Abstract

Ilmu Kalam atau Teologi Islam, sebagai salah satu kluster keilmuan Islam tidak lain adalah produk pemikiran dalam lingkup sosial budaya tertentu. Oleh karena itu, segala sesuatu yang muncul secara verbal yang berkaitan dengannya tidak sendirinya selalu tepat ditemukan saat ini. Pemikiran demikian ini tidak lain adalah untuk memberikan makna secara substantif dan fungsional terhadap ajaran agama, lebih khusus ilmu Kalam. Dengan sedikit membongkar pemahaman lama itu, agama, melalui doktrin dan ajarannya akan mampu menjawab masalah-masalah kehidupan yang terasa mulai mengancam eksistensi kemanusiaan saat ini. Agama lahir dan ada, baik dalam pengertian diturunkan oleh Tuhan maupun diciptakan oleh manusia bukan untuk kepentingan Tuhan, topi unluk kepentingan manusia dan kehidupannya sendiri. Oleh karenanya, kurang tepat kalau kemudian agama hanya digunakan sebagai tempat sembunyi dari persoalan real yang dibadapi manusia, tetapi harus digunakan senjata untuk mengangkat derajat kemanusiaan, sekaligus melawan rintangannya.

Abstract

Educational personnel administration is the entire process of activities that are planned and carried out deliberately and seriously as well as providing ongoing and ongoing guidance to teachers and employees in schools or educational institutions. Personnel administration is the entire structuring process that is concerned with the problem of obtaining and using the workforce and the school efficiently, in order to achieve predetermined school goals. With good administration of teachers and employees, we can achieve our business goals even better, namely more effectively and more efficiently. This administration is a tool to achieve goals faster, more successfully, more economically in the use of tools and costs. In personnel administration, it is the main supporting element that enables students to excel in the teaching and learning process. Among personnel members there are arrangements of duties and responsibilities.

Abstract

Taman Pendidikan Al Qur’an (TPQ) menghadapi berbagai dinamika dan permasalahan, baik secara internal maupun eksternal. Secara internal, masalah meliputi SDM, pengelolaan, kurikulum, pendanaan, dan sarana prasarana. Secara eksternal, tantangan datang dari kurangnya perhatian orang tua, perkembangan teknologi, serta pengaruh lingkungan dan teman. Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kemampuan pengelolaan dan pengajaran para pengelola dan pengajar TPQ di Tawangmangu, Karanganyar, Jawa Tengah. Pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan melalui program Sekolah Guru TPQ dengan sistem pembelajaran 21 jam yang melibatkan para pengelola dan pengajar TPQ di Nglebak dan Ngudal. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pelatihan, diskusi interaktif, dan praktik langsung. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa peserta: (1) memahami konsep strategis TPQ, (2) mampu mengelola TPQ dengan baik, (3) dapat mengajar dengan lebih menarik, dan (4) mampu menyusun kurikulum dan materi ajar yang efektif. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah peningkatan profesionalisme pengelola dan pengajar TPQ, yang berimplikasi pada peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran Al Qur’an bagi generasi masa depan.

Abstract

Madrasahs play a strategic role in Indonesia's Islamic education system, particularly in aligning religious and general education. This study aims to explore policy issues and management practices affecting the development of Islamic education in madrasahs. The research employs a qualitative method with a library research approach. Data were gathered from various literatures, scientific journals, and official documents related to madrasah policy and management. The findings reveal that madrasahs face numerous challenges, including limited funding, inadequate facilities, and gaps in teacher quality. Islamic education policies integrating religious and general curricula require greater government support, particularly in terms of regulations and funding. Effective madrasah management is also crucial to achieving Islamic education goals, such as character building, academic excellence, and preserving Islamic values. This study underscores the importance of collaboration among the government, community, and madrasahs in addressing these challenges. With proper management and supportive policies, madrasahs can play a strategic role in shaping academically competent and spiritually faithful generations.

Abstract

The Seribu Islands National Park, located north of Jakarta, is a primary marine tourism destination with its beautiful coral reefs as the main attraction. However, the increasing number of visitors is negatively impacting the coral reefs. To mitigate these effects, the role of stakeholders is crucial. Six institutions manage this area: the Seribu Islands National Park Authority (BTNKS), the local government, the tourism office, local communities, entrepreneurs, and NGOs. However, these six institutions do not collaborate harmoniously and often experience overlapping functions. This study aims to analyze the appropriate institutional framework for sustainable marine tourism management using interpretative structural modeling (ISM) with data from expert discussions. The results indicate that BTNKS, the Seribu Islands Regency Government, and the Tourism Office play significant roles. The main challenges that must be addressed urgently include weak inter-institutional coordination, ineffective law enforcement, and inadequate knowledge among tour guides. The necessary program involves building coordination and partnerships, as well as developing the capacity of tour guides.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to investigate the ideas of educational psychology contained in the Qur'an and how they affect the psychological health of students. This study examines the verses of the Qur'an related to educational psychology, character formation, motivation, and emotional regulation using qualitative methodology. In order to understand how the lessons of the Qur'an are practically applied in the classroom, the opinions of Islamic educational psychologists are also examined. The findings suggest that the Qur'an offers a thorough guide to help students ' psychological growth in Islamic education. The Qur'anic concepts of fitrah, moral development, motivation, and emotional regulation can be a solid foundation for the development of character and mental health of students. The study offers suggestions to improve the level of Islamic education while strengthening the knowledge and application of Islamic education psychology based on the Qur'an. It is expected that this study can be a guide to Islamic teaching strategies in the future that emphasize more on the moral and mental health of students.
