Abstract

This study aims to (1) find out the particular ratio calculation for Muamalat Bank Deposits, in this case, the Super Blessing Mudharabah Deposit, and (2) To find out a review of the sharia economic perspective regarding the particular ratio calculation. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data was collected through observation and interview techniques. The results showed that profit sharing depends on the magnitude of HI-1000 each month, so the magnitude of the revenue share continues to change every month. It is different from conventional banks, where profit sharing is very dependent on the interest rate agreed at the beginning. On the other hand, the distribution of an exceptional ratio is only given to deposit customers with a nominal value above IDR 100,000,000. If the nominal is under IDR 100,000,000, the customer will only get the counter ratio according to what the bank determines

Abstract

Halal tourism is one of the halal value chains that has experienced very significant development, not only in Muslim-majority countries but has penetrated into minority countries. Indonesia is also one of the drivers of halal tourism with various achievements achieved in the international arena, however, the regulation of halal tourism is still a polemic and there is no strong legal umbrella governing it. This research aims to see the urgency of maqashid sharia on halal tourism regulation in Indonesia. This research is a normative research with literature search method. Data obtained from journals, books, research relevant to the discussion are reviewed descriptively. The result of the research is that related to halal tourism in Indonesia there has been a MUI fatwa No. 18/MUI-DSN/X/2016 concerning Guidelines for the Implementation of Tourism Based on Sharia Principles and various other laws and regulations, but it has not fully given effect to tourism management and development, especially legal certainty. So in making regulations, the elements of maqashid sharia are needed, namely protecting religion, soul, mind, offspring and property which is the basic foundation because it is in line with the purpose of establishing halal tourism, namely the realization of maslahah and avoiding mafsadah which can be achieved by all related elements.

Abstract

The life of the world today is controlled by two major powers, namely the economy and faith (religion). Economic life becomes the standard of living of a nation-state. Even the superiority of a country is measured based on the level of economic progress and the measure of the degree of success becomes very materialistic. Behind this, a new phenomenon has arisen showing that economic power is no longer focused on material strength alone, but seeks ways that economics can unite with ethical and spiritual forces or known as integrative business ethics and spirituality. The essence of knowledge in Islamic economic philosophy has a more substantial nature and is different from other economic views. The basis of truth believed by Islamic economics (fiqh muamalah) is based on what is described in the revelation (al-Quran and Hadith) so that the manifestation of the objectives of Islamic economics will appear as a system that saves all aspects of human life both in the frame of individual ownership rights as well as in the goal is to prosper many people

Abstract

This study investigates the function of purchasing experience as a mediator in the correlation between consumer perception and purchasing decisions regarding halal products in Indonesia. This research employs a quantitative methodology utilizing a survey approach, incorporating a questionnaire that addresses demographic factors, consumer perceptions, purchasing experiences, and purchasing decisions. The study engaged 400 respondents selected through stratified random sampling. The regression analysis results showed that consumer perception has a positive and significant influence on buying decisions of halal products (coefficient = 0.45, p <0.001). Furthermore, path analysis revealed that purchasing experience is a considerable mediator (mediation coefficient = 0.105, p <0.001), strengthening the relationship between consumer perception and purchasing decisions. A substantial part of the decision-making process is the purchasing experience, which encompasses both the quality of the service and the level of satisfaction it provides. By using bootstrapping to test the hypothesis, it was determined that the purchasing experience had a significant mediating effect on the relationship. The confidence interval for this finding was between 0.080 and 0.135, which indicates that the hypothesis was supported. These findings highlight the importance of providing customers with a pleasant shopping experience, which highlights the need to improve purchasing decisions for halal products
