Abstract

SIG menjadi satu disiplin ilmu yang berkembang pesat saat ini ditengah pesatnya teknologi pemetaan khususnya bidang kesehatan terkait dengan sebaran suatu penyakit, seperti sebaran kasus DBD. Penelitian ini menggunakan study time series, tahun 2010-2014. Data yang digunakan adalah data sebaran DBD dan data penggunaan lahan dari BPS, BMKG dan BPS. Sedangkan pada penelitian ini selain menggunakan GPS juga memanfaatkan software ArcGIS 10.1. Sebaran kasus DBD mengelompok di wilayah pemukiman. Dan kondisi klimatologi (suhu dan curah hujan) mendukung perkembangbiakan nyamuk Aedes Aegypty. Namun, variabel yang diteliti tidak dapat diuji korelasinya karena dalam penelitian ini hanya penelitian deskriptif. Penelitian ini bisa dikembangkan oleh peneliti selanjutnya, dengan metode analitik untuk menguji korelasi antar variabel penelitian serta pengembangan sistem kewaspadaan dini KLB DBD.Kata kunci: DBD, Dinamika lingkungan, multi temporal analisis, spasial, SIG

Abstract

One way that can be done, to eliminate the bad view of immunization is to increase the knowledge and attitudes of mothers about the benefits of basic immunization, which in turn will change the behavior of mothers towards basic immunization. This can be improved, by doing health promotion about basic immunization with the right media. Print media (leaflets) are generally widely used in the process of health promotion so that the delivery of information is more acceptable to the target because it can foster interest or interest in the target with the contents of the message delivered. The purpose of this study was to describe the level of knowledge & attitudes of mothers about basic immunization in children, in Sukoharjo district. The results of the statistical test showed a p value of <0.05 (CI: 95%). There is a difference between the level of knowledge & attitudes of mothers regarding the coverage of basic immunization in children.Keywords: knowledge, attitude, basic immunization, media effectiveness

Abstract

The medical resume form is included in the immortalized medical record form and is an important document because it contains a summary of the patient's admission until after the patient goes home. Complete information can make it easier for officers to provide health services to patients and can be used as a basis for consideration in further care for patients. Incomplete filling out inpatient forms can lead to loss of informative function of medical record documents. One of the causes of incomplete form filling is ineffective and efficient form design. The purpose of this study was to analyze the design of the medical resume form at the UPTD Puskesmas Kartasura in terms of anatomy, physical and content aspects. The benefit of this research is that the results of this study can be used as a measure of the extent to which medical record science is applied, especially regarding the analysis of the medical resume form design for inpatients in terms of anatomy, physical, and content aspects. This study used a qualitative research design with a case study approach. This research was conducted in March-April 2020 at the UPTD Puskesmas Kartasura. The research subjects were emergency room doctors, nurses and medical record officers. The object of this research is inpatient medical resume form. Data collection was carried out by observation and interviews. The validation technique of data validity in this qualitative study used triangulation of sources. The results of the study concluded that the medical resume form design was not yet effective and efficient because 100% of the forms were not completely filled. The conclusion in this research is that a new form design is needed by completing the missing form items such as the form edition number and page number, introduction, notes and instructions.

Abstract

ABSTRACTIn accordance with Law No.44 of 2009 concerning Hospitals in article 25, it is explained that each Hospital is required to record and report on all hospital implementation activities in the form of a Hospital Information System. The unit that is given the responsibility of managing statistics is the Medical Record section, namely by collecting data, processing data, and presenting data into information.The implementation of medical record management at X Wonogiri Hospital for the implementation of retention/depreciation and destruction has been carried out. However, in the implementation of depreciation, it still needs attention because it has not been specifically scheduled, and for the space / place where inactive Medical Record documents are stored, it still needs improvement because the place is not spacious and Medical Record documents are not neatly arranged. For Types of Medical Record services at X Wonogiri Hospital has various forms. This form of Medical Record service includes paper-based Medical Record services. Medical Record manual paper-based document is a medical record that contains administrative and medical sheets that are processed in the system and stored manually. Medical Record Services that are processed into information and management in a computerized manner that runs on one system automatically in the Medical Record work unit. Hospital X uses a Management Information System, namely Pilar Hospital which has been integrated with Virtual Claim (VClaim) to facilitate the service of BPJS patients. Keyword : medical record management, Health information system, SIRS, MIK  ABSTRAKSesuai dengan Undang – Undang No.44 Tahun 2009 tentang Rumah Sakit pada pasal 25 dijelaskam bahwa setiap Rumah Sakit wajib melakukan pencatatan dan pelaporan tentang semua kegiatan penyelenggaraan Rumah Sakit dalam bentuk Sistem Informasi Rumah Sakit. Unit yang diberi tanggungjawab mengelola statistik adalah bagian Rekam Medis yaitu dengan melakukan pengumpulan data, mengolah data, dan menyajikan data menjadi suatu informasi.Implementasi manajemen rekam medis di Rumah Sakit X Wonogiri untuk pelaksanaan retensi /penyusutan  dan pemusnahan sudah pernah dilakukan. Tetapi dalam pelaksanaan penyusutan masih perlu perhatian karena belum terjadwal khusus, dan untuk ruang/tempat penyimpanan dokumen Rekam Medis inaktif masih memerlukan perbaikan karena tempatnya yang kurang luas dan dokumen Rekam Medis yang belum tertata rapi. Untuk Jenis pelayanan Rekam Medis di Rumah Sakit X Wonogiri memiliki berbagai bentuk. Bentuk pelayanan Rekam Medis ini meliputi pelayanan Rekam Medis berbasis kertas. Rekam Medis manual paper based document adalah rekam medis yang berisi lembar administrasi dan medis yang diolah di tata dan di simpan secara manual. Pelayanan Rekam Medis yang di olah menjadi informasi dan pengelolaannya secara komputerisasi yang berjalan pada satu system secara otomatis di unit kerja Rekam Medis. Rumah Sakit X menggunakan Sistem Informasi Manajemen yaitu Pilar Hospital yang sudah terintegrasi dengan Virtual Claim (VClaim) sehingga memudahkan dalam pelayanan pasien BPJS. Keyword : manajemen rekam medis, system informasi Kesehatan, SIRS, MIK
