Abstract

Desa Pematang Kuala merupakan salah satu desa yang terletak di kecamatan Teluk Mengkudu, Serdang Bedagai, Sumatera Utara, Indonesia. Lokasi desa ini terletak di pinggiran pantai. Kegiatan pengabdian  kepada  masyarakat  ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan persepsi dan pengalaman warga Desa Pematang Kuala Dusun 1 dalam mengonsumsi minuman jamu tradisional sebagai upaya meningkatkan daya imunitas tubuh permasalahan terkait peningkatan daya imunitas tubuh melalui konsumsi minuman jamu tradisional di Desa Pematang Kuala Dusun 1. Inti permasalahan melibatkan upaya untuk memahami dampak dan efektivitas minuman jamu tradisional dalam meningkatkan daya tahan tubuh di lingkungan tersebut.. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan 20 partisipan yang dipilih berdasarkan kriteria keberagaman usia, jenis kelamin, dan latar belakang kesehatan dari Dusun 1. Jamu mempunyai banyak manfaat bagi tubuh salah satunya menjaga imunitas tubuh. Setelah membuat dan membagikan jamu ini kepada warga dusun 1 desa pematang, semoga warga lebih bisa menjaga kesehatannya dan juga bisa terus mengkonsumsi jamu untuk menjaga kesehatan tubuh.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the increase in students' knowledge by applying the TPACK learning approach to class XI students. In accordance with the results of observations that have been carried out previously, there is a tendency that students in class XI PS-2 SMK Negeri 2 Malang have a fairly poor level of understanding of public speaking skills. This is exacerbated by the lack of effective learning approaches used by teachers during the learning process. This research was carried out through the Classroom Action Research (PTK) method which was implemented in two cycles and used research subjects, namely all students of class XI PS-2 SMK Negeri 2 Malang with a total of 29 students consisting of 4 men and 25 women. Based on this research, it can be concluded that there is an increase in knowledge of public speaking skills in XI PS-2 students, this is evidenced by the initial average learning outcomes showed a sufficient understanding category which was originally 81.76 in cycle I there was an increase in the category to very good understanding with an average value of 90.30.

Abstract

Hypertension is one of the serious health problems, it has even become a public health problem and will become a bigger problem if it is not addressed early. A person's blood pressure limit is said to be hypertension if the systolic pressure is more than 140 mmHg and the diastolic pressure is 90 mmHg. Patients with high blood pressure / hypertension are a disease that one of them must maintain daily intake, pay attention to nutritional status so as not to be obese and maintain ideal body weight. One of them must maintain protein intake, because it can affect blood flow in the blood vessels. More nutritional status or obesity can also affect the blood pressure of hypertensive patients. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between protein intake and nutritional status with blood pressure of hypertensive patients at Mengwi II Health Center. Observational research type with Cross Sectional design and using Consecutive Sampling technique which amounted to 34 people. Data were collected by interview and measurement methods. Data is presented with frequency tables and cross tables then variable data is tested for normality. The results of the Chi Square correlation analysis test showed that there was a relationship between protein intake and blood pressure of hypertensive patients (p = 0.039). While nutritional status with blood pressure of hypertensive patients, based on the results of the chi square test showed there was a relationship (p = 0.029).

Abstract

This research aims to analyze corporate social performance on the cost of equity, cost of debt with institutional ownership, and bank dependency as moderating variables The population of this research is non-financial companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX), Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), Malaysia stock exchange (MYX) and e Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) from 2016-2020. The sample was selected using purposive sampling and 95 companies were obtained as research samples. The type of data used is secondary data. The data used was obtained from the company's annual report. The analysis techniques used in this research are moderating regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that disclosure of corporate social performance does not have a significant effect on the cost of equity. Institutional Ownership moderates the positive and significant relationship between corporate social performance and the cost of equity. bank dependency does not moderate the effect of corporate social performance on the cost of equity. Corporate social performance has a negative and significant effect on the cost of debt. institutional ownership moderates the negative and significant relationship between corporate social performance and the cost of debt. Bank dependency moderates the positive and significant relationship between corporate social performance and the cost of debt.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas terkait keabsahan perjanjian nominee atas kepemilikan hak milik atas tanah oleh warga negara asing di tinjau oleh undang- undang nomor 5 tahun 1960 tentang ketentutan pokok-pokok agraria melalui studi putusan Nomor 137/Pdt.G/2021/PN.Gin. Penelitian menggunakan metode Normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan, pendekatan kasus dan pendekatan konseptual. Hasil penelitian tersebut bahwa belum adanya pengaturan mengenai perjanjian nominee terhadap kepemilikan hak milik atas tanah, sehingga menimbulkan banyak kasus dengan putusan hakim yang berbeda-beda yang berakhir dengan kepastian hukum tentang perjanjian nominee terhadap kepemilikan hak milik atas tanah belum tercapai. Oleh karena itu perlu dibuat aturan mengenai perjanjian nominee atas kepemilikan hak milik atas tanah oleh warga negara asing.
