Abstract

Kebijakan belajar di Rumah akibadt Pandemi Covid-19 atau dikenal dengan istilah Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh membawa dampak yang dirasakan secara langsung baik oleh siswa, guru, maupun orang tua. Akibat hadirnya globalisasi dan teknologi digital yang begitu cepat, tidak jarang di antara kalangan masyarakat termasuk guru, orang tua, pihak sekolah yang memiliki masalah dengan kemajuan teknologi ini. Salah satu hal yang dialami oleh Sekolah di daerah Jakarta Selatan adalah masalah yang timbul akibat para siswanya kebanyakan memegang gadget selama pembelajaran daring (Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh/ PJJ). Hal ini diungkapkan oleh Ibu Laili Nisfi Afifah, S.Pd. yang menyatakan bahwa sebagian besar siswa di sekolah tersebut pada saat memasuki masa Pembelajaran Tatap Muka pasca PJJ terindikasi mengalami kecanduan gadget, bahkan sebagian siswa sudah sering mengakses konten pornografi. Tuntutan dalam bidang Informasi dan Teknologi menjadi sangat relevan di masa pembelajaran abad 21 ini. Penguasaan terhadap Ilmu Pengetahuan dan Teknologi menjadi sangat penting baik bagi guru maupun bagi orang tua, karena dalam masa pandemi COVID-9 yang sudah berlangsung selama 2 tahun ini, ketika pemerintah menerapkan kebijakan belajar di rumah, maka orang tua pun di rumah berperan ganda sebagai guru.Sehingga para orang tua perlu melakukan pengawasan yang ketat terhadap anak-anak dalam menggunakan gadget agar secara waktu bisa dikontrol dan juga para orang tua dapat mengontrol konten yang ditonton oleh anak-anak.

Abstract

Mathematical understanding ability is one of the essential competencies that elementary school students must possess, as it serves as the foundation for solving various mathematical problems as well as real-life situations. However, in practice, many students still face difficulties in developing a deep understanding of mathematical concepts, which is often caused by the lack of varied learning strategies and low learning interest. This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of the Make a Match learning strategy on students’ mathematical understanding ability, (2) the effect of learning interest on mathematical understanding ability, and (3) the interaction effect between the Make a Match learning strategy and learning interest on mathematical understanding ability. This research employed a quasi-experimental method with a 2×2 factorial design. The population consisted of third-grade students at SDN Rawa Badak Selatan 09, with a purposive sample of 42 students. Research instruments included an essay test to measure mathematical understanding ability and a Likert-scale questionnaire to assess students’ learning interest. Data were analyzed using two-way ANOVA at a significance level of 0.05. The findings revealed that the Make a Match learning strategy had a significant effect on mathematical understanding ability with a Sig. value of 0.031 < 0.05. Learning interest also showed a significant effect with a Sig. value of 0.000 < 0.05. Meanwhile, there was no interaction effect between the Make a Match strategy and learning interest on mathematical understanding ability, as indicated by a Sig. value of 0.686 > 0.05. These results indicate that both an appropriate learning strategy and high learning interest independently improve students’ mathematical understanding ability. Therefore, the implementation of the Make a Match strategy can serve as an effective alternative in mathematics instruction at the elementary level, while simultaneously emphasizing the importance of fostering students’ learning interest to achieve optimal learning outcomes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran Project-Based Learning (PjBL) menggunakan aplikasi Canva terhadap motivasi belajar dan kreativitas siswa Kelas VI pada materi IPA (Pelestarian Tumbuhan dan Hewan) di Sekolah Dasar Kota Depok. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan random sampling dan Pre-Test and Post-Test with Non-Equivalent Control Group Design. Kelompok eksperimen menggunakan model PjBL menggunakan aplikasi Canva, sementara kelompok kontrol menggunakan model pembelajaran PjBL tanpa menggunakan Canva dalam pembelajaran. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket sikap untuk mengukur motivasi belajar dan rubrik untuk mengukur kreativitas siswa dari hasil karya poster menggunakan aplikasi Canva. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran PjBL menggunakan aplikasi Canva memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap motivasi belajar dan kreativitas siswa pada materi IPA kelas VI. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dengan uji Pillai's Trac. e, Wilks' Lambda, Hotelling's Trace dan Roy's Largest Root memiliki nilai sig. 0,000 < 0,05 . Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran PjBL menggunakan Canva terhadap motivasi belajar dan kreativitas siswa. Siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan model PjBL menggunakan aplikasi Canva menunjukkan motivasi belajar yang lebih tinggi dan menunjukkan tingkat kreativitas yang lebih baik dalam memahami dan mengaplikasikan konsep-konsep IPA.

Abstract

The purpose of this research were: 1)to determine the influence of learning media on motivation in learning mathematics; 2) to know the influence between parental attention and motivation in learning mathematics, and; 3) to understand the influence between mathematics learning media and parents' attention to motivate students in learning mathematics. This research is a quasi-experimental research with a quantitative approach. The research method used is analysis of variance (ANOVA) using a simple factorial design (2x2) and post hoc test of Dunnet Test. The population and sample used in this study were class III students at Dukuh 05 Pagi Elementary School. The instrument used in this study was in the form of a questionnaire containing statements using the Likert scale parameter. Based on the analysis that has been done, the researchers found that there was an influence between mathematics learning media and parents' attention to the motivation to learn mathematics. This can be seen from the results of the ANOVA test which showed a value higher than 4.047 (Fh of the 0.05 significance level) which were 14.14 on the learning media variable, 59.98 on parental attention, and 12.71 on the interaction between the two on motivation to learn mathematics. Researchers also found that there was interaction between variables in the Dunnet Test with parents' attention playing the highest role in influencing students' motivation to learn mathematics.

Abstract

Learning is an important aspect of education that influences individual quality. However, the lack of variety in teaching methods often results in low student learning outcomes, especially in Mathematics subjects at SDN Kapuk 11 Pagi. This research aims to determine the effect of the TGT (Team Games Tournament) type learning model assisted by crossword media on the mathematics learning outcomes of fourth grade elementary school students. Using a quantitative method with a quasi-experimental design, the sample consisted of 60 grade IV students who were divided into experimental and control groups. Data was collected through a written test and analyzed using the Independent Sample T-test. The research results show that the application of the TGT learning model using crossword puzzles significantly improves student learning outcomes. The average score of the experimental group students was 86.00, while the control group was 64.83. The t test shows the calculated t value of 9.49 is greater than the t table value of 2.003 with an effect size of 1.47 which indicates a high influence. In conclusion, the TGT type cooperative learning model assisted by crossword puzzles is effective in improving students' mathematics learning outcomes by increasing cooperation, motivation and skills, making learning more interesting and interactive. Teachers are encouraged to use this model effectively and vary their teaching methods to improve the quality of learning.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a teacher's guidebook based on Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge, especially on the material of the state of matter and its changes in grade IV Elementary School. The method used in this study is the Research and Development research method through the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation approach. The level of feasibility and practicality and effectiveness through the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation that focus on the material of the state of matter and its changes are based on the trial of the feasibility and practicality of the product with respondents in the implementation, namely expert validation tests, teacher response questionnaires and students. The level of effectiveness measured through a simple evaluation in measuring the achievement of student learning motivation is based on a statistical test stating the rtable value in this study where N = 32 and sig. 0.05 of 0.349. From the results of the validity test in the table above, it is known that the feasibility variable has a calculated rvalue > rtable, so it can be said that all statement items in the feasibility variable are valid and can be used as a measuring tool in research. The results of the pretest and posttest analysis conducted to measure the improvement in student learning outcomes through the N-Gain test showed that the percentage of students who completed the product implementation group was 86.88%.

Abstract

Problems in education are very diverse, one of which is that students are lazy to read and do not understand how to draw the right conclusions so that this has an impact on the learning achievement of Indonesian language students in grade VI SDN Petojo Utara Complex, which is less than optimal, especially in making decisions in a paragraph. Therefore, it is necessary to have learning media that can assist in conveying material to students and support students' understanding in drawing conclusions from a paragraph, one of which is learning media.based on TPACK (Technological, Pedagogical, Content Knowledge). The research method used in this research is the ADDIE development research model which is a model that involves the stages of model development with five development steps/phases, including: Analysis, Design, Development or Production, Implementation or Delivery and Evaluations. The results showed that the development of TPACK-Based Learning Media was implemented at MI Pembangunan UIN Jakarta. The results of student assessments of the TPACK-based learning media development assessment obtained an average value of 4.7 close to strongly agreeing with the statements submitted. Student responses to the e-module varied, the majority of class 1D and 1G MI Pembangunan UIN gave a positive response. However, some students gave responses that were difficult to understand because they were not in accordance with the learning styles of students. Therefore, it is important for e-module developers to pay attention to the quality and characteristics of e-modules in order to generate positive responses from students.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between learning discipline and Indonesian language learning outcomes for class V students at SD Negeri 1 Dendang. This research uses a quantitative approach with a correlation method. The sample was determined using a saturated sample technique or census with 39 students as respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, documentation studies and interviews. To determine the level of relationship between learning discipline and learning outcomes, the Product Moment Correlation formula is used. From the calculation results, the rxy value is 0.923, which means it has a very strong relationship. The results of the hypothesis test obtained a significance value from the Coefficients table of 0.001 <0.05 and a t value of 14,565 > t table 2,026. through this test, it was concluded that learning discipline and Indonesian language learning outcomes had a positive and significant relationship so that hypothesis H1 was accepted, meaning that there was a relationship between student learning discipline and Indonesian language learning outcomes for class V SDN 1 Dendang.
