Abstract

This research aims to determine the listening strategies applied by students in learning listening skills at MAN 1 Lampung Selatan. The research design used in this research is qualitative descriptive research using research instruments in the form of observation, interviews and field notes. The participants in this research were 10 class XII students at MAN 1 Lampung Selatan, and in selecting this sample the researcher used purposive sampling. The students were considered capable participants in this study because they had learned more complex listening skills compared to first and second grade. Based on the research results, it is known that students are asked to play the audio more than once, if they hear unfamiliar or doubtful vocabulary, they write it down and ask the teacher or friends about the vocabulary, both teachers and students provide feedback about the listening skills they have learned. Several media that they use to practice their listening skills such as videos, films, audio and music. From the results of interviews with students, it was also found that students practice their listening skills when they have free time and students want to master English because they want to implement the knowledge they learn in everyday life and based on this it is known that the listening strategies that students apply in learning skills listening at MAN 1 Lampung Selatan is a cognitive strategy and a social affective strategy.

Abstract

قد حاول الباحث خلال هذا البحث الكشف عن استعمال أساليب التشبيه في سورة البقرة وتحليلها من معاني الآيات التي تتضمن التشبيه وأنواعه وأغراضه و عن طريقة تدريسه. كان هذا البحث من نوع البحث الكيفي، ويستخدم الباحث في هذا الباحث المنهج الوصف، وهو بتصوير البيانات ووصفها بالجمل أو الكلمات. وطلب الباحث تلك البيانات من المصادر التي تتعلق بموضوع هذا البحث مثل كتب التفاسير وكتب البلاغة والكتب التي بحثت عن طرق تدريس البلاغة. ويسمى هذا البحث أيضا بالبحث المكتبي. بعد أن جمع الباحث تلك البيانات، حللها بما استقرأه من النصوص والأفكار، وهو تصنيف البيانات وتعريفها معرفة واضحة، ثم تفسير البيانات ثم تنظيمها إلى الأجزاء المعينة، ثم اختيار البيانات التي يحتاج إليها الباحث للحصول على البحث العلمي، وتلخيص البيانات بعد أن بحثها للحصول على نتائج هذا البحث. أما خلاصة هذا البحث فإنها قد قدم الباحث فيما يتعلق بموضوع هذا البحث من أنواع التشبيه وأغراضه الذي استعمله الآيات في سورة البقرة وطرق تدريسه وخطواته. وبلغ عدد التشبيهات إلى ثمانية وعشرين، منها التمثيل والمرسل والمجمل والبليغ. ولها أغراض متنوعة، مثل بيان حال المشبه وبيان مقداره وتقريره وتزيينه وتقبيحه.

Abstract

The adhesive or sealing system using the type of bag sealing machine used in the packaging industry is generally using a full-automatic continuous hot sealing machine which is the result of the development of a manual hot sealing type that uses a type of tape sealing bag (duct tape) such as the one in PT.X. Sealing bag problems that often occur are unstable heating processes, clamping settings and also cooling systems that are too fast. Planning the appropriate machine system and program control system can eliminate the problems caused by the sealing in several ways, including; Conducting system simulations and program design based on observation data, assembling and testing the built system. Conducting trials and tests of machine performance as well as testing the results of the bag sealing process. Furthermore, an evaluation of system performance and sealing bag quality results was carried out as well as improvements in system performance results in accordance with ASMEF88 standards. The design and implementation of the manufacture of automation machines and monitoring systems will involve PLC components and IoT technology. So that during the process, the system can be monitored in real time. The final result of this study is expected to reduce the problem of broken sealing in packaging bags by 1%.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the challenges in learning Nahwu at STAIN Mandailing Natal and to explore inclusive learning strategies that accommodate the diverse educational backgrounds of students. Such diversity, which includes students from Islamic boarding schools, madrasahs, and general schools, affects their level of understanding and motivation in studying Nahwu. The research employed a qualitative approach with data collected through semi-structured interviews, classroom observations, questionnaires, and document analysis. The findings reveal that students from general school backgrounds face greater difficulties in comprehending Nahwu material, whereas those from Islamic boarding schools demonstrate stronger prior knowledge. Inclusive learning strategies, such as the use of visual media and cross-background study groups, were found effective in enhancing students’ comprehension. However, challenges remain in implementing supplementary guidance outside the classroom. This study concludes that Nahwu learning needs to be designed in a more inclusive, adaptive, and responsive manner to meet the diverse needs of students, ensuring that the learning process becomes more effective and equitable.
