Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the significance of learning management in enhancing teaching and learning productivity. Using a literature review, the research approach analyzes the essential features of learning management, such as arranging time and space, boosting learning effectiveness, assuring student involvement, and managing learning resources effectively. The purpose of this study is to examine the function of learning management in enhancing teaching and learning productivity throughout the new normal period. The benefits of the research can offer recommendations for the phases of implementing learning management in the new normal era, including numerous crucial elements such as identifying goals and objectives, reviewing the current learning system, embracing technology and learning media, and others. By adhering to these steps, schools and educational institutions can ensure that their learning management is consistent with the new normal period and assist students in learning more effectively.

Abstract

This service activity is intended to explore the potential use of technology to improve digital literacy among students by utilizing the Kinemaster application as an innovative learning tool. Digital literacy is a crucial factor in individual success in a society that relies on information technology, and multimedia applications such as Kinemaster are considered to have a significant role in achieving this goal. The approach applied in this PKM is to provide training to participants, especially students and teachers, on the use of Kinemaster applications to create multimedia content that supports learning. They are taught how to edit videos, add multimedia elements, and produce interesting learning materials through this application. The positive impact of this activity involves improving participants' digital literacy skills, increasing their ability to use technology for learning, and increasing their interest in creative exploration through multimedia. The positive contribution of this PKM is reflected in the development of digital literacy among students, supporting a more interactive and technology-based learning process, and creating opportunities for participants to become more skilled and responsible multimedia content producers.

Abstract

The background of this research was the methods and strategies in conveying the materials. Besides, teacher used visual-based learning media in the teaching learning process adjusted to the material delivered by teacher. The data collection techniques used in this research was interview, and documentation. The data analysis used in this study was data collection, reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. To check the validity of data, it used source triangulation. The research found that the use of visual-based learning media for students class VA could improve the learning outcomes, it was seen from materials given by the teachers such as map in Social Science (IPS) lessons, Science (IPA) lessons on human body, human and animal digestive systems, human and animal respiratory systems, animal breeding system. For Civics lessons, it used Pancasila image for the basic material about Republic of Indonesia, and the cultures that existed in Indonesia. It was chosen because visual media could trigger students’ motivation and attracted their attention. The conclusion of this research was that the use of visual-based had been well-implemented.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan lanskap literatur ilmiah mengenai digitalisasi manajemen pendidikan dengan fokus pada implikasinya terhadap administrasi sekolah dan pengembangan sistem pintar. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan bibliometrik terhadap data publikasi dari basis data Scopus dan visualisasi melalui perangkat lunak VOSviewer, studi ini menganalisis pola ko-kata kunci, tren temporal, kolaborasi antar penulis, dan kerja sama antar negara. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa istilah seperti education management, digitalization, dan e-learning mendominasi diskursus ilmiah, sedangkan topik-topik baru seperti blockchain, efficiency, dan management systems mulai mendapatkan perhatian pada periode 2023–2024. Pusat kolaborasi ilmiah masih terfokus pada negara-negara seperti Rusia dan Tiongkok, dengan jejaring kolaborasi global yang masih terbatas. Temuan ini menegaskan perlunya kolaborasi lintas negara dan pendekatan multidisipliner untuk memperkuat inovasi sistem pendidikan berbasis digital yang berkelanjutan dan adaptif.
