Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership and achievement motivation on the performance of health center employees in Ngaliyan District, Semarang City and to see whether there is an influence of affective commitment as an intervening variable. Data were collected using a questionnaire with a purposive sampling technique. The population in this study was 173 employees spread across three health centers in the Ngaliyan District, Semarang City, taken as a sample of 154 employees. Data processing using SEM-PLS analysis. Hypothesis testing uses two criteria, namely if t-statistics or the critical value is more than 1,96 then the hypothesis is accepted or when p-value less than 0.05 then the hypothesis is accepted. The results of the study indicate that transformational leadership does not affect employee performance, either directly or through the mediation of affective commitment. Achievement motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, either directly or through the mediation of affective commitment. These findings provide an illustration that the influence of transformational leadership on performance is not absolute and can vary depending on the organizational context, work culture, and employee perceptions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh adhocracy culture dan supervisi kepala sekolah terhadap employee performance, dengan kompetensi guru sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kecamatan Semarang Utara dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 120 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, dengan metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adhocracy culture berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kompetensi guru dan employee performance. Supervisi kepala sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kompetensi guru, tetapi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap employee performance. Sementara itu, kompetensi guru terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee performance. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa budaya kerja yang inovatif dan adaptif serta penguatan kompetensi guru menjadi faktor penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai di lingkungan sekolah dasar. Adapun supervisi perlu diarahkan secara lebih konstruktif agar dapat memberikan dampak positif terhadap kinerja guru secara menyeluruh.

Abstract

Learning Arabic requires that each individual instructor understand components that are inextricably linked to learning outcomes, such as instructional methods, media, and competences. Arabic language instructors at MTsN 02 Pamekasan have not adequately implemented effective learning methodologies. This, of course, causes pupils to lose excitement during the learning process, affecting their learning outcomes. To resolve this issue, extensive activity is necessary, namely the Course Review Horay Method. This research study employs a qualitative approach and includes a case study. The problems in implementing the course review horray approach for students' Arabic language learning led to several results, including the following: there was no perception or motivation during the preparation stage. The implementation stage included effective teaching time, a vibrant classroom environment, regular teacher explanations, and opportunities for students to cheat. At the evaluation stage, aggressive and quiet pupils from the same group received similar evaluations.

Abstract

The term "hybrid learning" in the context of education describes a fusion of traditional and online learning approaches. To support hybrid learning, IAIN Madura uses the OBS Studio application. The purpose of the study is to offer a different approach to the time, location, and distance issues that lecturers deal with, which hinder the learning process. Additionally, pupils' ideas and ways of thinking are constrained when traditional teaching approaches are used. Children are consequently unmotivated to study both individually and in groups. This study employs phenomenological inquiry as a qualitative research methodology. The following succinctly describes the results of IAIN Madura's hybrid learning-based Arabic instruction utilizing the OBS Studio application: First, instructors and students feel more relaxed and younger when OBS Studio is used in the hybrid-based learning approach. Second, students' perceptions that studying Arabic may be integrated with information, communication, and technology (ICT) may be strengthened by hybrid learning-based Arabic language instruction utilizing OBS Studio. Third, OBS Studio is a very useful tool for learning Arabic and is a great learning tool. Fourth, OBS Studio can be used as an alternative learning tool that helps with distance learning. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of instructional leadership and adhocracy culture on employee performance, with job motivation as an intervening variable, among public elementary school teachers in the Banyumanik District. A quantitative approach was used, with data analysis conducted through the Partial Least Square (PLS) technique. The research sample consisted of 180 public elementary school teachers in the Banyumanik District, selected through purposive sampling. The results show that both instructional leadership and adhocracy culture have a positive and significant influence on job motivation. Instructional leadership also has a direct and significant effect on employee performance, while adhocracy culture does not show a significant effect on employee performance. On the other hand, job motivation serves as an intervening variable that positively and significantly affects employee performance. These findings emphasize that job motivation is a key factor in improving teacher performance, and instructional leadership plays a strategic role in fostering that motivation. Based on these results, it is recommended that school principals strengthen instructional leadership practices and that schools create a work culture that balances innovation and structure to optimally support teacher motivation and performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Price Discount dan Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM) terhadap Impulse Buying dengan Positive Emotion sebagai variabel intervening pada Generasi Z pengguna TikTok Shop di Kota Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap 385 responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala likert dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda serta uji mediasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Price Discount dan Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Positive Emotion. Selain itu, kedua variabel tersebut juga berengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Impulse Buying. Positive Emotion terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap Impulse Buying serta mampu memediasi pengaruh Price Discount dan Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM) terhadap Impulse Buying. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi diskon harga dan pengolahan ulasan konsumen berperan penting dalam mendorong pembelian impulsif.

Abstract

Islamic banking in Indonesia, despite showing significant growth, faces challenges in building strong customer loyalty. Understanding the factors that drive customer loyalty, such as service quality, trust, and satisfaction, is crucial. However, previous research has often overlooked the role of religiosity in a business context as a potential driver of customer loyalty. This study aims to analyze the relationship between service quality, trust, satisfaction, and customer loyalty in Islamic banking. Furthermore, to examine the moderating role of student religiosity in enhancing Sharia customer loyalty. This study employed a quantitative approach with a survey method. The study population was students at Sultan Agung Islamic University, and a sample of 376 respondents was selected using proportional sampling. Primary data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results indicate that service quality has a positive influence on consumer satisfaction, and in turn, on customer loyalty. Furthermore, customer satisfaction positively influences trust, and trust positively impacts customer loyalty. In addition, the findings evidence that religiosity can moderate the relationship between trust and customer loyalty, meaning that higher levels of religiosity can strengthen the effect of trust on loyalty. The contribution of this research lies in testing the moderating role of religiosity to fill the empirical gap and the use of Muslim students as respondents, which has never been used before. This study offers theoretical implications with a new perspective on the role of religiosity in Islamic banking, with an Islamic student perception approach. The managerial implication provides new insights into how customer trust, satisfaction, and loyalty can be strengthened through consumer religiosity.
