Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara kualitas pelayanan dan harga terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan dampaknya terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) KA. Kelas Ekonomi. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif yang dikuantitatifkan (berbentuk angka) yang diperoleh dengan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada pelanggan PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) KA. Kelas Ekonomi yang berjumlah sebanyak 200 responden. Setelah data terkumpul kemudian dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan software LISREL 8.80 versi student. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,35, terdapat pengaruh harga terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,60, terdapat pengaruh kepuasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,99, kualitas pelayanan dan harga dapat menjelaskan kepuasan pelanggan dengan nilai determinasi sebesar 0,85, kualitas pelayanan, harga, dan kepuasan pelanggan dapat menjelaskan loyalitas pelanggan dengan nilai determinasi sebesar 0,61.

Abstract

The business world in Indonesia is growing very rapidly, which is indicated by the sharp competition. Understanding consumer behavior is a key skill needed by business actors so that consumers can buy the goods or services they offer. Digital marketing enables micro, small, and medium enterprises to reach wider consumers at a more efficient cost than traditional marketing methods. TikTok supports micro, small, and medium enterprises in various ways, such as through the TikTok Shop feature, partnership programs, and digital training. TikTok Shop allows micro, small, and medium enterprises to sell their products online on the TikTok platform. The purpose of this study is to determine how Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises on TikTok use the store atmosphere strategy as a marketing strategy supporter. This study uses an observational research type that will help achieve the research objectives. Observational research analysis requires the help of quantitative data, such as books, journals, and mass media articles. The research results show that the atmosphere in TikTok Shop is an e-commerce platform that allows users to shop for products directly within the TikTok application. Users can browse and purchase products from their feed or through the Shop tab.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of decent living standards and knowledge on human development index growth in Indonesia. This research analysis uses qualitative analysis. Data collection in this study uses secondary data taken from Badan Pusat Statistik Indonesia. The study results show that Indonesia's human development index grew faster in 2024, reaching 75.02, an increase of 0.63 points (0.85 percent) compared to 74.39 in 2023. Decent living standards dimension which measures real per capita expenditure per year, adjusted for Indonesians, increased by 2.89 percent annually from 2020 to 2024. In 2020, real per capita expenditure, adjusted for Indonesians, reached Rp11,013,000, increasing to Rp12,341,000 in 2024. Indicators forming the knowledge dimension, including expected years of schooling and average years of schooling, continued to increase. During the 2020 to 2024 period, Indonesia's expected years of schooling increased by an average of 0.44 percent per year, while average years of schooling increased by 1.07 percent per year.

Abstract

This study project aims to understand (1) the effect of product quality on customer satisfaction in Sukabumi Mixue Beverage Product consumers. (2) the impact of pricing on customer happiness among Sukabumi Mixue Beverage Product customers (3) the impact of product quality on customer loyalty among Sukabumi Mixue Beverage Product customers (4) the impact of price on customer loyalty (5) the impact of Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty in Sukabumi Mixue Beverage Product Users (6) The impact of Product Quality on Customer Loyalty via Customer Satisfaction in Sukabumi Mixue Beverage Product Consumers (7) The effect of price on customer loyalty as measured by customer satisfaction in Sukabumi Mixue Beverage Product consumers. This research endeavor employs both an associative and quantitative approach. This research activity's demographic consists of Mixue beverage drinkers in the Sukabumi area. While the sample is made up of Sukabumi residents who have purchased and consumed Mixue beverage goods more than once and are over the age of 15, the total number of respondents is 88. The route analysis technique was utilized to analyze the data. Product Quality (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction (Z), Price (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction (Z), and Customer Satisfaction (Z) has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty (Y). Product Quality (X1) also has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty (Y) through Customer Satisfaction (Z), and Price (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty (Y) through Customer Satisfaction (Z). These findings are the outcome of the analysis of this research activity

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to look at the relationship between financial literacy, financial technology, and interest in shopping in e-commerce (a case study of students from the Faculty of Economics and Business at Widyatama University who use the Tokopedia application). Quantitative research methodologies were used in this study, and the author employed a purposive sampling method. The sample size for this study was 82 respondents, and it focused on Tokopedia users who are also students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Widyatama University in Bandung. The analytic approach is Multiple Linear Regression, and the research scale is a Likert scale. The findings of this study show that the Financial Literacy variable has a partially positive and significant effect on Shopping with a significant value, the Financial Technology variable has a positive and significant influence on Shopping Interest, and the Financial Attitude variable has a positive and significant impact on Shopping. Then, there is a favorable and considerable influence on Shopping Interest.
