Abstract

The aim of this research is to provide a description of the conceptual study of the independent teaching curriculum and platform. An interesting learning management process in schools as an embodiment of quality implementation of the independent curriculum and describes the strategies used in managing learning to improve quality, especially in schools. This type of research includes literature study using descriptive methods. The research results show that independent education programs and platforms emphasize a proactive attitude towards progressive and transformational change. This can be seen from the focus on positive learning development which can restore the productivity of teaching and learning activities. Through project-oriented learning, the learning process can be more flexible, proactive and adaptive. Educators have the freedom to apply learning methods that are considered appropriate for students so that the implementation of teaching and learning activities can be more interesting, in-depth and independent. For this reason, the results of research analysis show that the use of independent learning programs and platforms is consistent with the Indonesian state's efforts to achieve these goals.

Abstract

Curriculum management plays an important role in improving the quality of graduates in educational institutions. This article discusses strategies and approaches that can be applied in curriculum management to achieve these goals. Through in-depth research and analysis, the author identifies key factors that influence the quality of graduates, such as the relevance of the curriculum to industry needs, improving the quality of teaching and learning, and adapting to technological developments and job market demands. Apart from that, this article also illustrates the important role of managing evaluation and regular curriculum updates in order to maintain accuracy and relevance in facing the dynamics of the ever-evolving educational environment. By implementing effective curriculum management practices, educational institutions can improve the quality of their graduates so that they are better prepared to face challenges in the competitive world of work. The emphasis on curriculum management involves not only appropriate design, but also effective implementation. Good management involves coordination between lecturers, academic administration and other related parties to ensure that the curriculum is well integrated in the learning process.

Abstract

SD di Gugus I Kecamatan Banuhampu mengungkap tantangan terkait pemanfaatan media pembelajaran. Kendalanya meliputi kurangnya akses pelatihan terkait pengembangan media pembelajaran, rendahnya kepercayaan diri guru dalam menggunakan teknologi, keterbatasan sumber daya manusia di sekolah, minimnya pemahaman tentang prinsip desain media pembelajaran inovatif, serta kurangnya alokasi dana untuk pelatihan. Selain itu, pemahaman guru tentang peran media pembelajaran dalam mendukung berbagai gaya belajar siswa masih terbatas. Oleh karena itu, tim pengabdian tertarik melaksanakan pelatihan pengembangan multimedia dan e-modul. Pelatihan ini bertujuan mendukung pengembangan keterampilan berbasis teknologi di kalangan pendidik. Pelatihan ini berhasil memberikan solusi atas berbagai permasalahan yang dihadapi guru dalam memanfaatkan media pembelajaran, membekali guru keterampilan praktis merancang dan menggunakan multimedia serta e-modul sebagai bahan ajar digital.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the author's observations that indicate the ineffectiveness of administrative staff services in schools. The purpose of this study is to obtain data and information about the effectiveness of school administrative staff services from: 1) program success 2) target success 3) satisfaction with the program 4) input and output levels 5) achievement of overall objectives. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The research population is 175 public junior high school teachers in Bayang District. Meanwhile, the research sample was taken using a simple random sampling technique totaling 65 teachers. The research instrument used is a Likert scale questionnaire with five answer choices that have been tested for validity and reliability. The results of data analysis show that the effectiveness of school administrative staff services from: 1) program success is in the effective category with a respondent achievement rate of 86.48%, 2) target success is in the effective category with a respondent achievement rate of 86.15%, 3) satisfaction with the program is in the effective category with a respondent achievement rate of 87.66%, 4) input and output levels are in the effective category with a respondent achievement rate of 86.84% and 5) achievement of overall objectives is in the effective category with a respondent achievement rate of 86.87%. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the services of school administrative staff in Public Junior High Schools throughout Bayang District have shown effective services.

Abstract

Children with Special Needs is a person who has behavioral, physical and intellectual barriers that make doctor have to change approach with various ways to do the treatment. Children with special needs is a high-risk group for health problems, especially dental caries and periodontal disease, but in fact they are often too late to get dental treatment or never get the treatment. The purpose of this study was to determine the prevalence and experience of caries and dental care needs in children with special needs atSLB Taman Pendidikan Islam in Medan. The research was conducted by descriptive survey. The sample was 96 children with special needs with aged between 5-29 years old. Clinical caries examination using def-t / DMF-T (WHO) index and modified Treatment Need Index (TNI). The study is represent that the prevalence of children's caries is 92,71%. Experience of dental caries is 2,28+3,25; while the permanent dental caries experience was 3,02+2,98. Based on Treatment Need Index (TNI), the level of dental care needs was 656 teeth or average dental treatment of each child requires was 6.83 teeth, with the three most needed treatment is a surface restoration was 2.49 teeth, followed by tooth extraction was1.43 teeth and pulp treatment was 0.70 teeth. From the study it can be concluded that the level of dental hygiene in the chidren with special needs was still quite low, as well as the utilization of dental facilities.

Abstract

Dalam artikel ini, mengeksplorasi asesmen formatif dalam kurikulum belajar merdeka belajar. Asesmen formatif yang berpusat pada penilaian selama proses pembelajaran, telah terbukti menjadi alat yang efektif untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan pencapaian siswa. Guru dapat menggunakan metode ini secara teratur untuk memberikan umpan balik yang bermanfaat kepada siswa mereka, memungkinkan mereka untuk mengidentifikasi kekuatan dan kelemahan mereka, dan memberikan mereka peluang untuk belajar lebih banyak lagi. Selain itu, artikel ini membahas beberapa cara asesmen formatif dapat membantu meningkatkan partisipasi siswa dalam pembelajaran, menciptakan suasana kelas yang inklusif dan berkolaborasi, dan memberikan fondasi yang kuat untuk pengembangan kurikulum yang adaptif dan responsif. Dengan memahami lebih banyak tentang manfaat asesmen formatif, para pendidik diharapkan dapat memasukkan metode ini dengan lebih baik ke dalam praktik pengajaran mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak asesmen formatif dalam kurikulum merdeka terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP Darul Qur’an Padang. Subjek dalam penelitian ini 2 orang guru yang merupakan seorang wakil kurikulum dan seorang kepala sekolah yang juga mengajar di kelas 9 . Teknik pengumpulan data adalah dengan menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi dengan wakil kurikulum dan kepala sekolah. Datanya dianalisis dengan beberapa pertanyaan yang sesuai dengan judul penelitian.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi dalam dunia pendidikan khususnya pada tingkat sekolah dasar (SD) sudah menjadi suatu kebutuhan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis bagaimana teknologi dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan pembelajaran siswa sekolah dasar, dengan fokus pada aplikasi pendidikan interaktif, platform pembelajaran online, dan penggunaan perangkat digital dalam proses pembelajaran. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data dari berbagai sumber, antara lain survei terhadap guru dan siswa, studi literatur, dan observasi langsung praktik pembelajaran di beberapa sekolah dasar yang telah menerapkan teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi teknologi dalam pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa, memperkaya sumber belajar, dan memfasilitasi pembelajaran individu dan kolaboratif yang lebih efektif. Aplikasi pendidikan interaktif membantu siswa memahami konsep dengan lebih baik melalui visualisasi dan simulasi. Platform pembelajaran online menawarkan akses ke sumber belajar yang lebih luas dan fleksibilitas waktu belajar, sementara penggunaan perangkat digital seperti tablet dan komputer memungkinkan siswa untuk belajar dengan cara yang lebih menarik dan interaktif. Namun penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi beberapa tantangan, antara lain ketimpangan akses terhadap teknologi, perlunya pelatihan guru dalam pemanfaatan teknologi pembelajaran, dan perlunya pengembangan konten pendidikan digital yang sesuai dengan kurikulum. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, penelitian ini merekomendasikan strategi untuk mengatasi tantangan tersebut, antara lain dengan meningkatkan infrastruktur teknologi di sekolah, mengembangkan program pelatihan guru, dan berkolaborasi dengan pengembang aplikasi pendidikan untuk menciptakan konten pembelajaran yang menarik dan relevan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh informasi tentang penerapan kurikulum merdeka di SMPN 1 Tanjung Raya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dan kualitatif. Subyek penelitian ini adalah guru yang mengajar di kelas VII di SMPN 1 Tanjung Raya. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini berdasarkan observasi dan wawancara. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan beberapa pertanyaan dan observasi. Dari hasil analisis data, menurut guru yang mengajar di kelas VII penerapan kurikulum merdeka belajar di SMPN 1 Tanjung Raya sudah sangat baik diterapkan dan dilaksanakan .

Abstract

When damage signals occur, neutrophils are the first cells to migrate from blood vessels as a natural response of the body. However, in chronic inflammation, neutrophils contribute to tissue injury and potentiate the immune response. This study aimed to determine the number of neutrophil cells in gingiva of rats induced with inflammation after the administration of Chinese petai leaf extract gel. The study was conducted using  true experiment with a posttest-only controlled group design in vivo. Male Wistar rats were induced with Porphyromonas gingivalis ATCC®33277TM bacteria on the cervical gingiva and kept for 4x24 hours until inflammation occurred. Inflammed gingiva in rats was treated in several groups, including gel containing Chinese petai leaf extract of 6 and 15%, Gengigel®, and distilled water. On days 3 and 5, a dissection of each treatment group was conducted to determine the number of neutrophil cells in rats using an Olympus CX31 microscope at 400x magnification. One-way ANOVA analysis revealed that the 15% concentration significantly reduced the neutrophil count on days 3 and 5 (p ≤ 0.05). In conclusion, Chinese petai leaf extract gel 15% reduced the number of neutrophils in rats with gingivitis on days 3 and 5. This signified a normal transition from the inflammatory phase, which was considered beneficial for rapid wound healing. Future research is necessary to explore the content of Chinese petai leaves at different concentrations.
