Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) Menganalisis pengaruh langsung variabel perceived value terhadap loyalitas; 2) Menganalisis pengaruh langsung variabel kepuasan konsumen terhadap loyalitas; 3) Menganalisis moderasi variabel kepuasan konsumen antara perceived value dan loyalitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan 211 individu pelaku UMKM yang tersebar di wilayah Sumatera Utara. Setelah data dianalisis dengan menggunakan SEM-PLS, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel variabel perceived value berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel loyalitas (? = 0.476, p = 0.000). Variabel kepuasan konsumen juga memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dengan arah yang positif terhadap variabel loyalitas (? = 0.288, p = 0.000). Dari sisi moderasi, diketahui juga ternyata variabel kepuasan konsumen memoderasi variabel perceived value dalam pengaruhnya terhadap loyalitas konsumen (? = 0.443, p = 0.000). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, peneliti menyarankan pelaku usaha, khususnya UMKM untuk memperhatikan dan meningkatkan perceived value agar kepuasan konsumen dapat meningkat, yang nantinya akan berdampak pada peningkatan loyalitas konsumen sehingga pembelian ulang terus terjadi. Abstract

AbstractThis study discusses the concept of Pancasila economics and Islamiceconomics which have basic and not conflicting similarities. Both of theseeconomic concepts share the goal of realizing social justice for allIndonesian people and social equality in prosperity and prosperity asstated in the five precepts of the Pancasila, as well as imbued with the firstprinciple of the One Godhead Pancasila as its basis.In this study also explained that between the Pancasila economicconcepts and Islamic economics are two economic concepts whose basicprinciples, characteristics and systems are in accordance with theteachings in the Qur'an which is the holy book of Muslims. So that this canstrengthen the confidence of the Indonesian people to not hesitate toimplement the Pancasila economy which is the noble heritage of thefounding fathers of the nation.The method used in this study is library research, which refers to primalmaterials from two components which are the subject of discussion,namely the study of Pancasila economics and Islamic economics. Andadded with other books relating to the problems studied. While the writingmethod used is descriptive analytical, namely by collecting actualinformation in detail and thoroughly from the data obtained, to thendescribe the exact problem under study, then analyze it directly to becompiled as needed in this study by using data content analysis analysis.Kata Kunci: Ekonomi, Pancasila, Islam, Al-Qur‟an, Keadilan,Kesejahteraan.

Abstract

ABSTRACTBackground: Integrated health post is a community empowered health service that also supported by health workers. Cadres are the drive motor of integrated health post. Inactivity of cadres influence the continuity of integrated health post and affect nutritional status early detection of infants and childrenunderfive. Paramasan Primary Health Care is a region in Banjar Regency that has the highest inactivity cadres level (54.5%).Objectives: To examine the knowledge of cadres, comprehensiveness of facilities and infrastructure at integrated health post, head of village and health workers support, incentives and awards, and community participation as the background of integrated health post cadres inactivity in Banjar Regency, SouthKalimantan.Methods: This was a descriptive research with qualitative methods using a case study design. The research was implemented in the Region of Paramasan Primary Health Cares at Banjar Regency, South Kalimantan in April until May 2014. Informants were selected by purposive sampling until get saturateddata. The data collection was done by using 3 methods: in-depth interview of 23 informants, focus group discussion (FGD) of 30 informants, and field observation. Data analysis used in this study was constant comparative method.Results: Cadres had very low knowledge never joined any training, and also illeterate. The facilities and infrastructure in integrated health post were very limited. Head of village support on cadres and integrated health post were also low. Unscheduled and unstable of incentive numbers and awards received bycadres was also a problem. The level of community participation was really depended on the activeness of cadres in reminding the schedule of integrated health post activities.Conclusions: The knowledge of cadres contibuted to the cadres inactivity, such as a poor participation and lack of confidence in attending the activities of the integrated health post.KEYWORDS: cadres, inactivity, integrated health postABSTRAKLatar belakang: Posyandu merupakan wadah pelayanan kesehatan dari, oleh, dan untuk masyarakat dengan dukungan petugas kesehatan. Kader merupakan motor penggerak posyandu. Tidak aktifnya kader menyebabkan ketidaklancaran pelaksanaan posyandu serta tidak terdeteksinya status gizi bayi dan balita sejak dini. Puskesmas Paramasan merupakan salah satu wilayah di Kabupaten Banjar dengan tingkat ketidakaktifan kader tertinggi yaitu sebesar 54,5%.Tujuan: Mengkaji secara mendalam pengetahuan kader, kelengkapan sarana dan prasarana posyandu, dukungan kepala desa dan petugas kesehatan, insentif dan penghargaan kader, serta partisipasi masyarakat ke posyandu sebagai latar belakang ketidakaktifan kader posyandu.Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan metode kualitatif menggunakan rancangan studi kasus. Pelaksanaan penelitian di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Paramasan Kabupaten Banjar Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan pada bulan April hingga Mei 2014. Informan dipilih secara purposive sampling, berlanjut hingga saturasi data. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam terhadap 23 orang informan, diskusi kelompok terfokus (DKT) terhadap 30 orang informan, dan observasi lapangan. Analisis data menggunakan metode constant comparative method.Hasil: Kader memiliki pengetahuan kurang, tidak pernah mengikuti pelatihan, dan tidak bisa baca tulis. Sarana dan prasarana di posyandu sangat kurang, demikian pula dengan dukungan kepala desa terhadap kader, dan posyandu yang tergolong masih minim. Insentif dan penghargaan yang diterima kader dikategorikan tidak rutin dengan jumlah tidak tetap. Tingkat partisipasi masyarakat ke posyandu masih tergantung pada keaktifan kader dalam mengingatkan tentang hari buka posyandu.Kesimpulan: Pengetahuan kader memberikan kontribusi terhadap ketidakaktifan kader yaitu kurangnya keaktifan dalam menghadiri kegiatan di posyandu.KATA KUNCI: kader, ketidakaktifan, posyandu

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Harga, Promosi, Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Ban Motor Merek FDR di PT. Masterban Berkat Indonesia. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif, unit analisis dan observasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Konsumen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen PT. Masterban Berkat Indonesia. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Teori Heir diketahui bahwa jumlah dari sampel yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 100 konsumen PT. Masterban Berkat Indonesia, dengan metode sampel aksidental. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui penelitian kepustakaan dan penelitian lapangan yang dilakukan secara sistematik berdasarkan tujuan penelitian. Metode analisis yang digunakan untuk memecahkan permasalahan dan membuktikan hipotesis adalah dengan analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa Harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan pembelian. Kualitas pelayanan tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap Keputusan pembelian. Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa variabel Harga, Promosi dan Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Scientific progress needs to be realized in order to obtain quality human resources (HR) in Indonesia that can support national development. These efforts can be carried out with good educational management. This research uses LCD media. This research aims to see students' success in thematic learning in class III. This research was carried out in class III of SD Negeri 1 Loloan Barat. The low level of student learning outcomes is due to the lack of interest in the media used by teachers. The data obtained is data from the cognitive or knowledge domain, the affective domain, and the psychomotor domain. Researchers only take it from the cognitive realm, namely knowledge. By implementing efforts to provide media in the form of animated videos about material on the nature of exchange multiplication, as well as with the instruments used, namely student worksheets in each cycle, namely there are 2 cycles, students are able to show that the results of the data provided have increased. Increasing the percentage of student learning outcomes for each cycle, namely in cycle I it was 50% with 8 students who had completed it and in cycle II it was 87% where 14 students had completed it out of a total of 16 students because 2 students were unable to take part in learning activities.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Brand Equity on pesticide sales at PT. Panca Kurnia Niaga Nusantara, knowing the effect of the Distribution Channel on the sale of pesticides at PT. Panca Kurnia Niaga Nusantara, and know the effect of Brand Equity and Distribution Channels on the sale of pesticides at PT. Panca Kurnia Niaga Nusantara. The population in this study are customers of PT. Panca Kurnia Niaga Nusantara as many as 87 stores. The sampling technique in this study used saturated samples and obtained as many as 87 stores. The research method used is the technique of collecting data through questionnaires. The results showed that Brand Equity and Distribution Channel simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the sale of pesticides at PT. Panca Kurnia Niaga Nusantara . While the remaining is effected by other factors originating from outside this research model such as price, service quality, customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Promotion on customer Purchasing Decisions Roman ceramic brand in CV. Kharisma Jaya, determine the effect of Brand Image on customer Purchasing Decisions of Roman ceramic brand in CV. Kharisma Jaya, determine the effect of Promotion and Brand Image on customer Purchasing Decisions Roman ceramic brand at CV. Kharisma Jaya. The population in this study is the customer at CV. Kharisma Jaya as many as 68 respondents. The results showed that Promotion and Brand Image partially have a positive and significant effect on customer purchasing decisions of Roman brand ceramic in CV. Kharisma Jaya. The results showed that simultaneously Promotion and Brand Image have positive and significant effect on customer Purchasing Decision of Roman brand ceramic in CV. Kharisma Jaya. The results of this study are supported by the value of R square (R2) which means that Promotion and Brand Image have an effect on Purchasing Decisions. While the rest is effected by other factors originating from outside this research model such as price and perception.

Abstract

Dalam era teknologi informasi yang berkembang pesat, aplikasi ride-hailing telah menjadi bagian tak terpisahkan dalam kehidupan masyarakat urban di Indonesia. Gojek dan Grab muncul sebagai dua platform terkemuka yang mendominasi industri ride-hailing di negeri ini. Keberhasilan dan penerimaan luas Gojek dan Grab menciptakan persaingan yang intens, dengan keduanya berlomba untuk memberikan layanan terbaik kepada pengguna mereka. Dalam konteks ini, analisis sentimen menjadi alat yang sangat relevan untuk memahami pandangan dan pengalaman pengguna terhadap kedua aplikasi tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang persepsi masyarakat terhadap Gojek dan Grab dengan menganalisis sentimen melalui berbagai ulasan dan komentar yang ditinggalkan oleh pengguna. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis sentimen dengan menggunakan metode Multinomial Naive Bayes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengguna Gojek dan Grab secara umum memiliki sentimen negatif terhadap kedua aplikasi tersebut. Pengujian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa model analisis sentimen yang dikembangkan memiliki akurasi 86%, presisi 96%, recall 54%, dan f1-score 69%. Untuk perbandingan performa data Gojek dan data Grab didapatkan akurasi sebesar 81% untuk data Gojek. Sedangkan Grab mendapatkan akurasi sebesar 75%. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman yang berharga tentang persepsi masyarakat terhadap Gojek dan Grab. Abstract

The research in this thesis is motivated by a phenomenon in the learning process that exists at MTs Negeri 1 Aceh Selatan , students are weak in mastering and understanding the lessons of Islamic Cultural History . This is because most teachers only use the lecture method when teaching. So that it can cause students to become bored in responding to the lessons delivered by the teacher, and also cause student learning outcomes to decrease in Islamic Cultural History lessons with an average percentage of 58.83% and completeness of student learning outcomes 33.33% in the pre- cycle. The purpose of this study is to increase student activity in class as well as improve student learning outcomes through learning models Think Pair Share (TPS) in Islamic Culture History lessons at MTS Negeri 1 South Aceh . This research uses Class Action Research in two cycles . The subjects of this study were students of class VII I MTS Negeri 1 Aceh Selatan totaling 24 students taken by total sampling in the study. Data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaires and tests. The results showed an increase in student learning outcomes with an average value of 87.38 % . This proves that with the use of learning models Think Pair Share (TPS) in Islamic Culture History lessons can improve student learning outcomes for class VII I MTS Negeri 1 Aceh Selatan . Based on this conclusion, it is suggested to fellow teachers to master and try to apply the latest learning models such as models Think Pair Share (TPS) so that the learning atmosphere can be lively, varied and proven to be effective in increasing learning outcomes

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application method discussion to increase students ' understanding of fractional material in grade V SD COUNTRY N o . 076731 Teluk Limo, PP Batu Utara District , Regency South Nias . This study uses process assessment, assessment of student learning outcomes and reflection on learning by the teacher. This research was conducted in elementary school COUNTRY N o . 076731 Teluk Limo, PP Batu Utara District Regency South Nias in Mathematics subject. The research subjects were 20 grade V students consisting of 9 boys and 11 girls. When the research was conducted in April 2023 (starting from preparatory activities to implementing actions). From the results of the study the authors made observations of 2 cycles, where at the pre-cycle stage only 8 (40%) students who complete learning. Seeing this fact, the writer made learning improvements at the stage of cycle I. At this stage, the classical completeness of student learning was 70%, which means that there were 14 students who were included in the complete category, so that students could achieve the KKM score that had been set, which was 85%, so the writer did improvement of learning in cycle II by using the discussion method and it turned out that satisfactory results were obtained for all 20 students who had completed the expected KKM scores. For this reason, learning improvement research ends in cycle II.
