Abstract

There were 241 cases of violence against children recorded until November 10th 2020. The Office of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection of NTB Province carries out its obligations to protect and fulfill children's rights by trying to protect, save, and provide protection to children from discrimination, violence, and ensuring their right to grow and develop. The government then initiates and runs the Child Friendly School Program. Facts in the field based on initial observations, at State Elementary School 8 Sokong has implemented a child-friendly school program which is becoming an example for other schools. The objectives of this study are (1) to describe the planning for the implementation of the child-friendly school program, (2) to describe the implementation of the Child Friendly School Program, (3) To describe the results of the monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of the Child Friendly School Program at State Elementary School 8 Sokong.This study is a descriptive qualitative research. The data collection used are observation, interview, and documentation. The data obtained validated using source triangulation. The data then analyzed since the data collected, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and verification. The results of the research show that (1) The Child Friendly School Program planning has fulfilled the program SOP, namely by forming a development team who construct program activity plan. (2) The program implementation has met the program indicators by being implemented without violence and discrimination against child. (3) Monitoring is carried out by providing previously prepared questionnaires to be filled out by school principals and representatives of educators and education staff, then monitored by relevant agencies and institutions. Meanwhile, the evaluation of the program implemented at State Elementary School 8 Sokong was evaluated in its entirety along with other programs.Keywords: Child-friendly School, Learning.

Abstract

Abstract: The Principal's Leadership function must be placed proportionally according to his capacity. Self improvement from a leader has a broad meaning in the implementation of academic planning which is required to be able to carry out his responsibilities properly and correctly. So that it can improve teacher performance in the teaching and learning process, where the effectiveness of leadership if applied by a leader will be able to create an effective and efficient teaching and learning process. The formulation of the problem in this research is "Is There a Relationship between the Implementation of Academic Planning Skills in Principal Leadership. This type of research is descriptive quantitative with questionnaire data collection method on variable X and documentation on variable Y as the main method, interview method as a complementary method. The population in this study were the teachers at SMPN 3 Gangga with 16 teachers. The results of this study indicate that the principal's academic planning has a relationship with teacher performance. The conclusion that can be obtained in this study is "there is a relationship between the implementation of the principal's academic planning in the principal's leadership. Keywords: Implementation, Planning, Academic, Leadership Abstrak: Fungsi Leadership Kepala Sekolah harus diletakkan secara proporsional sesuai dengan kapasitasnya. Self improvement dari seorang pemimpin memiliki makna yang luas Dalam Implementasi Perencanaan Akademik yang disyaratkan untuk dapat mengemban tanggung jawabnya dengan baik dan benar. Sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja guru di dalam proses belajar mengajar, dimana keefektifan kepemimpinan kalau diterapkan oleh seorang pemimpin akan mampu menciptakan proses belajar mengajar yang efektif dan efisien. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah “Apakah Ada Hubungan Implementasi Keterampilan Perencanaan Akademik dalam Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Kuantitatif deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan data angket pada variabel X dan dokumentasi pada variabel Y sebagai metode pokok, metode wawancara sebagai metode pelengkap. yang menjadi populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru PNS di SMPN 3 Gangga dengan jumlah guru 16 orang, dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan perencanaan akademik kepala sekolah ada hubungan dengan kinerja guru. Kesimpulan yang dapat diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah “Adanya Hubungan antara Implementasi Perencanaan Akademik Kepala Sekolah dalam Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah. Abstract

Abstract: Abstract: Non-formal education is education that can be carried out in stages but is not official and the material is strengthening in formal educational institutions, such as educational units for courses, packages A, B, and C. Islamic non-formal education includes Islamic boarding schools. The focus of the problem is how to implement the non-formal education system for female students. The purpose of the study was to determine the implementation of the non-formal education system "santriwati" who attended Madrasah Aliyah at the Anwarul Halimy Sesele Islamic boarding school, West Lombok. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method, namely an approach whose research findings are not obtained through statistical procedures or other forms of calculation. The results showed that the Anwarul Halimy Islamic boarding school applied the same learning method as other Islamic boarding schools throughout Indonesia and abroad in general and the materials and books taught or presented were the same as the standards of Islamic boarding schools throughout Indonesia and elsewhere. abroad, because basically the study books discussed have the same reference source.  Keywords: Santriwati Non Formal Education System  Abstrak: Pendidikan non formal adalah pendidikan yang dapat dilakukan secara berjenjang tapi tidak bersifat resmi dan materinya bersifat penguatan pada lembaga pendidikan formal, Seperti satuan pendidikan kursus-kursus, paket A, B, dan C. Pendidikan non formal Islam diantaranya Pesantren. Fokus masalahnya adalah bagaimana Implementasi sistem pendidikan Non Formal santriwati. tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui Implementasi sistem pendidikan  Non Formal “santriwati” yang bersekolah Madrasah Aliyah di pondok pesantren Anwarul Halimy Sesele Lombok Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif yaitu pendekatan yang temuan-temuan penelitiannya tidak diperoleh melalui prosedur statistik atau bentuk perhitungan lainnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pondok pesantren Anwarul Halimy menerapkan metode pembelajaran yang sama dengan pembelajaran pondok pesantren lainnya yang ada di seluruh indonesia maupun luar negeri pada umumnya dan materi-materi beserta kitab-kitab yang diajarkan atau disajikan sama dengan standar pondok pesantren di seluruh indonesia maupun di luar negeri, karena pada dasarnya kitab-kitab kajian yang dibahas sumber refrensinya sama.  Kata Kunci: Sistem Pendidikan Non Formal Santriwati

Abstract

Abstract: The learning process is the tendency of a person's heart in an individual's efforts to obtain a new behavior change. The purpose of this study was to find out: "The relationship between Library Administration and the Smoothness of the Learning Process at MA Darul Qur'an Wal Hadith Telaga Lebur Sekotong Tengah, West Lombok Regency, Academic Year 2020/2021". The research method uses quantitative. The data collection technique used the questionnaire method as the main method and the documentation method as well as the observation method as a complementary method. The data analysis method used the statistical test method according to the sample t-test. Based on the 5% significance level with N = 32, it turns out that the null hypothesis rejection limit stated in the table of r product moment values is 0.34. While the rxy value obtained in this study was 0.45. This fact shows that the rxy value obtained in this study is above the null hypothesis rejection limit (h0), namely (0.45 > 0.34), this means that the rxy value obtained in this study is "Significant". Thus, it means that the null hypothesis (h0) is rejected while the alternative hypothesis (ha) is accepted. This research belongs to the medium category. Teachers should always improve their teaching competence through existing facilities and infrastructure in schools, especially in the library so that the teaching and learning process is carried out better so that the quality of education in schools is increasing.Keywords: Modern Library Management, Learning ProcessAbstrak: Proses belajar adalah kecenderungan hati seseorang dalam usaha yang dilakukan individu untuk memperoleh suatu perubahan tingkah laku yang baru. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini ingin mengetahui ada: “Hubungan antara Administrasi Perpustakaan dengan Kelancaran Proses Pembelajaran di MA Darul Qur’an Wal Hadist Telaga Lebur Sekotong Tengah Kabupaten Lombok Barat Tahun Pelajaran 2020/2021”. Metode penelitian menggunakan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode angket sebagai meode pokok dan metode dokumentasi serta metode observasi sebagai metode pelengkap. Metode analisis data menggunakan Metode Statistik uji sesuai dengan Sampel t-test. Berdasarkan taraf signifikansi 5% dengan N = 32, ternyata angka batas penolakan hipotesis nihil yang dinyatakan dalam tabel nilai-nilai r product moment adalah 0,34. Sedangkan nilai rxy yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah 0,45. Kenyataan ini menunjukan bahwa nilai rxy yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini berada di atas angka batas penolakan hipotesis nihil (h0) yaitu (0,45 > 0,34), hal ini berarti nilai rxy yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah “Signifikan”. Dengan demikian berarti hipotesis nihil (h0) ditolak sedangkan hipotesis alternatif (ha) diterima. Penelitian ini termasuk kategori sedang. Kepada para guru agar terus selalu meningkatkan kompetensi mengajar melalui sarana dan prasaran yang ada di sekolah, khususnya di dalam perpustakaan agar proses belajar mengajar yang dilaksanakan semakin baik sehingga mutu pendidikan disekolah semakin meningkat.

Abstract

Abstract: The activity of allocating funds in the implementation of educational operations is a very complex activity, therefore it requires planned management by competent people. The purpose of this research is to understand and know about the implementation of administration in financial management and school financing. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative by conducting interviews with the source directly in depth. The results of the research obtained are the problems that often occur in education financing, including limited sources of funds, uneven education funds received from the government, lack of transparency in education financing in schools, and financing that is not managed properly which can be caused by less competent fund managers in schools. The importance of this research lies in the implementation of administrative administration in the financial field of education financing that must be considered by school principals to improve the quality of school administration.Keywords: Administrative Implementation, School Budgeting ManagementAbstrak: Kegiatan mengalokasikan dana pada pelaksanaan operasional pendidikan merupakan kegiatan yang sangat kompleks, oleh karena itu dibutuhkan pengelolaan yang terencana oleh orang-orang yang berkompeten. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memahami dan mengetahui tentang implementasi administrasi dalam manajemen keuangan dan pembiayaan sekolah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kualittif deskriptif dengan melakukan interview pada sumbernya langsung secara mendalam. Adapun hasil penelitian yang didapat adalah adanya masalah yang sering terjadi dalam pembiayaan pendidikan antara lain sumber dana yang terbatas, tidak meratanya dana pendidikan yang diterima dari pemerintah, kurang transparannya pembiayaan pendidikan di sekolah-sekolah, serta pembiayaan yang tidak dikelola dengan baik yang bisa disebabkan karena kurang kompetennya pengelola dana di sekolah. Pentingnya penelitian ini terletak pada implementasi administrasi tata usaha dalam bidang keuangan pembiayaan pendidikan yang harus diperhatikan oleh kepala sekolah untuk meningkatkan mutu tata usaha sekolah.Kata Kunci: Implementasi Admnistrasi, School Budgeting Management

Abstract

Abstract: Leadership is very necessary so that the goals of the institution can be achieved. Institutions or organizations such as schools can stand in the right direction if there is a leader. Leadership in the field of education has at least two keys, namely leadership as a science and the art of leading individuals or groups. Second, leadership can influence and move others to achieve common goals. The objectives of this study were to determine: 1) The leadership style used at SMAN 1 Lingsar; 2) The role of the principal in improving the performance of SMAN 1 Lingsar teachers; 3) The principal's decision-making at SMAN 1 Lingsar. This research is qualitative research with a case study approach. The data sources in this study are the principal and teachers. The data collection methods used in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed qualitatively with an interactive model. The results of this study include: (1) The type of leadership style used by the principal at SMAN 1 Lingsar is currently a democratic leadership style. The principal can influence others to be willing to work together to achieve goals in various ways. Every activity that can be done is determined jointly between the teacher and the principal. Every time a general meeting is held, each teacher is allowed to express opinions, ideas, or objections. (2) The leadership roles of the principal include: a) As an administrator; b) As a motivator; c) As an educator; and d) As a leader. (3) The principal's decision-making method always applies several things, namely carrying out effective communication between the principal and teachers, for example by holding meetings, analyzing and identifying problems faced by teachers or schools, and providing alternatives in solving a problem by considering the advantages, disadvantages, morals, ethics, and law.KeyWords: Principal LeadershipAbstrak: Kepemimpinan sangat diperlukan agar tujuan lembaga dapat tercapai. Lembaga atau organisasi seperti sekolah dapat berpijak pada arah yang tepat jika adanya seorang pemimpin. Kepemimpinan dalam bidang pendidikan setidaknya memiliki dua kunci, yaitu pertama kepemimpinan sebagai sebuah ilmu dan seni dalam memimpin individu atau kelompok. Kedua, kepemimpinan mampu untuk mempengaruhi dan menggerakkan orang lain demi mencapai tujuan bersama. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: 1. Gaya kepemimpinan yang digunakan di SMAN 1 Lingsar 2. Peran kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru SMAN 1 Lingsar 3. Pengambilan keputusan kepala sekolah di SMAN 1 Lingsar Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala Sekolah, dan guru. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data di analisis secara kualitatif dengan model interaktif. Hasil penelitian ini antara lain: (1) Jenis gaya kepemimpinan yang digunakan kepala sekolah di SMAN 1 Lingsar saat ini yakni gaya kepemimpinan demokrasi. Kepala sekolah mampu untuk mempengaruh orang lain agar dapat bersedia untuk bekerja sama dalam mencapai tujuan dengan berbagai cara. Setiap kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan ditentukan bersama antara guru dan kepala sekolah. Setiap diadakan rapat umum, setiap guru diberikan kesmpatan untuk menyampaikan pendapat,ide maupun sanggahan. (2) Peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah antara lain a. Sebagai administrator b. Sebagai Motivator c. Sebagai Educator d. Sebagai leader . (3) Cara pengambilan keputusan kepala sekolah selalu menerapkan beberapa hal yaitu melakukan komunikasi yang efektif antara kepala sekolah dengan guru misalnya dengan mengadakan rapat, menganalisis dan mengidentifikasi masalah yang dihadapi oleh guru atau sekolah, dan memberikan alternatif dalam melakukan pemecahan suatu masalah tersebut dengan mempertimbangkan kelebihan, kekurangan, moral, etika dan hukum.Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah
