Abstract

Model pembelajaran Flipped Classroom adalah salah satu model pembelajaran yang disarankan oleh kemendikbud untuk mendorong guru menerapkan model pembelajaran berbasis elektronik (e-learning). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan hasil belajar kognitif, aktivitas mengajar guru dan aktivitas belajar siswa selama pembelajaran berlangsung. Penelitian disetting menggunakan desain Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang terdiri dari 2 (dua) siklus. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI MAN 1 Konawe yang berjumlah 32 siswa. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif yang terdiri dari hasil belajar kognitif siswa, aktivitas mengajar guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran dan aktivitas belajar siswa selama pembelajaran berlangsung. Hasil akhir penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan ketuntasan belajar (KKM) siswa sebesar 75% pada siklus I dan 87,5% pada siklus II dari KKM yang ditetapkan sekolah sebesar 80% siswa mencapai skor 72. Selain itu, aktivitas mengajar guru meningkat lebih baik seiring diberikannya refleksi setiap pertemuan dari setiap siklus,  diikuti oleh aktivitas belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran juga meningkat.

Abstract

This article discusses the organization of upstream oil and gas industri in Indonesia from managerial perspective. For Indonesian context, actually this has been arranged by the Statement Oil and Gas Standard Accountancy No.29 Year 2009. In developed countries such as United States there is Standard Financial Accounting Statement issued by Financial Accounting Standard Board (FASB). In order to obtain clarity and transparency and to avoid different interpretation between the contractors and the government, therefore there ought to be explicit principles and methods in production sharing contract and desired accountancy period so that the similar method can be applied on APBN (National Planning and Expenditure Budget). This is since accountancy method affects financial report. With the latter, contractor’s performance and state income can be measured. Research methodology are ground research and exploratory research, reaseacher assumption based on field condition and resolve problem from literature study.

Abstract

Salah satu aspek yang kurang diperhatikan dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran adalah gaya belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara gaya belajar dan kemampuan berpikir kreatif pada siswa kelas XII IPA di SMAN 8 Kendari. Tiga tipe gaya belajar, yaitu visual, auditorial, dan kinestetik, diidentifikasi sebagai variabel penelitian. Selain itu, pentingnya pengembangan kemampuan berpikir kreatif sebagai potensi setiap individu juga diperhatikan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan memberikan angket gaya belajar dan angket kemampuan berpikir kreatif kepada peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara tipe gaya belajar kinestetik dengan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa kelas XII IPA di SMAN 8 Kendari. Hubungan ini bersifat positif dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,468, menunjukkan tingkat hubungan sedang. Sementara itu, tipe gaya belajar auditorial dan visual tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa. Penemuan ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pemahaman pentingnya memahami gaya belajar kinestetik dan mengintegrasikannya dalam proses pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa. Implikasi hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai dasar dalam merancang strategi pembelajaran yang lebih efektif dan relevan dengan gaya belajar siswa, sehingga dapat memaksimalkan potensi kreatif mereka dalam mencapai tujuan pembangunan nasional di bidang pendidikan.Kata kunci: Gaya Belajar, Berpikir Kreatif, Strategi Pembelajaran, Biologi

Abstract

This study aims to obtain information on the effect of Problem Based Learning (PBL) model integrated with Dual Coding Theory (DCT) on learning outcomes of numeracy literacy on the material of growth and development of living things. The subjects of this study were students of SMAN 4 Kendari class XI.J and XI.M. The research design used quasi-experiment with nonequivalent control group design. Sampling using probility sampling technique. Indicators of numeracy literacy learning outcomes measured are, analyzing data or information, explaining, and drawing conclusions. Data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. The results of descriptive analysis showed that the average increase in numeracy literacy learning outcomes of students taught using the PBL model integrated DCT (treatment class) obtained a result of 84.1 and the PBL model (control class) obtained an average value of 74.9. The results of hypothesis testing show that t count = 4.237> t table = 1.690 which means that there is a significant effect of the PBL model integrated with DCT on the numeracy literacy learning outcomes of students on the material of growth and development of living things.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) analyze empirically and test the effect of cost recovery in the Production Sharing Contract (Oil and Gas Production Sharing). 2) empirically analyze and test the effect of cost recovery in the upstream Oil and Gas Industry on State Revenues. The unit of analysis of this research is the upstream oil and gas industry managed by the Indonesian government with a Production Sharing Contract system with 44 companies or contract operator cooperatives. The population includes those who work as operators of cooperation contract contractors and SKK MIGAS with 62 manager levels, 51 professionals and 18 university researchers. And the researchers also used secondary data in SKK MIGAS in the 1984-20019 period. This research uses a qualitative approach, and the analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis, because the data analysis is done not to accept or reject hypotheses, but in the form of descriptions of observed symptoms, which are not always in the form of numbers or coefficients between variables . However, the emphasis is not on hypothesis testing, but on efforts to answer research questions through formal and argumentative ways. The results of the study indicate that there is a relation between the Cost Recovery component and the terminology in the Production Sharing Contract in the Upstream Oil and Gas Industry in Indonesia . By placing the right cost post on cost recovery will be able to reduce production costs from the Cooperation Contract Contractor (KKKS).
