Abstract

Berbicara mengenai etika dalam pendidikan, tidak akan terlepas dari pendidik dan peserta didik. Seperti halnya KH. Hasyim Asy?ari menyampaikan bahwa etika keduanya memengaruhi terhadap hasil pendidikan. Berkaitan tentang pendidikan di Indonesia, pelaksanaannya diatur dalam undang-undang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan etika pendidik dan peserta didik menurut KH. Hasyim Asy?ari dalam kitab ?d?b al-??lim wa al-muta?allim, praktik etika keduanya di lapangan dan menganalisis relevansi etika keduanya dengan UU RI Nomor 14 Tahun 2005 dan PP RI Nomor 17 Tahun 2010. Jenis penelitian berupa kepustakaan dan lapangan. Kepustakaan sebagai dasar dengan literasi (dokumentasi) utama berupa kitab ?d?b al-??lim wa al-muta?allim dan lapangan sebagai penunjang dengan observasi di MA al-Anwar Paculgowang Diwek Jombang. Metode analisis data dengan analisis isi dan induktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa etika pendidik dan peserta didik menurut Kiai Hasyim dalam kitab ?d?b al-??lim wa al-muta?allim dapat dikelompokkan menjadi 4 bagian, yaitu etika personal, etika dalam belajar, etika antara keduanya, dan etika keduanya terhadap buku. Hasil observasi praktik etika keduanya di MA al-Anwar menunjukkan bahwa keduanya melaksanakan etika dengan baik. Terdapat relevansi pemikiran Kiai Hasyim tentang etika pendidik dengan UU RI Nomor 14 Tahun 2005 dan etika peserta didik dengan PP RI Nomor 17 Tahun 2010.

Abstract

The concept of monotheistic faith (aqidah tauhid) is the fundamental basis of belief that must be correct for a Muslim. Therefore, a correct understanding of aqidah is something that must be instilled in the education process of a child. The correct concept of aqidah tauhid, when used in the education process, will give rise to strong morals and character. Thus, this article will elaborate on the correct concept of aqidah tauhid, its importance as the foundation of education, and the application of tauhid in the Qur'an and its implementation in child education. We observe that the current generation is far from being characterized as morally superior individuals, and this is because the foundation of tauhid in education is not functioning well. Therefore, this article will attempt to rectify the basic concept of education with a proper understanding of Aqidah.

Abstract

Educational personnel administration is the entire process of activities that are planned and carried out deliberately and seriously as well as providing ongoing and ongoing guidance to teachers and employees in schools or educational institutions. Personnel administration is the entire structuring process that is concerned with the problem of obtaining and using the workforce and the school efficiently, in order to achieve predetermined school goals. With good administration of teachers and employees, we can achieve our business goals even better, namely more effectively and more efficiently. This administration is a tool to achieve goals faster, more successfully, more economically in the use of tools and costs. In personnel administration, it is the main supporting element that enables students to excel in the teaching and learning process. Among personnel members there are arrangements of duties and responsibilities.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan menganalisis dakwah Gus Baha’ atas QS. Al-Baqarah [2]: 130-141 yang diunggah di kanal YouTube Ngaji Gus Baha’ Jogja menggunakan Analisis Wacana Kritis Van Djiek. Riset ini penting dilakukan untuk mengkaji konstruksi linguistik yang digunakan oleh Gus Baha serta konteks yang meliputinya. Adapun hasil dari riset ini yaitu: Pertama, melalui analisis teks wacana didapati bahwa Gus Baha mengawali kajiannya dengan membaca basmalah dan membaca beberapa ayat, membahas pengertian Islam dan  han?fa dengan mencantumkan makna gramatikal Arab, membahas sejarah, asbabun nuzul, serta munasabah ayat serta menutup kajian dengan kalimat “waallahu ‘alam bi showab”. Bahasa yang digunakan cenderung mudah dipahami dan penuh humor. Namun, konten yang disampaikan sangat analitis dan logis. Kedua, berdasarkan analisis kognisi social dapat disimpulkan bahwa ideologi yang dimiliki Gus Baha’ bersifat rasionalis dan spiritualis.

Abstract

Education is one of the most important components of life. Since humans began engaging in educational activities, they have successfully realized various developments and advancements in all aspects of their lives. Generally, the process of education has also experienced significant progress, both in terms of methods and the goals to be achieved. The Indonesian government has consistently worked to improve the quality of education by implementing various changes in the education sector, with the curriculum serving as a key tool for enhancing educational quality. Differences in curriculum systems provide a way to understand various aspects related to the education systems of Indonesia and Singapore. This research is qualitative in nature, employing a descriptive method. The author collected data from journals, books, and online media. The study utilizes the theory of differences in curriculum systems. The aim of this research is to identify the differences in the education curriculum systems between Indonesia and Singapore. In conclusion, education is crucial for both developed and developing countries. For developed countries like Singapore, the education curriculum is used as an effort to continuously improve the quality of life for its citizens. Meanwhile, for developing countries like Indonesia, the education curriculum is implemented as an effort to catch up with more advanced nations.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to investigate the ideas of educational psychology contained in the Qur'an and how they affect the psychological health of students. This study examines the verses of the Qur'an related to educational psychology, character formation, motivation, and emotional regulation using qualitative methodology. In order to understand how the lessons of the Qur'an are practically applied in the classroom, the opinions of Islamic educational psychologists are also examined. The findings suggest that the Qur'an offers a thorough guide to help students ' psychological growth in Islamic education. The Qur'anic concepts of fitrah, moral development, motivation, and emotional regulation can be a solid foundation for the development of character and mental health of students. The study offers suggestions to improve the level of Islamic education while strengthening the knowledge and application of Islamic education psychology based on the Qur'an. It is expected that this study can be a guide to Islamic teaching strategies in the future that emphasize more on the moral and mental health of students.
