Abstract

Jalan Raya Ploso, classified as a two-lane undivided road, serves as the primary route connecting Jombang Regency, Mojokerto Regency, and Lamongan Regency. This road is situated in a densely populated area that includes residential neighborhoods, commercial establishments, a terminal, and various vendors, resulting in a mix of vehicles such as large trucks, buses, motorcycles, and cars moving simultaneously. Traffic congestion frequently occurs due to several factors, including market activities, vehicle parking, and vehicles moving slowly or entering and exiting properties along the road. The aim of this research is to analyze the issues occurring on Ploso Highway and provide alternative solutions that can be implemented. The focus of the study is the unsignalized three-way intersection in front of Ploso Market. Observations indicated a road capacity of 2558 vehicles per hour (vph) with a degree of saturation (Dj) of 0.92. Since this degree of saturation does not meet the PKJI 2023 standard, which sets an ideal degree of saturation below 0.85, the researcher proposes an alternative solution involving widening the lane by 1.20 meters on the major road and 0.50 meters on the minor road.

Abstract

Profitability analysis is a key factor in evaluating the success of construction projects. This study focuses on the profitability of the Banjaragung - Pulosari road rehabilitation project in Jombang. The rehabilitation project spans 1,566 meters in length and 3 meters in width, with a project value of IDR 1,534,120,251. To determine the profit level, a profitability analysis is required. The main objective of this report is to provide an understanding of profitability analysis in the construction industry, particularly in the Banjaragung - Pulosari road rehabilitation project in Jombang, by presenting the Return on Investment (ROI), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Benefit-Cost Ratio (BCR) methods as tools for evaluating profitability. The analysis results show a favorable outcome with an ROI of 29% and an IRR of 10.42% per year, which is higher than the East Java Regional Development Bank’s Prime Lending Rate (SBDK) of 6% per year. A BCR of 1.0669 also indicates that the benefits exceed the costs, signifying that the project has high investment return potential and is viable to undertake.

Abstract

Time Schedule is used as a guide and control tool for work execution time and productivity of workers, work tools on the project. In terms of productivity control, there are several aspects involved in the monitoring system, such as materials, tools, resources, and scheduling of project activities. Scheduling is the arrangement of resources to complete tasks in achieving targets. by involving components of activities, and time, In order to determine the optimal scheduling and budget. in accordance with time and cost limitations, this study uses the PDM (Precedence Diagram Method) method and the Crashing method through alternative scheduling with the addition of overtime of 1 hour, 2 hours, and 3 hours and knowing the acceleration cost. for each alternative. The results of the acceleration alternative with optimal costs are, alternative 1 adding 1 hour of overtime, the total cost decreased by 0.19% to Rp 3,067,337,201, -. This means that alternative 1 saves costs of Rp 5,984,598, - and is estimated to be one day faster to 119 days.

Abstract

This lesson is to construct a durable and efficient form rigid pavement by utilizing the structural analysis and material performance approach. Rigid pavement is the main choice in highway construction because of its ability to bear heavy loads and its relatively long service life. The research methodology involves structural analysis to determine the optimal thickness and type of material for rigid pavement. This structural analysis considers various factors, including the estimated traffic load, subgrade characteristics, and local environmental conditions. In addition, material performance evaluation is also carried out to select materials that are appropriate to environmental conditions and meet technical requirements. The results of this study are recommendations for rigid pavement planning that include the right thickness, optimal material type, and construction specifications that are in accordance with applicable technical standards. The results of Rigid Pavement Thickness Planning using the Bina Marga 2003 Method on the Sumbermiri - Gudo Jombang Road case study produced a concrete slab thickness of 20 cm with K-300 concrete quality. In addition, the reinforcement used has a diameter of Ø 12 mm with a distance between reinforcements of 8,5 cm.

Abstract

Proses fabrikasi baja merupakan tahapan penting dalam industri konstruksi sehingga memerlukan pengawasan dalam proses produksi untuk menghasilkan kualitas produk yang baik. Setiap tahap, mulai dari penerimaan material hingga pengiriman produk akhir, harus melalui serangkaian inspeksi untuk memastikan kesesuaian terhadap standar teknis dan spesifikasi proyek. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memahami dan menerapkan proses inspeksi dalam proyek konstruksi, serta mengidentifikasi langkah-langkah penting dalam diagram alir inspeksi yang digunakan untuk memastikan kualitas produk dan kepatuhan terhadap standar yang ditetapkan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pengamatan dan observasi yang dilakukan di PT. Pamitra Jaya Konstruksi selama tiga bulan, dari 2 September hingga 25 November 2024. Prosedur inspeksi mencakup pemeriksaan material awal, pemotongan (pre-cut), perakitan, pengelasan, pengujian non-destruktif (NDT), penyelesaian akhir, hingga perlakuan permukaan seperti pengecatan atau galvanisasi. Laporan inspeksi disusun di setiap tahapan untuk mendokumentasikan hasil pemeriksaan dan menjamin proses pelaksanaan dan kualitas material. Hasil inspeksi menunjukkan bahwa penerapan diagram alir inspeksi efektif dalam meningkatkan akuntabilitas dan efisiensi operasional.

Abstract

Pekerjaan Mechanical Electrical Plumbing (MEP) merupakan aspek krusial dalam konstruksi bangunan modern yang memastikan operasional yang efisien dan kenyamanan bagi penghuni. Sistem MEP mencakup berbagai elemen, termasuk sistem HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), instalasi listrik, dan sistem perpipaan, yang semuanya harus dirancang dan diintegrasikan dengan tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi teknik dan teknologi yang digunakan dalam pekerjaan MEP, serta mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi dalam implementasinya. Dengan memanfaatkan studi kasus dan tinjauan literatur, penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa penerapan Building Information Modeling (BIM) dan teknologi Internet of Things (IoT) dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi dalam perencanaan dan pelaksanaan proyek MEP..perencanaan pekerjaan utilitas system Mekanikal Elektrikal dan Plumbing pada proyek pembangunan Gedung 5 Lantai Rektorat UNHASY. Perencanaan ini bertujuan untuk dapat mengaplikasikan pengetahuan yang didapat selama diperkuliahan sesuai dengan kondisi sebenarnya yang dihadapi dilapangan, memperoleh pengalaman dan ketrampilan teknis dalam oprasional kerja. Abstract

Rumah sakit Toeloengredjo terletak di Kecamatan Pare, Kediri dengan luas bangunan sebesar ±981,199 m2 yang memiliki ruang klinik pada lantai satu dan dua, dan ruang meeting room pada lantai 3. Gedung Rumah Sakit Toeloengredjo mengacu pada SNI 2847 : 2013, SNI 1727 : 2013, dan SNI 1726 : 2012. Dalam tugas akhir ini gedung Rumah Sakit Toeloengredjo di analisis dengan SNI 2847 : 2019, SNI 1727 : 2018, dan SNI 1726 : 2019. Struktur atas terdiri dari kolom, balok dan pelat, sedangkan sloof dan pile cap dengan pondasi tiang pancang adalah struktur bagian bawah. Dengan menggunakan software SAP 2000 untuk analisis struktur diperoleh hasil perhitungan yaitu struktur pelat tipe S1 ø10 – 150 mm, balok tipe B.1 5 D16 dan 4 D16, kolom tipe K.1A 12 D19.

Abstract

Beton pracetak merupakan suatu teknologi konstruksi dimana pada saat proses pendesainan maupun pembuatan dilakukan secara fabrikasi pemasangannya sendiri harus diawasi oleh tenaga ahli karena pada saat proses penyambungan elemen pracetak tidak boleh salah supaya sambungan antar struktur pracetak jadi solid dan tidak ada keretakan, bangunan rumah susun pondok pesantren Darusa’adah di Kabupaten Kebumen Jawa Tengah merupakan bangunan yang didesain menggunakan sistem pengecoran di lokasi, elemen struktur balok dan pelat yang akan dimodifikasi ke elemen pracetak. Sistem struktur yang akan di pakai pada proses analisis perhitungan bangunan gedung adalah Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Khusus (SRPMK), perencanaan struktur bangunan gedung ini akan mengacu pada peraturan SNI 2847-2013, SNI 1727-2013, SNI 1726-2012 dan SNI 7833-2012, sambungan yang akan dipakai untuk penyatuan antar elemen pracetak adalah sambungan basah. Berdasarkan perhitungan modifkasi struktur didapatkan hasil untuk Tebal Plat = 14 cm untuk perhitungan balok G1.1 didapatkan dimensi 25cm x 45cm, dan G1.2didapatkan 25cm x 50cm untuk perhitungan kolom K1 didapatkan hasil dimensi 50cm x 30cm dan untuk kolom K2 40cm x 30cm, sedangkan pada perhitungan sambungan antar struktur pracetak didapatkan hasil untuk konsol pendek dengan dimensi 55 cm x 30 cm x 30 cm dengan jumlah tulangan utama 7 D16 sedangkan Tulangan sengkang / pengikat 4 D13 dan untuk tulangan stud plat ke balok di dapatkan hasil D10 – 150 mm.

Abstract

. In fulfilling occupancy eligibility, it is necessary to support facilities and infrastructure. The Bunda Asri housing complex, located in Bandarkedungmulyo, has a land area of ​​32 hectares with a planned construction of 3,000 residential units with 8 types of housing. Residential areas must have infrastructure with a minimum road width of 6 meters as stated in article 15 paragraph 3 of the 2019 Jombang Regency Regional Regulation concerning road infrastructure in residential areas. In this study, the planning used the pd T-2003 method which aims to determine the structure of the rigid pavement of the road at Bunda Asri housing. The results of this study are two types of roads, namely village roads and local roads. On rural roads, the thickness of the rigid pavement layer is 165 mm, the specification for the width of the plate is 2x3.5 m, the length of the plate is 4 m, and the tie rods use D13 threaded reinforcement (0.13 cm), 57.3 cm long, 0.75 cm spacing without using dowel spokes. Whereas for local roads, the thickness of the rigid pavement layer is 170 mm, the specifications for the width of the plate are 2x5 m, the length of the plate is 4 m, and the reinforcement thread D13 (0.13 cm) is used as tie rods, the length is 70 cm and the spacing is 0.75 cm using dowel spokes.

Abstract

The improvement of the Cukir-Jombang road section requires heavy equipment. There is an increase in the road section at the STA. 0+000-STA. 0+936 and STA. 1+912 – STA. 2+790. In order to obtain cost and time efficiency, it is necessary to analyze the productivity of heavy equipment. This study uses the field productivity method with the aim of knowing the maximum productivity of heavy equipment and asphalt costs starting from STA 0+000 to completion. The results of this study obtained the rental time of heavy equipment for 8 hours with the number of each heavy equipment Asphalt Finisher 2 units, Dump Trucks 20 units, Tandem Roller 3 units, Pneumatic Tire Roller 2 units, Asphalt Sprayer 1 unit. Meanwhile, the cost of renting heavy equipment is IDR 4,180,000.00 for Asphalt Finisher, IDR 34,200,000 for Dump Trucks, IDR 5,700,000.00 for Tandem Rollers, IDR 3,800,000 for Pneumatic Tire Rollers, and IDR 532,000 for Asphalt Sprayers.
