kewirausahaan, keahlian kewirausahaan dan faktor kontekstual kewirausahaan terhadap niat berwirausaha. Penentuan besarnya sampling dengan rumus Slovin sebanyak 100 mahasiswa yang berasal dari mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Regular Pagi dan Sore. Responden dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria sampling adalah mahasiswa yang telah mendapat mata kuliah kewirausahaan dan telah memiliki/menjalankan usaha. Alat analisis yang digunakan dengan menggunakan regresi berganda.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor sifat kewirausahaan, keahlian kewirausahaan dan faktor kontekstual mempengaruhi niat berwirausaha mahasisawa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Mataram.Kata Kunci: Niat berwirausaha, sifat, keahlian, kontekstual

Abstract

Pengelolaan dan penataan serta pengembangan ekonomi usaha kecil dimaksudkan untuk penggalian potensi-potensi kemandirian dan pengembangan ekonomi masyarakat melalui pemberdayaan dan pengembangan ekonomi strategis dalam pengelolaan Sumber Daya potensial secara adil dan berkelanjutan. Dengan harapan penguasaan, kontrol dan pengelolaan usaha akan lebih mandiri. Kegaiatan ini dilakukan pada kelompok maupun individu para pelaku usaha Bahan Bangunan di Batu Ringgit Sekarbela Mataram. Pelaksanaan kegiatan penyuluhan ini menggunakan metode ceramah, diskusi dan ramah tamah. Pada prinsipnya pengembangkan ekonomi strategis berbasis potensi lokal berdasarkan akar budaya/local, dan kearifan lokal masyarakat. Sehingga perlu menumbuh-kembangkan model-model pengembangan ekonomi berbasis rakyat kecil atas dasar keswadayaan dan kemandirian. Penguatan–penguatan institusi dan kelembagaan ekonomi masyarakat dalam rangka menumbuhkan sistem perekonomian kolektif dan penguatan permodalan secara swadaya dan mandiri menjadi sangat penting untuk dibangun. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan tentang usaha  yang mereka jalani, baik secara individu maupun berkelompok agar mereka menyadari perlunya mitra kerja serta kerja kelompok. Demikian juga halnya bagi para pelaku usaha bahan bangunan di Batu Ringgit Sekarbela Mataram. Dalam rangka pemecahan permasalahan yang mereka hadapi, pendekatan kemitraan (usaha bersama) adalah salah satu solusinya, disamping diberikan pengetahuan tentang manajemen usaha dan proses produksinya. Dengan demikian mereka diharapkan lebih baik dan mampu mengelola usahanya dengan baik agar lebih berkembang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kompensasi finansial, promosi jabatan dan rekan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Pengujian dilakukan pada perusahaan PT Excel Mitra Telecomindo Cabang mataram dengan kompensasi finansial, promosi jabatan dan rekan sebagai variabel independen dan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel dependen. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode sensus dengan menggunakan data primer yang dikumpulkan langsung dari responden dengan menggunakan kuisioner. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian asosiatif kausalitas menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 58 responden. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakkan program SPSS versi 25.  Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kompensasi finansial, promosi jabatan dan rekan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT Excel Mitra Telecomindo Cabang mataram. Temuan penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa kompensasi finansial yang sesuai, promosi jabatan yang tepat dan rekan kerja yang baik dapat mendorong adanya kepuasan kerja karyawan. Keberadaan kompensasi finansial, promosi jabatan dan rekan kerja berperan penting dalam tercapainya kepuasan kerja karyawan. Implikasi penelitian ini memberikan hasil bahwa kepuasan kerja karyawan perlu didukung dengan adanya kelayakan kompensasi finansial, promosi jabatan yang tepat dan rekan kerja yang baik guna mendorong loyalitas karyawan dan tercapainya tujuan perusahaan. Implikasi penting lainnya mengarah pada perlunya perhatian penuh perusahaan terhadap faktor-faktor lain yang dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja sebagai sarana mempertahankan kepuasan kerja karyawan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the commitment of Japanise DKI Restaurant employees as measured by Work Life Balance, Carer Development and mediated by Employee Engagement. The method used was descriptive and explanatory with a population of 120 respondents and a sample of 104 people was taken randomly and the data was obtained by distributing questionnaires The data obtained was processed with SPSS software, Lisrel and Path analysis. The results of the processing and analysis show that Work Life Balance has a significant effect on Employee Engagement with a path coefficient of 0.402 Career Development has a significant effect on Employee Engagement with a path coefficient of 0.497 Work Life Balance has no significant effect on Organizational Commitment with a path coefficient of -0.038 Career Development has a significant effect on Organizational Commitment with a path coefficient of 0.286 Employee Engagement has a significant effect on Organizational Commitment with a path coefficient of 0.444 Work Life Balance has a significant effect on Organizational Commitment through Employee Engagement with a path coefficient of 0.178 Career Development has a significant effect on Organizational Commitment through Employee Engagement with a path coefficient of 0.221

Abstract

This research is entitled the influence of organizational culture, organizational commitment and job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior of Mataram District Court office employees. Aims to determine the influence of organizational culture, organizational commitment and job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior. The type of research used is causal associative research with a quantitative approach. The data collection method used is the census method. The population and respondents in the research were 83 employees of the Mataram District Court office. The analytical tool used is Multiple Linear Regression using SPSS versions 25 and 26. The results of the analysis show that: (1) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (2) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (3) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of job design and carrer development on work performance with job satisfaction as a variable that intervenes on traffic unit personnel of the east lombok district police. The method of using data using a questionnaire. Population of 59 personnel, with a sample as much 59. The analytical method uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the SmartPLS v.4.0 tool. The results showed that first, design has a positive but not significant effect on work performance. Second, the career development has a positive and significant effect on work performance. Third, job design has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Fourth, the career development has a positive effect on job satisfaction. Fifth, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on work performance. Sixth, job design has a positive and significant effect on work performance through job satisfaction. Seventh, the career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction. Research results can be used as a basis for improving and improving job design, career development, job satisfaction, and work performance.

Abstract

This study aims to find out: (1) the influence of competence on employee work productivity at Hotel Jayakarta Lombok, (2) the effect of work discipline on work productivity at Hotel Jayakarta Lombok, and (3) the effect of competence and work discipline on employee work productivity at Hotel Jayakarta Lombok. This research includes causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The population of this study is all employees of Hotel Jayakarta Lombok which totals 115 people. Thus, the number of respondents used in this study is 90 people. Data was collected with questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results of the study at the significance level of 5% showed that: (1) there was a positive and significant influence of competence on employee work productivity at Hotel Jayakarta Lombok. This is evidenced by the tcount > ttable, which is 3,015 > 1,987 and the significance level is 0.003 < 0.025; (2) there is a positive and significant influence of work discipline on employee work productivity at Hotel Jayakarta Lombok. This is evidenced by the tcount < ttable, which is 3,196 > 1,987 and the significance level is 0.002 > 0.025; and (3) there is a positive and significant influence of competence and work discipline on the work productivity of employees at the Jayakarta Hotel Lombok. This is evidenced by the results of Fcount > Ftable which are 10,780 > 3,098.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Analysis of the Influence of Organizational Culture and Organizational Justice on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) with Organizational Commitment as an Intervening Variable. (Study on Employees of the Mataram City Health Office). This study used primary and secondary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to respondents who were employees of the Mataram City Health Office.  The population in this study is 76 employees of the Mataram City Health Office. This research is a quantitative research. The analysis method uses Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) using the SmartPLS v.4.0 tool. The results of the study show that Organizational Culture has a significant positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Organizational Justice has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment, Organizational Justice has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment, Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment through Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Organizational Justice has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment through Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Work Discipline (X1), Work Experience (X2), and Organizational Commitment (X3) on Employee Performance at PT Al-Shofa Duta Mandiri Mataram. The type of research used is causal associative research. The technical analysis used is Multiple Linear Regression using SPSS. In this study, a sample determination technique was used by the saturated sampling method or census, so that the respondents in this study were all employees of PT-Al-Shofa Duta Mandiri Mataram totaling 50 employees. The results of the analysis showed that: (1) Work Discipline had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT-Al-Shofa Duta Mandiri Mataram (2) Work Experience had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT-Al-Shofa Duta Mandiri Mataram (3) Organizational Commitment had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT-Al-Shofa Duta Mandiri Mataram. With the presentation of the results of the analysis above, the company can pay more attention to the environment around the workplace, the company must be able to overcome the problems around the workplace so that employees are comfortable working, then can increase work activities in the team as well as an assessment of employee attitudes and free employees to innovate so that employees feel recognized and still maintain a state where employees can enjoy all existing infrastructure,  With the help of infrastructure, employees will find it easier to complete tasks, all of which are done to improve employee performance.

Abstract

Monjok Village, which is located in Mataram City, is a location known as an area that produces household appliances, such as ovens, small or large steamers, satay grills, cake makers, large spoons, graters, and various other kitchen utensils. The purpose of the service is to provide training in strengthening entrepreneurial character, efficient production training, marketing training, and basic bookkeeping, so that the business can develop further. The method used is training. The service activity was carried out on October 4, 2024. After the service activity, an evaluation was still carried out to review the effectiveness of the training for the women craftsmen. Through this activity, it is hoped that the women craftsmen of household furniture can develop their businesses through better production, marketing, and business management.
