Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of family economics on children's education levels in Sibio-bio Village, Sibabangun District. The type of research used is descriptive research. The population in this study was 284 heads of families. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling. The data collection technique in this research uses questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis and inferential statistical analysis. Then the data obtained in this research will be analyzed using Product Moment Correlation Test analysis, coefficient of determination, and t test. Based on calculations from the results of data analysis obtained using SPSS Software version 22, the value of t = 5.319, while the t table = 1.687, can be seen if the t count is greater than the t table (5.319> 1.687), with a significant value = 0.00 at the 95% confidence level. or 5% confidence level =0.05. In this way, it can be seen that the significant value is smaller than α = 0.05 (0.00 <0.05). From these results it is known that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. Thus, it is concluded that there is a significant influence between the family economy and the level of children's education in Sibio-bio Village, Sibabangun District.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the improvement and student learning outcomes in theme 6 subthemes 1 me and my ideals using the Scramble model in class IV SDN 100111 Huta Tunggal. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The subjects of this study were fourth grade students at SDN 100111 Huta Tunggal. The instruments used were observation and tests to collect data. The results showed that student learning outcomes in the first cycle of scramble  were 51,53, which was in the less category. Then the second cycle of learning from observations of learning activities using the Problem Based Learning learning model obtained an average value of 77,69 which is in the good category. This achievement shows that the learning process has been going well. the learning outcomes of cycle I found that the highest score achieved by students was 90 while the lowest score was 0. The number of students who completed was 5 students or around 38%. While participants did not complete as many as 8 students or as much as 62%. Then learning cycle II is known that the highest score achieved by students is 95 while the lowest score is 40. It is known that the percentage level is 77% where there are as many as 11 students complete in cycle II learning. The number of incomplete students is 3 students or as much as 23%. This shows an increase in student outcomes from cycle I to cycle II.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari solusi memperbaiki hasil belajar siswa di kelas V SD Negeri 084081 Sibolga. Kurangnya pemahaman dan variasi penerapan pembelajaran siswa dapat dilijat dari hasil belajar siswa. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut peneliti menyarankan salah satu model pembelajaran yaitu model pembelajaran contextual teaching and learning. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode eksperimen dengan sampel 15 orang serta menggunakan teknik pengambilan data simple random sampling dari 83 siswa. Observasi dan tes digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Berdasarkan analisis dapat ditemukan a. Rata-rata hasil belajar siswa sebelum menggunakan model contextual teaching and learning adalah 53,33 dengan kategori kurang dan b. Rata-rata hasil belajar sesudah menggunakan model contextual teaching and learning adalah 85,33 dengan kategori sangat baik. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan data statistic menggunakan uji t (SPSS 22), hasilnya menunjukkan nilai signifikan thitung>ttabel dengan diperoleh nilai uji t 3,091>1,761. Hal ini berarti terdapat pengaruh signifikan penggunaan model contextual teaching and learning pada mata pelajaran ips materi bencana alam terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas v di SD Negeri 084081 Sibolga.

Abstract

  This research aims to see improvements in student learning outcomes for theme 3 subteme 2 diversity of living creatures in the environment. This research uses the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model. The subjucts in this research were all fourth grade students at SDNegeri 200207 sitamiang padangsidimpuan consisting of 22 students. The data collection instruments were observation and test. The results of the research in cycl l,the average student score was 31.81 and in cycl l the average score increased to 72.72. Then, it can be seen from the increase in scores on the theacher observation sheet in cycle 1 of 68.75% and in cycle ll of 85.41%, an increase of 16.66%. judgeng from the increase in scores obtained on student observation sheets in cycle l by 60% and in cycle ll by 75%, there was an increase of 15%. Student learning results have increased. It can be seen that in cycle l, the percentage obtained was 31.81% completed and 68.18%. the % incomplete increased in cycle ll, resulting in a percentage of 72.72%  completed and 27.27% incomplete. The conclusion obtained is that there is an increase in learning outcomes for theme subteme 2 caring about living things using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model for class IV SD Negeri 200207 Padangsidimpuan.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the level of financial literacy integration within the Economic Education curriculum and to identify dominant and underdeveloped dimensions of financial literacy among students. The research was conducted at the Economic Education Study Program of the Institute of Education Tapanuli Selatan, involving 146 active students as respondents. The research method employed a descriptive quantitative approach, using a Likert-scale questionnaire developed based on financial literacy indicators from Atkinson & Messy (2012) and Lusardi & Mitchell (2014). The findings reveal that the integration of financial literacy into the curriculum is categorized as high, with an average score of 75.49%. The highest score was obtained in the area of personal financial planning and management (81.18%), while the lowest score was in future financial planning (68.46%). These results indicate that short-term financial literacy is well addressed in the learning process, whereas long-term financial planning requires further emphasis. This research concludes that although financial literacy integration is present, the curriculum still needs adjustments to become more practical and contextual. Recommendations include developing specialized financial literacy courses, adopting project-based learning methods, and conducting regular curriculum evaluations to enhance students’ preparedness in facing the challenges of the digital economy

Abstract

This study aims to develop an Economics Textbook using a Contextual Approach based on TPACK to improve students' problem-solving and creative thinking skills. The research employs a development research method using the ADDIE model, which consists of Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation phases. The development process involved six expert validators who assessed the textbook's format, language, and content. Validation instruments were used to collect data and obtain feedback for improvement. The validity analysis was conducted using descriptive percentage analysis, calculating the Average Percentage Score (PRS) for each validated aspect. The results show that the Economics Textbook developed with a Contextual TPACK-based approach meets validity criteria. The average percentage scores (PRS) were 81 for format, 87.82 for language, and 83.13 for content, with an overall average of 83.98, all falling into the high category. This textbook is suitable for implementation in economics courses at the higher education level and is expected to significantly enhance students' critical thinking, collaboration, and problem-solving skills by promoting more active and meaningful learning experiences.
