Abstract

This study aims to determine parents' readiness to use ICT in children's learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study used quantitative research. The population in this study amounted to 571 respondents, while the sample in this study obtained many 230 respondents with research subjects, namely parents who have school-age children (students from PAUD/SD/SMP/SMA levels and currently implementing online learning). The sampling technique used is the purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive statistical techniques. The study's overall results show that the readiness of parents in the use of ICT in children's learning during the Covid-19 pandemic shows good results with a percentage of 76.09%. These results are supported by the suitability of the results for each sub-variable, namely the sub-variables of parental readiness and ICT use in online learning. In this case, it can be interpreted that an educator must have readiness and understanding of the online learning system, but parents must also understand and master the technical implementation of online learning.

Abstract

The existence of the COVID-19 pandemic has succeeded in transforming the implementation of offline learning activities into online. This does not only occur in formal educational institutions, but also in non-formal educational institutions such as the Mahesa Institute Course and Training Institute (LKP) as an English language course institution. The purpose of this study is to examine management as a strategy for LKP Mahesa Institue in maximizing learning methods applied during the COVID-19 pandemic as well as to examine the enthusiasm of learning residents during distance learning. The research method used in this research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The data analysis technique applied is Miles and Huberman's analysis theory which consists of the stages of reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results obtained from this study are that in the management process, LKP Mahesa Institute is by improving the skills of educators and learning residents through virtual learning activities so that they can improve the learning outcomes carried out. Novelty from research conducted in the application of the virtual learning model at the LKP Mahesa Institute non-formal education institution is able to increase the learning speed of learning citizens anytime and anywhere, increase collaboration while increasing mastery of learning resources, and being able to create different learning experiences. So, with this research it is hoped that it can become a source of information in developing the management of English courses.

Abstract

Realizing the importance of learning, SKBN Surabaya tries to design a learning process that can meet the learning needs of students, especially the SKBN Surabaya Package C equivalency program, which consists of various ages. One learning model that provides opportunities for students to have the experience of discovering a concept and increasing their understanding and requires students to be more active in learning is the PBL (Problem-Based Learning) model. This study aimed to describe implementing the problem-based learning (PBL) model in learning biology in the package C equivalency program at SKBN Surabaya. This research used a qualitative descriptive approach. Data was collected by interviewing biology tutors and randomly selected students and observing during the learning process. The subjects used were all package C class X students, totaling 11 students. The data analysis model used included data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion/verification. The results showed that students were actively involved using the problem-based learning model during the learning process. In its application, the tutor has followed the five phases in the problem-based learning model: orienting students to the problem, organizing students, guiding individual and group investigations, developing and presenting results, and analyzing and evaluating the problem-solving process.

Abstract

The program created by the government is one of them to organize a Complete Land Registration System (PTSL) mechanism. This program has been implemented since 2018. The purpose of this program is to facilitate, expedite, and accelerate the provision of legal protection for land rights and provide legal certainty for those who own the land and the Indonesian people so that their administration is orderly in land. The author conducted this study with the aim of analyzing the obstacles in the Jati Pasar community, Mojokerto Regency in dealing with the PTSL government program and how much the Jati Pasar community, Mojokerto Regency understands the program. This research method uses an empirical method by directly conducting sales with the community as well as the Head of Jati Pasar Village, Mojokerto Regency. The results of this study indicate that there are still many people in Jati Pasar Village, Mojokerto Regency who do not understand the government's complete land registration system (PTSL) program and many people still experience obstacles while running this program.

Abstract

Kegiatan di PAUD diusahakan kegiatan yang dapat menstimulus dan mengembangkan semua aspek perkembangan anak salah satu  pendidikan yang diharapkan juga diberikan sejak anak usia dini adalah pendidikan karakter. Pendidikan karakter sangat penting untuk diterapkan, sehingga pendidikan tidak hanya mengutamakan keberhasilan akademik yang berujung pada pengetahuan keilmuan saja namun harus dapat mewujudkan anak didik yang memiliki karakter yang baik. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis temuan penelitian tentang proses project based learning dalam kegiatan proyek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila di taman kanak-kanak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan subjek penelitian terdiri dari Kepala Sekolah, dua guru kelas, dan 10 peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Penguatan profil pelajar pancasila melalui pembelajaran berbasis proyek dengan mengangkat topik “kearifan local” dapat terwujud dengan baik dan lancar. Karakter sesuai profil pelajar pancasila muncul ketika anak terlibat langsung dalam proses pembelajaran, baik dari tahap permulaan, pengembangan dan penyimpulan. Dari proyek “kearifan local”, profil pelajar Pancasila yang muncul meliputi beriman dan bertaqwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa dan berakhlaq mulia, mandiri, kreatif, gotong-rotong, berkebinakaan global serta bernalar kritis.

Abstract

Pendidikan anak bukan hanya menjadi tugas guru disekolah akan tetapi peran aktif orang tua menjadi hal yang sangat penting dan utama, baik dari segi proses belajar maupun prestasi akademik, sikap, dan keterampilan, demi untuk menghasilkan anak didik yang cerdas dan berdasarkan nilai-nilai pancasila. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peran aktif orang tua terhadap proyek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila anak usia dini. Metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan melibatkan 5 orang tua siswa TK Bina Anaprasa sebagai partisipan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan obervasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Miles dan Huberman yaitu reduksi data, analisis data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Temuan peneliti menunjukkan bahwa adanya peran aktif atau partisipasi orang tua terhadap program penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila. Partisipasi orang tua terhadap program yang dijalankan berupa waktu, tenaga, hingga biaya. Terbukti dengan berjalannya kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, kokurikuler, dan intrakurikuler membuahkan hasil yang positif. Dengan adanya partisipasi orang tua terhadap program profil pelajar Pancasila tercipta pelajar Pancasila sepanjang hayat yang berkarakter, kompeten, dan berperilaku sesuai nilai Pancasila.

Abstract

Penelitian  ini  berdasarkan  permasalahan  yang  peneliti  temukan  di  lapangan yang   menunjukkan   betapa   pentingnya   peran   orang tua dan sekolah dalam pembentukan karakter anak usia dini melalui program-program, kegiatan, dan kebiasaan di TK Aisyiyah 08 Surabaya yang mendukung pembentukan karakter anak didiknya. Karakter merupakan sifat-sifat, kebiasaan, atau kepribadian seseorang yang terbentuk melalui penghayatan dan penerapan berbagai nilai, yang menjadi dasar bagi cara pandang, berpikir, berperilaku, dan bertindak. Karakter merupakan sifat-sifat, kebiasaan, atau kepribadian seseorang yang terbentuk melalui penghayatan dan penerapan berbagai nilai, yang menjadi dasar bagi cara pandang, berpikir, berperilaku, dan bertindak. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif naratif, yang memaparkan detail dan rincian dari data penelitian menjadi sebuah narasi ilmiah. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan dokumentasi. Data dianalis menggunakan reduksi data, menampilkan data dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian bahwa upaya yang dilakukan oleh TK Aisyiyah 08 dalam membentuk karakter anak didiknya dapat dianggap berhasil. Karakter, yang mencakup tabiat, watak, akhlak, dan budi pekerti, dianggap sebagai perbedaan yang membedakan individu satu dengan yang lain. Sekolah ini mengembangkan beragam karakter, seperti sikap saling mengasihi, menghormati, berbagi, kepemimpinan, keimanan, disiplin, dan tanggung jawab.

Abstract

Kembali populernya permainan lato-lato di akhir tahun 2022 berhasil mencuri perhatian dan ketertarikan anak-anak di Dusun Penjalinwakul untuk memainkan tradisional tersebut setelah kurang lebih 2 tahun terdampak pandemi Covid-19 dan menyebabkan dibatasinya kegiatan bersosialisasi hingga menyebabkan turunnya keterampilan sosial anak-anak. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis perkembangan keterampilan sosial pasca pandemi Covid-19 oleh anak-anak. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah metode studi kasus dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi semipartisipatif dan wawancara semi terstruktur kepada anak-anak dan orang tua. Model analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis Miles dan Huberman yang dilaksanakan melalui tiga tahapan, yaitu pengumpulan, reduksi, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah selama pandemi Covid-19 anak-anak menjadi cenderung anti sosial, frekuensi komunikasi antara anak dengan orang tua dan sebayanya serta kemampuan simpati & empatinya menjadi menurun. Tetapi dengan populernya permainan lato-lato, berhasil menarik perhatian anak-anak dan mampu mengembalikan minat bersosialisasi serta menumbuhkan keterampilan sosial yang selama pandemi Covid-19 menurun

Abstract

The change in the education curriculum from the 2013 Curriculum (K-13) to the Independent Curriculum is a form of evaluation and an effort to improve the quality of education in Indonesia. This research aims to analyze the implementation of the independent learning curriculum in developing the soft skills of childhood-aged children in homeschooling at PKBM Kak Seto Surabaya. This type of research is qualitative research. The method applied is a qualitative method with a field research approach. The data collection techniques used were participatory observation and semi-structured interviews with administrators and parents of students. The data analysis technique uses qualitative descriptive analysis. The data analysis model applied is the Miles and Huberman model, namely through the stages of data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The results obtained in this research show that the implementation of the independent curriculum had a big impact on the development of soft skills for children in childhood, carried out by organizing educational programs such as Friday classes, English clubs, and sports activities that can improve soft language skills, the ability to manage emotions ( emotional skills), as well as social skills.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to explore the concept of repressive protection for customary disputes in Indonesia and explore the manifestation of repressive protection for Awig-Awig in Bali in resolving customary disputes. This research method is normative juridical, with a statutory, conceptual legal and legal case approach. Data comes from secondary sources, including primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials. Data analysis is descriptive analytical. The results of the research found that the concept of repressive protection for customary disputes in Indonesia is in the form of protecting indigenous peoples by enforcing the law as well as imposing sanctions on law violators. The legal certainty is as stated in the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia of 1945 and Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages. The embodiment of this protection in Awig-Awig is as an example in Bali, where there are regulations regarding the rights of indigenous peoples as well as their application when disputes occur. Those who violate will be subject to sanctions.
