Abstract

Intriduction: The role of social media influencers in marketing has become increasingly important, as they are capable of boosting company sales. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the role of social media influencers on brand trust and purchase intention of skincare products in Ambon City. Methods:This research employs a quantitative approach. The research instrument used is a questionnaire for data collection purposes. The population consists of all skincare product consumers, with the total number unknown, and the sample comprises 100 respondents. A non-probability sampling method was used, specifically the purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the SmartPLS 3 application. Results:The results show that all hypotheses are supported. The role of social media influencers has a positive and significant direct effect on brand trust and purchase intention of skincare products, as well as an indirect effect mediated by brand trust. Brand trust is proven to serve as a mediating variable, although only partially. Furthermore, brand trust also directly has a positive and significant influence on the purchase intention of skincare products. Keyword: Media Sosial Influencer, Brand Trust, Purchase Intention

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the Influence of Work Facilities on Employee Work Effectiveness at the Regional Personnel Agency of Maluku Province. Work Facilities that can affect Employee Work Effectiveness. This study was conducted at the Regional Personnel Agency of Maluku Province to determine whether Work Facilities affect Employee Work Effectiveness.This study uses a quantitative, survey-based approach, collecting data through questionnaires distributed to employees of the Regional Personnel Agency of Maluku Province. The sample in this study consisted of 44 employees. The method used in this study is a simple linear regression analysis in SPSS version 26; the regression equation Y = 25.305 + 0.195X is obtained. From the results of the hypothesis study, the t-count value is 2.113 with a probability of 1.68 or (p <0.05)The results of the independent variable (work facilities) research on the dependent variable (employee work effectiveness) are 0.95%, while the remaining variance is influenced by other variables. Based on the study's results, it can be concluded that work facilities have a positive and significant effect on employee work effectiveness at the Maluku Provincial Regional Personnel Agency. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Implementasi Model Collaborative Learning dalam membangun ketrampilan sosial mahasiswa dan meningkatkan keaktifan mahasiswa. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa Politeknik Negeri Ambon, Semester I Jurusan Administrasi Niaga satu kelas sejumlah 33 orang. Teknik  pengumpulan  data  dilakukan melalui kegiatan berupa: (a) observasi; (b) tes; dan (c) angket. Prosedur penelitian  tindakan  meliputi  tahap:  (a)  Pre Collaborative Learning,  (b)  Proses  Collaborative Learning dan, (c) Post Collaborative Learning.Hasil penelitian ini Penerapan  Metode  Pembelajaran  Kolaboratif  dalam  proses  pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris dapat meningkatkan keaktifan mahasiswa dan ketrampilan sosial mahasiswa. Berdasarkan hasil observasi terjadi peningkatan keaktifan mahasiswa dari observasi I  hingga  observasi V.  Jumlah  skor  jawaban  dalam  1  kelas  meningkat  dari  1119  di observasi I (pre pembelajaran kolaboratif) menjadi 1349 pada akhir pembelajaran kolaboratif (observasi V). Rata-rata skor dalam  1  kelas  juga meningkat dari 3.39 pada Observasi I menjadi 4.09 pada observasi V. Jika dilihat dari rata-rata persentase skor mahasiswa, terjadi peningkatan yaitu 68% pada Observasi I menjadi 82% pada observasi V. Juga terjadi peningkatan ketrampilan sosial mahasiswa dengan Jumlah  skor  jawaban  dalam  1  kelas  meningkat  dari  1202  di observasi I (pre pembelajaran kolaboratif) menjadi 1366 pada akhir pembelajaran kolaboratif (observasi V). Rata-rata skor dalam  1  kelas  juga meningkat dari 3.64 Observasi I menjadi 4.14 pada observasi V. Jika dilihat dari rata-rata persentase skor mahasiswa, terjadi peningkatan yaitu 73% pada Observasi I menjadi 83% pada observasi V

Abstract

The archival system was developed with the aim of facilitating the storage and retrieval of information that is considered important to an organization. Archives have an important role in various agencies but this has not received attention at UD. Dewi where the files in the office are arranged irregularly and only arranged in several folders divided into folders of incoming mail and outgoing mail folders left piled on the table and placed in the file cabinet. This makes letters that are not archived properly easily scattered and lost. The purpose of this writing is that all archival management activities are good and in accordance with archival rules and provide input on good archival management procedures at UD. Goddess.The analytical method used in this study is Qualitative analysis, which is an analytical technique that describes problems based on theory, theory and severe expert opinions. The results of this study show that the archives at UD. The goddess has not complied with existing procedures, because the files in the office are arranged irregularly, and only arranged in several folders divided into incoming mail folders and outgoing mail folders and left piled on the table and placed in the filing cabinetConclusion of this writing Archive structuring system at UD. Dewi is not good because it is not in accordance with existing procedures and archive storage facilities are also inadequate because they only use one cabinet and folder to be stored and some are placed on the employee's desk. Employees who handle archives should attend archival training so that they better understand the arrangement of good archives.Keywords: Archive Setup

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of brand image and price perception on the purchase decision of Scarlett Whitening body lotion products in Ambon City. Scarlett Whitening body lotion has received various complaints that diminish consumer comfort and satisfaction, such as the product not providing as much benefit as competitors in a similar price range. A sample of 100 respondents was selected using non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling approach. Data was collected through a survey by distributing questionnaires to consumers. The analytical method used was multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS software version 22.0. The results of the study show that hypothesis one produced a t-count value of 2.064 and a table distribution value at a 5% significance level of 1.661, yielding a t-count > t-table result, or 2.064 > 1.661, with a significance level of less than 0.05 (0.042 < 0.05). For hypothesis two, a t-count of 7.857 was obtained with a table value of 1.661, resulting in t-count > t-table, or 7.857 > 1.661, with a significance level also less than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). Based on the study's findings, it can be concluded that both brand image and price perception variables have a positive and significant influence on purchase decision. Brand image has a significant positive effect on purchase decision for Scarlett Whitening body lotion products in Ambon City. Price perception has a stronger influence on purchase decision for Scarlett Whitening body lotion products in Ambon City compared to brand image.

Abstract

Lean Digital Transformation Beyond Manufacturing: A Contingency-Based Systematic Review Across Service Archetypes. Penelitian ini membahas tantangan yang dihadapi organisasi jasa dalam merespons disrupsi teknologi dan tuntutan peningkatan kinerja. Objek penelitian adalah Lean Digital Transformation pada professional services, service shops, dan service factories. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis bagaimana integrasi prinsip Lean dan teknologi digital memengaruhi kinerja organisasi pada berbagai konteks layanan. Metode yang digunakan adalah systematic literature review terhadap artikel jurnal ilmiah periode 2015–2025 dengan prosedur seleksi terstruktur dan sintesis tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan efisiensi operasional, kualitas layanan, pengalaman pelanggan, dan pengalaman karyawan sangat bergantung pada keselarasan antara praktik optimasi proses, infrastruktur digital, dan kapabilitas organisasi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penciptaan nilai dalam transformasi digital sektor jasa bersifat sosio-teknis dan tergantung pada konfigurasi yang selaras secara strategis, bukan pada adopsi teknologi secara terpisah.
