Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Shopee PayLater feature, impulse buying behavior and hedonic motivation on tabzir attitudes in Islamic economics students of UIN Fatmawati Sukarno Bengkulu. This study uses a quantitative method that uses multiple linear regression with primary data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires distributed to 168 respondents. The results of this study reveal that: (1) the Shopee PayLater feature does not affect tabzir attitudes in Islamic economics students (2) impulse buying behavior affects tabzir attitudes in Islamic economics students (3) hedonic motivation affects tabzir attitudes in Islamic economics students (4) the Shopee PayLater feature, impulse buying behavior and hedonic motivation together influence tabzir attitudes in UIN Fatmawati Sukarno Bengkulu students. These findings provide insights into the importance of managing consumer behavior among students to prevent wasteful spending, particularly regarding the use of online payment features that facilitate excessive consumption.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the Perception of Facebook Pro Content Creators towards the Monetization Features provided by Facebook Pro. To determine the suitability of Facebook Pro Content Creators' perceptions and sharia economic principles in the context of monetization on the Facebook Pro platform. Qualitative approach type. The results of the Content Creator Perception study of the Facebook Pro monetization feature are generally positive. This feature provides additional income opportunities that are beneficial, especially for housewives and Facebook Pro users who have monetized by uploading consistent, interesting content that is widely liked by other users. The existence of Monetization Features such as in-stream ads, Reels Ads, Donations, and Bonuses can help improve the welfare of both financial and non-financial creators. Compliance with Sharia Economic Principles, such as fairness, transparency, and benefits, are generally met in the Facebook Pro monetization feature. However, some aspects such as uncertainty in revenue sharing or conditions that are not fully understood by creators need to be improved to be more transparent and in accordance with sharia values.

Abstract

 The aim of this research is to determine the influence of internal factors and external factors on the decision to invest in the sharia capital market among students of the Sharia Economics Study Program at UIN Fatmawati Sukarno Bengkulu. To test this, researchers used quantitative methods with primary data collection techniques, namely questionnaires distributed to 130 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using Jeffrey's Amazing Statistics Program (JASP). From the results of the research and discussion it is known that internal factors influence the decision to invest in the Islamic capital market as shown by Tcount > Ttable with a value of 3,359 > 1,978 and a significance value of 0,001 < 0,05. External factors influence the decision to invest in the Islamic capital market, shown by Tcount > Ttable with a value of 5,727 > 1,978 and a significance value < 0.001 less than 0,05. Simultaneously, internal factors and external factors influence the decision to invest in the sharia capital market for students of the Sharia Economics Study Program at UIN Fatmawati Sukarno Bengkulu by 43,7% and the significant probability value is < 0,001 less than 0,05 and the Fcount > Ftable with a value of 51,103 > 3,07.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui proses manajemen risiko produk BSI Griya dalam Pembiayaan Kepemilikan Rumah (PPR) dan langkah strategi penyelesaiannya yang diterapkan oleh Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KCP Bengkulu Sudirman. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala marketing pembiayaan, staff pembiayaan, staff bagian penyelesaian pembiayaan dan tiga orang nasabah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian lapangan dengan jenis kualitatif pendekatan deskriptif, pengumpulan data meliputi teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi, penyajian data berbentuk narasi deskriptif dari hubungan antar komponen, serta strategi yang diterapkan oleh pihak bank. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa proses manajemen risiko khususnya pada produk BSI Griya pembiayaan pemilikan rumah di BSI KCP Bengkulu Sudirman telah sesuai dengan kerangka ISO 31000:2018 yang mengidentifikasi, mengukur, memantau dan pengendalian dengan meliputi proses 5C secara ketat sebelum akad dan pencairan, pemantauan dilakukan secara berkala setelah pencairan, klasifikasi nasabah berdasarkan tingkat kategori risiko dan strategi penyelesaian pembiayaan bermasalah dilakukan melalui upaya penyelamatan dan penyelesaian dengan karakter nasabah sebagai faktor inti dari penyebab NPF.
