Abstract

This research was conducted in an attempt to identify and analyze the role and influence of two universally applicable theories in the life of an employee when working in a company. The research subjects are employees who work at the bank. The data collection model is carried out primarily using a questionnaire to explore their perceptions in creating and or maintaining a sense of loyalty in their workplace. To prove this, the researchers chose a bank that has been around for a long time, where there are 25 employees. We want to know whether Maslow and Herzberg's theory of motivation remains universally applicable in their work environment. This research is an associative study using the primary data base, this data from interviews and filling out questionnaires from the bank employees. Measurement of data using ordinal data with a Likert scale approach. From the results of filling out the questionnaire, the percentage results obtained that 71.4% of them tend to agree on the existence of their existence and fulfill their needs hierarchically. Through associative analysis, it can be obtained that the physiological results are 49.1% well fulfilled, sense of security is 47.4% fulfilled, social 43.8% is fulfilled, self-esteem 72.5% is fulfilled, and self actualization is 49.1% also fulfilled in the bank, this condition is enough to make their employees loyal in contributing energy, time and thoughts. Overall 93.7% of Maslow's hierarchical needs and Herzberg's maintenance are able to create a sense of employee loyalty to the workplace. The fulfillment of 72.5% hierarchical needs is dominated by the fulfillment of self-esteem, then in terms of maintenance theory, Herzberg is dominated by self-esteem and self-actualization

Abstract

Based on data from the Lamongan Regency Fisheries Service released in 2020, the total production of fish and shrimp cultivation reached 59,728.16 tons in 27 fisheries development areas throughout Lamongan Regency. And for the village of Bogobabadan capable of producing 2 tons per year. However, currently the marketing of fish and shrimp cultivation business products in the city of Lamongan is still not optimal and only uses traditional techniques, which are only distributed to industrial factories and conventional business sectors around the development area and sold to collectors at prices below market prices. The objectives of this research are (1) to implement E-business for fish and shrimp farming in Lamongan. (2) what are the benefits obtained after implementing e-business for fish & shrimp farming. The subjects of this study were fish and shrimp cultivators in the village of Bogobabadan, Karang Binangun District, Lamongan Regency. The method used is using SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, Threats) and as an E-Business solution design using Usecase Diagrams, Activity Diagrams and User Interface / UI Website Design. The results obtained from this study can help fish and shrimp farmers to increase product sales through an online system.

Abstract

Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kota Surabaya bertanggung jawab akan kebutuhan jaringan internet maupun infrastruktur jaringan fiber optic yang ada di Organisasi Perangkat Daerah Pemerintah Kota Surabaya. Karena banyaknya OPD atau Organisasi Perangkat Daerah yang ada di Pemerintah Kota Surabaya menyulitkan Staf Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kota Surabaya untuk mengetahui mana OPD yang sudah terhubung ke fiber optic milik Pemerintah Kota Surabaya dan Staf Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kota Surabaya kesulitan untuk mengetahui informasi jalur fiber optic atau persebaran fiber optic, informasi mengenai detail OPD dan informasi mengenai perangkat jaringan. Dibutuhkan sebuah aplikasi sistem informasi geografis pemetaan untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan system dengan SDLC atau metode waterfall dalam pembangunan sistem informasi geografis pemetaan jaringan fiber optic. Sistem informasi ini dibangun dan dibuat dengan menggunakan leaflet dan framework Laravel. Untuk penggujian aplikasi menggunakan penggujian black box testing dan pengguna Staf Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kota Surabaya untuk mengetahui fungsi pada sistem informasi geografis pemetaan fiber optic. Dengan adanya sistem informasi geografis pemetaan fiber optic memudahkan Staf Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika untuk mendapatkan informasi detail OPD, perangkat jarigan, OPD mana sudah terhubung dengan kabel fiber optic Pemerintah Kota Surabaya dan memudahkan dalam melakukan pemetaan dan perencanaan pengembangan infrastruktur jaringan fiber optic. Abstract

Dalam dunia pendidikan menengah atas kejuruan (SMK), banyak sekali kompetensi keahlian yang tersedia di masing-masing Sekolah. SMK Ketintang Surabaya merupakan institusi bidang pendidikan yang melayani 5 (lima) kompetensi keahlian yaitu Akuntansi dan Keuangan Lembaga (AKL), Otomatisasi dan Tata Kelola Perkantoran (OTKP), Bisnis Daring dan Pemasaran (BDP), Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan (TKJ), dan Multimedia (MM). Dalam menentukan peminatan di kompetensi keahlian, masih banyak siswa merasa salah dalam memilih kompetensi keahlian sehingga timbul fenomena tinggal kelas dan pindah sekolah atau kompetensi keahlian yang meningkat. Metode Multi Factor Evaluation Process (MFEP) merupakan salah satu metode Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) dengan menimbang berbagai kriteria yang mempengaruhi alternatif. Calon siswa dapat memilih kompetensi keahlian sesuai dengan minatnya dengan bantuan dari progam SPK berbasis web. Hasil dari artikel ini menjelaskan tentang progam SPK yangt menampilkan diagram peminatan yang dipilih calon siswa sehingga calon siswa tidak merasa salah dalam pemilihan kompetensi keahlian. Calon siswa dapat memilih kompetensi keahlian yang sesuai minatnya dan tidak menjadi siswa yang salah memilih kompetensi keahlian dengan presentase 54,4%.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country based on law, presumably all aspects in the territory of the Republic of Indonesia have been applied fairly and evenly. The number of legal cases is increasing, especially in the city of Surabaya, and the lack of public knowledge about legal complaints so that a legal aid institution is needed that can serve digitalized complaints in order to cover people from all walks of life. Therefore, a mobile-based application design was made to facilitate the process of complaints by the community to legal institutions. The method used in this research is using design thinking and for usability testing using the system usability scale method by distributing questionnaires. The results obtained show that application users feel comfortable from the features that have been developed. This score is included in the "acceptable" classification according to the Bangor standard, which means that the application design can be accepted by the community.Keyword: Design; Design Thinking; System Usability Scale; Legal Services AbstrakIndonesia merupakan negara yang berlandaskan hukum, kiranya segala aspek dalam wilayah NKRI ini telah berlaku secara adil dan merata. Angka kasus hukum yang kian lama kian meningkat khususnya di Kota Surabaya, serta minimnya pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai pengaduan hukum sehingga dibutuhkan sebuah lembaga bantuan hukum yang dapat melayani pengaduan yang terdigitalisasi agar dapat mencakup masyarakat dari semua kalangan. Oleh karena itu dibuatlah sebuah rancangan aplikasi berbasis mobile untuk dapat memudahkan proses pengaduan oleh masyrakat ke lembaga hukum. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan design thinking dan untuk uji usability menggunakan metode System Usability Scale dengan menyebar kuesioner. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan menunjukkan bahwa pengguna aplikasi merasakan kenyamanan dari fitur-fitur yang telah dikembangkan. Dibuktikan dengan uji usability menggunakan System Usability Scale menunjukkan skor 80. Skor ini termasuk dalam klasifikasi “acceptable” menurut standar Bangor, yang berarti rancangan aplikasi dapat diterima oleh masyarakat.

Abstract

Determining the recipients of the student education assistance fund, it is an effort made by the Al-Jihad Islamic Boarding School in Surabaya to improve the educational welfare of underprivileged students. The main focus for the determining potential recipients of education assistance funds is the accuracy of targeting the recipients. Many students with middle to lower economic status are the main reason for delaying the payment of sharia obligations. However, in reality preparations for the selection of prospective recipients of student aid funds are still being carried out with the criteria and readiness for what the status is. The problem is not right on target for the recipient. So, it is necessary to design a Decision Support System (DSS) to run this program as well as possible. This research uses a type of research model, namely Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) which prioritizes assessment based on the desired criteria. The assessment criteria include: the income of the guardian of the santri in one month, the burden of family costs in one month, the number of relatives, and the length of time in line. To determine the weighting of the criteria using the Technique for Others Reference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method. Thus, the results of research that have been carried out using the TOPSIS method in determining prospective recipients of student educational assistance funds based on the criteria determined by the results of the preference value A1 with a value of 1 ranking 1, A2 with a value of 0.7913 ranking 2, A3 with a value of 0.6125 ranking 3.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi informasi menuntut transformasi digital dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia untuk mencapai efisiensi operasional yang optimal. CV. TechnoDesign, perusahaan teknologi komunikasi yang berlokasi di Surabaya, menghadapi tantangan dalam administrasi kepegawaian karena masih mengandalkan pendekatan konvensional yang rentan terhadap error dan ketidakkonsistenan data. Studi ini difokuskan pada pengembangan aplikasi web "TechPloyee" sebagai solusi digitalisasi manajemen kepegawaian. Metodologi penelitian menerapkan metode Waterfall mencakup fase analisis requirement, desain sistem, coding, dan testing. Proses pengumpulan data mengintegrasikan teknik observasi lapangan, interview mendalam dengan Chief Operating Officer, serta kajian literatur komprehensif. Arsitektur sistem dimodelkan menggunakan Unified Modeling Language dengan Use Case Diagram sebagai representasi interaksi user-system. Temuan penelitian membuktikan bahwa platform "TechPloyee" mampu mengotomasikan workflow administrasi meliputi tracking kehadiran, profiling karyawan, manajemen izin, dan sistem peringatan. Solusi ini menghadirkan repositori data terpusat yang mengoptimalkan akurasi informasi, mempercepat retrieval data, serta meminimalkan human error. Nilai tambah sistem mencakup aksesibilitas universal via web antarmuka, implementasi yang hemat biaya, dan skalabilitas teknologi. Adopsi sistem ini membawa dampak transformatif pada efektivitas pengelolaan SDM di CV. TechnoDesign.

Abstract

The development process of digital technology has affected many fields. One of them is health field. Number of health application appears. They can be accessed easily by smartphone or tablet device. For instance, in developed countries, doctors examine and diagnose children's ears using smartphone. He provides the appropriate treatment for their patients through the device. The growing number of mobile applications in health will certainly facilitate patient care. There are currently about 13,000 digital health applications. Nowadays, patients have gradually followed this trend. Rock Health, as a provider of digital health ecosystem services, explains the power of mobile health care as well as the health effects of technology. The digital health care industry has a significant impact on healthcare providers. In this research, the researchers design tools or web-based applications and or sms gate way. The main objective is to monitor early health for expectant mothers and infants who are less likely to receive direct medical care.

Abstract

Kodam is an extension of Regional Military Command. which has a position order under Mabesad (Army Headquarters). Kodam V / Brawijaya is a military command located in the East Java region and has an organizational structure starting from head level to staff level, one of which is Personnel Staff. Currently the correspondence system running at the Personnel Staff still uses a manual correspondence system. Filing incoming and outgoing letters still uses the hardcopy method which is made by officers which is very difficult. On this basis, in research it is necessary to create an information system regarding correspondence in the Personnel staff section of Kodam V/Brawijaya. Using a web-based mail management information system will simplify the process of searching archives for incoming and outgoing letters accurately, quickly and efficiently. The resulting system can document incoming and outgoing mail to make it easier to access when needed

Abstract

The needs of the younger generation who are increasingly independent in wedding planning and the increasing demand for photography services. The development of this system is expected to improve the efficiency and quality of photography services through more structured management. The existence of this research aims to develop a web-based photography vendor management information system for Sincam Photography to overcome challenges in managing vendors and freelancers. Using the waterfall method, this system is designed to simplify the customer booking process and assist management in managing schedules and hiring freelancers. The system has several key features, including complete information about the services offered, activity schedules, and reviews from freelancers. In addition, this system also provides an integrated booking platform and facilitates the recruitment management process and freelancer management. The results of the study show that this web-based photography vendor management information system can help Sincam Photography in optimizing their business management, improving operational efficiency, and providing better services to customers. Thus, this system not only improves the user experience but also supports the growth of Sincam Photography's business.
