Abstract

Keberhasilan suatu sekolah terletak pada manajemen kepemimpinankepala sekolah dalam mengoptimalkan peningkatan komunikasi di Sekolah yangbersangkutan. Karena besarnya hubungan manajemen kepemimpinan kepala sekolahdengan peningkatan komunikasi sekolah, maka kepala sekolah sebagai pemimpin disekolah harus memperhatikan cara atau gaya kepemimpinan yang dipergunakan agarprogram sekolah yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya dapat tercapai. Fokus penelitianini adala pelaksanaan manajemen kepemimpinan kepala sekolah sedangkantujuannya adalah ingin mengetahui pelaksanaan manajemen kepemimpinan kepalasekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengandesain studi kasus. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen wawancara,observasi, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini mengungkap bahwasalah satu upaya yang harus dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah sebagai administratordalam meningkatkan komunikasi sekolah adalah melaksanakan pembinaan secarateratur, sistematis dan berkesinambungan kepada semua personil sekolah termasukstaf tata usaha dan mengupayakan agar pegawai dapat meningkatkan komunikasi,selain itu kegiatan yang dilakukan kepala sekolah diantaranya seperti perencanaan,pengorganisasian, pengkoordinasiaan, pengarahan, pembiyaan, dan pemantauan,dan penilaian harus dilakukan secara kontinue.Kata Kunci : Manajemen Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah

Abstract

Teacher performance is an important factor in improving the quality of education,especially improving the quality and the quality of education in school can be felt by peopleranging from inputs ( input ), the educational process was going on, until the output (outputproduct) of an educational process. Performance good teacher can be seen from a high workcommitment, and always able to carry out their duties well and has a high dedication . In theeffective performance of teachers and oriented to the quality of education requires acommitment earnestly in quality improvement. the objectives to be achieved in this study areto Know the Teacher Performance Relationship With the quality of education in SMP Negeri3 Central Praya academic year 2015/2016. Total population in this study were 11 teachers.Data collection methods used in this study is documentation method and questionnaire as theprincipal method while the method of interview as a complementary method . While themethod of data analysis using statistical analysis Product Moment Correlation formula. Basedon the calculation formula Product Moment Correlation r hitung results obtained at 0.645 withr tabel value of 0.602 at a significance level of 5 % and N = 11, or ( 0.645 > 0.602 ) . Thisshows that ( Ho ) is rejected and ( Ha ) is accepted . The conclusion of this research is There arelationship Teacher Performance With Quality of Education in SMP Negeri 3 Central Prayaacademic year 2015/2016.

Abstract

A craft education was designed as a communication process of learning to change student behavior becomes fixed, quickly and precisely through craft activities and engineering technology, cultivation technology and management of technology. Students perform the interaction of the work of craft products and technologies dilingkunganya, to be creative to create various types of handicraft products and technology products in order to obtain the perceptual experience of appreciative experience and creativity of the environmental potential. The problem and the aim of this study isunderstanding the implementation of craft education in an effort to increase learning achievement in students. The population is all students of class X in SMAK Kesuma Mataram with the number of students 192 people, while the samples used in this study are some students who have been selected at random sample of 38 students were taken 20% of the total population, the techniques of sampling in this research is technique proportional random sampling. In this study, the data collection methods used method of questionnaire as the principal method while the documentation, observation and interview methods as complementary methods. To analyze the data using the formula t test. The results obtained by analysis of the value t count 13.672and t table value at significance level of 5% with N = 37 is greater than the value of t on the table (13.672 > 2.021) so it can be concluded that these results significantly.Keywords: craft Education, Achievement

Abstract

Abstract: Educational administrators (principals, head of education) as of today's modern executive should be able to observe and respond to all the challenges posed by the external environment both near and far. The decision makers, including principals and education managers more often forced to beat the demands of activities educational institutions in order to serve a variety of purposes such as routine affairs, department, work must always be under the instructions or guidelines set by the bureaucracy without considering the needs of system implementation Full Day School with Extra hours are longer in school, ie at least eight (8) hours per day into something new so that the decision process is often not optimal in generating strategic decisions. As a result, actual problems faced by educational institutions can not be resolved to the fullest. The method used in this study is a qualitative research design phenomenon that already exists in a reasonable and natural, making it possible to carry out in-depth interviews with the study subjects. Therefore, it is very important to do a study that will reveal the need for better strategic management in order to generate the proper decision-making process for the development and advancement of educational institutions. The results showed that polarization in the implementation of FDS is very sharp, it is characterized by readiness Resources are not fully adequate in terms of Cost Source, Infrastructures, facilities, as well as Human Resources. Keywords: Strtegic Management, Fullday School Abstrak: Pengelola pendidikan (kepala sekolah, kepala dinas pendidikan) sebagai eksekutif modern saat ini harus mampu mengamati dan merespons segenap tantangan yang dimunculkan oleh lingkungan eksternal baik yang dekat maupun yang jauh. Para pengambil keputusan, termasuk kepala sekolah maupun pengelola pendidikan lainnya seringkali terpaksa mengalahkan tuntutan kegiatan lembaga pendidikan demi melayani bermacam kepentingan seperti urusan rutin, dinas, bekerja harus selalu di bawah petunjuk atau pedoman kerja yang ditetapkan oleh birokrasi tanpa mempertimbangkan kebutuhan Penerapan sistem Full Day School dengan penambahan jam yang lebih panjang di sekolah, yaitu minimal 8 (delapan) jam perhari menjadi hal baru sehingga proses pengambilan keputusan seringkali tidak maksimal dalam menghasilkan keputusan-keputusan strategis. Akibatnya persoalan aktual lembaga pendidikan yang dihadapi tidak dapat terselesaikan secara maksimal. Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah desain penelitian kualitatif dengan fenomena yang sudah ada secara wajar dan natural, sehingga memungkinkan untuk melakukan wawancara mendalam dengan subjek penelitian. Oleh karena itu, sangat penting dilakukan sebuah penelitian yang akan mengungkap kebutuhan akan manajemen strategik yang baik guna menghasilkan proses pengambilan keputusan yang tepat untuk perkembangan dan kemajuan lembaga pendidikan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Polarisasi dalam pelaksanaan FDS sangatlah tajam, hal tersebut ditandai dengan kesiapan Sumber Daya yang belum sepenuhnya memadai dari segi Sumber Biaya, Sarana dan Prasarana, fasilitas, maupun Sumber Daya Manusianya. Kata kunci: Manajemen Strategik, Full Day School

Abstract

Situational leadership plays an important role in improving the performance of teachers because of situational leadership is the ability of a leader to direct subordinates in carrying out tasks according to their readiness but in fact the principal still participate less in giving examples of how to work right on subordinates. The focus of the problem is knowing how to apply situational leadership in education. Become subjects in this study is a teacher with a population of 46 people. Data collection techniques used questionnaire as the principal method while the method of observation and documentation as a complementary method. Further data analysis is the method of statistical analysis with Simple Linear Regression formula. Based on the analysis of data obtained value of 7.438 t_count further the value of consultation with t_table value of 1.679 at significance level of 5% with N = 46 The facts demonstrate that t_hitunglebih value greater than the value tcount > ttable or 7.438 > 1.679.  Keywords: Situational Leadership in Educatio

Abstract

Governance administration referred to in this research is how institutions organize, manage, and store data/records relating to the implementation of the administrative activities of Higher Education institutions, starting from the leadership down to the student level. The corporate governance is an activity that needs to be done effectively and efficiently in order to support productivity college. So far, the administration at the College still done conventionally. This is evident from the number of files and archives college piled up in the room and a filing cabinet. Thus, to find back the document that has been stored in cabinets require considerable time, besides that it must dismantle all the documents that have been previously arranged. The research method uses a qualitative approach, Draft Action Research utilizes quantitative data with qualitative data such as method mix focused on applied technology. Based on the research results obtained by the collected records in IKIP Mataram records are divided into several groups. By performing data reduction, grouping the records contained in the IKIP Mataram look that good governance based administration of electronic records has been applied properly. There are nine groups of records obtained in this study in which each group of records managed by each institution and the IKIP Mataram. Use of Electronic Records in the administration and other administrative activities at the IKIP Mataram very effective. All data on their activities and archives stored neatly in the respective chambers, structured data classification, and search data is quite efficient.Use of Electronic Records that can be controlled systematically to records from the time of creation or receipt, processing, distribution, organization, storage, retrieval up to destruction. Application of Electronic Records in higher education is relevant to the development and advancement of Science and Technology today, the program is a major concern so as to form a permanent administrative governance, especially at the IKIP Mataram.Keywords: Strategy, Governance, Electronic Records

Abstract

The academic management system at Tertiary Education Institutions is the core of the implementation of Higher Education activities that regulate all matters including the effectiveness of implementation, information, service quality, and efficient use of resources. Management strategy is a process or series of decision-making activities that are fundamental and comprehensive, accompanied by determining how to carry it out, which is made by the leadership and implemented by all levels in an organization to achieve goals. In the implementation of Private Higher Education (PTS) it is imperative that the quality of academic services be carried out in a directed, disciplined manner, with total quality, and ensures the realization of the quality of higher education properly. So far, many higher education institutions, especially private universities, have always put aside academic services, even only as a symbol for academic services within the institution. In fact, when viewed from various perspectives it is common knowledge that effective academic services will have a positive effect on the quality of the institution. Therefore it is very important to determine a strategy that supports the achievement of goals, because strategic is a large-scale planning (called strategic planning) that is oriented towards a far-reaching future (called a vision), and is determined as the decision of the highest leadership (decisions that are fundamental and principle), in order to enable the organization to interact effectively (called a mission), in an effort to produce something (operational planning to produce goods and / or services and services) of quality, directed at optimizing the achievement of goals (called strategic objectives) and various objectives (operational objectives). ) organization (Nawawi, 2003). Keywords: Existence Management, Private College

Abstract

A successful school principal is not a born principal, destined to become a principal, but he can become a principal based on a planned and mature formation (special education or experience working as a teacher and principal), and willing to shape himself into a head quality school. The formulation of the problem in this study aims to determine the relationship between the principal's charismatic leadership and the work ethic of the teacher and to determine the level of charismatic leadership in school heads and the work ethic of teachers in SMKN 1 Kuripan, district. West Lombok. This type of research is quantitative research, the population of this research is teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Kuripan, district. West Lombok, amounting to 56 teachers. Because the number of the study population is relatively small, therefore this study is a population study of 56 teachers. The instrument used was a closed questionnaire. There was a statistical data analysis used in this study using the Product Moment correlation formula. The results showed that the value (calculated) was 0.538 or greater than the r-table value of 0.218 so that the decision to take was to accept the alternative hypothesis (Ha). This means that there is a "significant" positive relationship between the charismatic leadership of the school and the work ethic of the West Lombok SMKN 1 Kuripan teachers for the 2019/2020 academic year.  Keywords: Work effectiveness, Charismatic Leadership

Abstract

There were 241 cases of violence against children recorded until November 10th 2020. The Office of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection of NTB Province carries out its obligations to protect and fulfill children's rights by trying to protect, save, and provide protection to children from discrimination, violence, and ensuring their right to grow and develop. The government then initiates and runs the Child Friendly School Program. Facts in the field based on initial observations, at State Elementary School 8 Sokong has implemented a child-friendly school program which is becoming an example for other schools. The objectives of this study are (1) to describe the planning for the implementation of the child-friendly school program, (2) to describe the implementation of the Child Friendly School Program, (3) To describe the results of the monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of the Child Friendly School Program at State Elementary School 8 Sokong.This study is a descriptive qualitative research. The data collection used are observation, interview, and documentation. The data obtained validated using source triangulation. The data then analyzed since the data collected, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and verification. The results of the research show that (1) The Child Friendly School Program planning has fulfilled the program SOP, namely by forming a development team who construct program activity plan. (2) The program implementation has met the program indicators by being implemented without violence and discrimination against child. (3) Monitoring is carried out by providing previously prepared questionnaires to be filled out by school principals and representatives of educators and education staff, then monitored by relevant agencies and institutions. Meanwhile, the evaluation of the program implemented at State Elementary School 8 Sokong was evaluated in its entirety along with other programs.Keywords: Child-friendly School, Learning.

Abstract

Abstract: The Principal's Leadership function must be placed proportionally according to his capacity. Self improvement from a leader has a broad meaning in the implementation of academic planning which is required to be able to carry out his responsibilities properly and correctly. So that it can improve teacher performance in the teaching and learning process, where the effectiveness of leadership if applied by a leader will be able to create an effective and efficient teaching and learning process. The formulation of the problem in this research is "Is There a Relationship between the Implementation of Academic Planning Skills in Principal Leadership. This type of research is descriptive quantitative with questionnaire data collection method on variable X and documentation on variable Y as the main method, interview method as a complementary method. The population in this study were the teachers at SMPN 3 Gangga with 16 teachers. The results of this study indicate that the principal's academic planning has a relationship with teacher performance. The conclusion that can be obtained in this study is "there is a relationship between the implementation of the principal's academic planning in the principal's leadership. Sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja guru di dalam proses belajar mengajar, dimana keefektifan kepemimpinan kalau diterapkan oleh seorang pemimpin akan mampu menciptakan proses belajar mengajar yang efektif dan efisien. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah “Apakah Ada Hubungan Implementasi Keterampilan Perencanaan Akademik dalam Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Kuantitatif deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan data angket pada variabel X dan dokumentasi pada variabel Y sebagai metode pokok, metode wawancara sebagai metode pelengkap. yang menjadi populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru PNS di SMPN 3 Gangga dengan jumlah guru 16 orang, dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan perencanaan akademik kepala sekolah ada hubungan dengan kinerja guru. Kesimpulan yang dapat diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah “Adanya Hubungan antara Implementasi Perencanaan Akademik Kepala Sekolah dalam Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah.
