Abstract

The issues in this research are related to the high poverty rate in the Banyuwangi District, particularly experienced by street vendors, buskers, and street children.The existence of this group reflects a complex social challenge that demands serious attention and handling from the local government.The purpose of the research is to analyze the coaching efforts undertaken by the Banyuwangi Regency Government in addressing the issues faced by the urban poor.The research also identifies the obstacles that arise during the implementation of community welfare improvement programs.The methodology used was a descriptive qualitative approach.Data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth interviews with key informants and direct field observations.Data analysis includes the processes of reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing to obtain an objective and comprehensive picture.The research results show that government programs have not been fully effective in addressing poverty.The low level of public awareness and the limited capacity of human resources are the main obstacles in the implementation of policies.The community feels that the services provided do not meet their expectations.The conclusion of this research underscores the importance of enhancing the capacity of bureaucratic resources and improving program governance.Strengthening communication between the government and the community is also necessary to ensure that policies are more targeted.More effective implementation is expected to drive sustainable improvement in community welfare.

Abstract

Background: The use of information technology through E-Government has become an interesting topic, one of which is realized with the UN E-Counter Application which was developed due to complaints from the public about the long distance from the location of the UN service application which can only be done at MPP and PPP. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to describe, analyze and explain the application of E-Government through the UN E-Counter application at the office of the Regional Revenue Agency of Banyuwangi Regency. Method: The research method used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. This approach was chosen because it aims to know and describe the application of electronic government through the application of the efficiency of the Land and Building Tax online service at the Office of the Regional Revenue Agency of Banyuwangi Regency. The UN E-Counter application is in accordance with the principles of implementing E-Government. Results: The results show that the principle of implementing E-Government in the UN E-Counter Application has been applied quite well, but it still needs improvement in the development of the application so that it can be used directly by the community without going through the intermediary of Village or Village devices Conclusion: The conclusion of this study shows that the application of E-Government through the UN E-Counter Application is in accordance with the principles of implementing E-Government according to Indrajit which consists of 6 components, namely the Benefits of E-Government, Success Factors for the implementation of E-Government, E-Government Challenges, Types of E-Government Services, Types of E-Government Relations, and Principles of E-Government Implementation

Abstract

Villages are the spearhead of Indonesia's development. Therefore, the government continues to strive to encourage the village economy by channeling Village Funds and the Village Owned Enterprises (BUMdes) development program. The objectives of BUMDes as stated in Permendesa PDT and Transmigration No. 4/2015 is, improving the village economy, increasing community efforts in managing the village's economic potential. In addition, it also develops business cooperation plans between villages and/or with third parties, creates opportunities and market networks that support the needs of public services for residents, creates employment opportunities, improves community welfare through improving public services, growth and equity in the village economy, and increasing income. village community and village original income. This study analyzes the optimization of the role of Bumdes in increasing village independence. This type of research is descriptive qualitative which aims to determine the optimization of the existence of BUMDes towards increasing community and village independence. The variables used in this study were BUMDes, community empowerment, and increasing village independence. The sampling method used in this research is the snowball method. The results showed that the optimization of the role of Bumdes in increasing village independence in Tamasari Village, Licin District, Banyuwangi Regency could be realized, where since its establishment in 2015, during its development period many programs were developed, which in turn had a positive impact on opening up jobs, increasing the economy. community, as well as increase the income of the Village APBDes.
