Abstract

Teknologi informasi dan dunia digital mengalami perkembangan yang pesat saat ini, sistem informasi yang berbasis online semakin meningkat setiap tahunnya pada hampir semua sektor, seperti pekerjaan, Pendidikan, bisnis, dan pemerintahan. Pembuatan website desa bertujuan untuk memudahkan desa dalam penyebaran informasi, mendukung program-program unggulan desa dan mempublikasikan hal-hal terkait dengan potensi yang ada di desa NgasemLemahbang. Metode yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode pendekatan untuk pelaksanaan kegiatan pemberdayaan pada masyarakat ini meliputi metode pelatihan dengan learning by doing. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan ini melalui bentuk pelatihan secara fleksibel dapat membuat atau mengoperasikan website desa. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah adanya website desa NgasemLemahbang yaitu siabang.com dan juga perangkat desa mampu mengoperasikan dan mengelola website.

Abstract

General Background: The efficacy of management strategies in enhancing educational outcomes has become increasingly critical, especially in the context of private schools. Specific Background: In Thailand, private schools face unique challenges that necessitate innovative approaches to curriculum development and educational quality. Knowledge Gap: Existing literature reveals limited empirical studies on the impact of curriculum innovation, technology integration, and business partnerships on private school performance in Thailand. Aims: This research aims to evaluate management strategies that improve performance in Thai private schools, with a specific focus on curriculum development and its role in elevating educational standards. Results: Utilizing a mixed-methods approach, including literature reviews, case studies, and cross-sectional primary data collected through observations and interviews with schools in Southern Thailand, the study identifies that relevant, innovative, and competency-based curricula are pivotal in enhancing educational quality. The integration of technology and establishment of business partnerships are also critical in preparing students for future challenges. Novelty: This study contributes to the existing body of knowledge by providing empirical evidence on the effectiveness of these strategies in the Thai private school sector and by evaluating their impact through direct international community service initiatives. Implications: The findings suggest that sustainable and responsive curriculum development is essential for improving the competitiveness of private schools in Thailand, offering valuable insights for educational policy-makers and school administrators aiming to foster long-term educational improvements.

Abstract

Kemampuan kepemimpinan dan pemasaran merupakan kompetensi penting membekali lulusan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) untuk siap bersaing di dunia kerja maupun dalam dunia kewirausahaan. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dirancang untuk mengembangkan kemampuan kepemimpinan serta keterampilan pemasaran bagi siswa SMK NU Karanggeneng, Lamongan, Jawa Timur. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi penyuluhan, pelatihan interaktif, studi kasus, dan simulasi praktik bisnis. Kegiatan ini melibatkan 60 siswa kelas XI dari jurusan Bisnis Digital. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman siswa terhadap konsep kepemimpinan transformasional, komunikasi efektif, branding produk, serta strategi pemasaran digital. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pretest dan posttest, serta observasi selama kegiatan berlangsung. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman sebesar rata-rata 38%. Dampak positif dari kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu membentuk karakter kepemimpinan dan kesiapan siswa menghadapi dunia usaha.

Abstract

The problem in urban areas which has always been the topic of discussion is the discipline of city residents regarding traffic regulations that still need to be improved. Some commonly used methods to increase understanding of traffic signs have been carried out by related parties including counseling at school and as a condition for obtaining a SIM. But the method used has a less interactive and attractive appearance, and is not practical to carry anywhere. This study provides a solution to these problems by utilizing smartphones and augmented reality (AR) technology. Smartphone has now become one of the needs that can not be separated from human life, where almost everyone and even children can operate it. In addition, AR technology has also been widely used as a learning medium, one of which is as a medium for the introduction of traffic signs. Through the ability of AR in combining the real world and the virtual world at one time, the application of AR produced by this study was able to increase people's understanding of traffic signs by being more interactive, interesting and practical.

Abstract

In the learning process, the gamification strategy plays an important role in determining the achievement of learning objectives. Learning objectives will be achieved if students are able to engage in active communication both with their peers, facilitators, and with other learning resources. Characteristics of entrepreneurship courses include understanding and appreciation of entrepreneurship, the role of entrepreneurial mental attitude for self-improvement and institutions with core entrepreneurial spirit and entrepreneurial mental attitude through the introduction of entrepreneurial characteristics, growing business interest and tips on successful entrepreneurs, making business plans and making business plans. The aim of entrepreneurship courses is to provide students with an understanding and appreciation of entrepreneurship that is increasingly felt important in the face of globalization. Gamification and entrepreneurship Having several links (1) gamification strategies can provide choices and control to students when making a plant business project, (2) gamification strategies can foster confidence in their ability to face and solve challenges, (3) gamification strategies provide material and key answers to entrepreneurship courses, (4) give appreciation for the additional learning taken, and (5) help students establish social interaction through leadership activities or other social interactions. This development research seeks to design a gamification strategy in entrepreneurship courses in the Indonesian Language and Literature Study Program, FKIP UNISDA Lamongan. The Gamification Strategy developed has four basic game components, namely the rules of gamification, feedback (leaderboards, prizes, and medals), goals, and challenges. This research includes the type of development research that uses the Lee and Owl model with the following stages, (1) analyzing needs, (2) pre-test and post-test analysis, (3) design, (4) development, (5) implementation, (6) evaluation. Results of developing a gamification strategy package (1) gamification strategy (2) Lecturer guidance (3) student guide (4) Entrepreneurship book.

Abstract

In the current digital era, education is in the age of knowledge (knowledge age) with the acceleration of an extraordinary increase in knowledge. The accelerated increase in knowledge is supported by the application of digital media and technology called information super highway. Education is becoming increasingly important to ensure students have learning skills, innovation, creativity, entrepreneurship as well as technology and information media skills and can work, and survive using life skills. 21st Century skills are (1) life and career skills, (2) learning and innovation skills, and (3) Information media and technology skills. These three skills are summarized in a scheme called rainbow 21st century knowledge skills / rainbow knowledge-skills rainbow. The scheme was adapted by the non-profit organization P21, which developed a 21st century educational framework throughout the world through the website www.p21.org based in the state of Tuscon, USA. Teacher professionalism improvement starts from individuals taking teacher training or equivalent to undergraduate education. At this stage, they are equipped with knowledge and skills in the fields of scientific substance and pedagogical substance. Teaching education must have a large portion in terms of pedagogical practice, which involves the ability to master the material, teaching, and technology. Higher education must now be able to facilitate all of these things and have the obligation to organize education in the direction needed.

Abstract

Santripreneurship in pesantren is increasingly an important focus in creating students who not only master religious knowledge but also have sustainable entrepreneurial skills. Transformative leadership plays a crucial role in shaping the entrepreneurial spirit of students, by inspiring them to think creatively and innovatively in facing economic and social challenges. In addition, intellectual stimulation through challenging learning and the development of critical thinking skills also strengthens the ability of students to produce new ideas that are relevant to the needs of the times. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method at the Lamongan Islamic Boarding School to explore the impact of transformative leadership and intellectual stimulation on the development of santripreneurship. The main findings show that the application of these two elements has succeeded in creating a culture of innovation in Islamic boarding schools and improving students' entrepreneurial skills. The implication of this study is the importance of integrating transformative leadership and intellectual stimulation in the pesantren curriculum to produce independent and adaptive students.

Abstract

Poverty is a serious challenge faced by the Banyumas Regency Government. Although the poverty rate in this region has shown a declining trend for more than a decade, the pattern of decline has not been linear. This study utilizes time series data representing the percentage of the poor population in Banyumas Regency from 2003 to 2024. This research primarily seeks to forecast the poverty rate in 2030 and to differentiate between the performance of two kernel functions, Gaussian and Epanechnikov, which are applied in nonparametric regression using the adjusted Nadaraya-Watson kernel approach. Analysis results suggest that the model performs best when the bandwidth is set at its optimal value of 0,538909 using the Epanechnikov kernel function. Based on the forecast, the poverty rate in 2030 is estimated to be 12,87%. This result indicates the need for well-planned strategies and policies by the Banyumas Regency Government to reduce the poverty rate over the next six years.

Abstract

The TikTok Affiliate training program held in Kudikan Village aimed to enhance the digital literacy and skills of PKK housewives in utilizing the platform for marketing and business, thereby creating flexible additional income. Conducted on July 12, 2025, at the village hall by KKN students from Universitas Islam Darul Ulum Lamongan, the training employed a Persuasive-Educative approach in a workshop format, focusing on hands-on practice, discussion, and Q&A. Participants were taught step-by-step methods for creating, managing, and marketing products via TikTok Affiliate. The post-implementation evaluation demonstrated high success: motivation to become an Affiliator reached 100% (17 out of 17 participants) , and technical understanding of the business model increased sharply from 29.4% (pre-survey) to 94.1% (post-evaluation). These results confirm that the hands-on and systematic method was highly effective in transferring technical skills and boosting motivation. Identified challenges included account verification, follower growth, and creating consumer-engaging content. Future recommendations include a follow-up mentorship program and advanced training sessions.
