Abstract

This study aims to find out how to assess the performance techniques and anecdotal records at PAUD Aisyiyah in Kartasura. The data sources in this study include the principal and class teacher. Data collection is done by observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is done by data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the assessment of early childhood education in PAUD Aisyiyah Kartasura has been running in accordance with the 2013 curriculum, namely authentic assessment. This is evidenced by the complete assessment instruments ranging from daily, weekly, monthly, to semester assessments. The teacher is given a blank set of assessments, which will later be filled out by the class teacher and center teacher based on child development. Performance assessment is used to assess all things done by students. While the assessment of anecdotal records contains an assessment of positive children's incidental behavior. After that, the value included in the STPPA assessment recapitulation is a daily diary technique. Whereas compilation of values is a recapitulation of the techniques of anecdotal records, performance, and work.

Abstract

Manajemen pemasaran pendidikan merupakan proses perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengarahan, dan pengawasan pendayagunaan sumber daya yang dilakukan secara efisien dan efektif guna menawarkan jasa pendidikan. Rumusan penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana proses pemasaran manajemen pemasaran pendidikan di TK An Nur 1 Yogyakarta, apa saja target yang ingin dicapai TK An Nur 1 Yogyakarta dengan pelaksanaan manajemen pemasaran, apa saja hambatan yang dihadapi TK An Nur 1 Yogyakarta dalam pelaksanaan manajemen pemasaran. Penelitian dilakukan di TK An Nur 1 Yogyakarta. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan reduksi data, sajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa manajemen pemasaran di TK An Nur 1 Yogyakarta berjalan dengan sangat baik serta mengikuti perkembangan zaman. Adapun beberapa strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh TK An Nur 1 Yogyakarta yaitu senantiasa meningkatkan mutu layanan pendidikan, menjalin kerjasama dengan berbagai pihak guna memudahkan dalam pemasaran, memiliki ciri khas mendidik anak untuk sholeh dan mandiri, mengadakan berbagai kegiatan di pusat perbelanjaan, mengadakan perlombaan, dan bakti sosial.

Abstract

Every child has a literacy device that he has brought from birth. The literacy device is the abilityto read, write, and put ideas into writing. The first step taken by educators to develop children'sliteracy is by providing various interesting books and giving children the opportunity to flipthrough the book. One of the problems faced by some PAUD institutions today is thedevelopment of children's literacy skills by drill. This actually makes children more depressedand bored of going to school. Finally, the child is just smart to read, but does not love reading.Implementation of storytelling activities in PAUD institutions is able to develop children'sliteracy skills without coercion and in a pleasant atmosphere. This is indicated by children'sinterest in books when children are routinely read stories

Abstract

Technological progress is indeed a necessity. However, the sophistication of existing technology is unfortunately not accompanied by the maturity of its users, especially students. Use ChatGPT in every task. Thus causing a decrease in creativity and a lack of originality in the work. The research method used is qualitative descriptive. Data were collected using participatory observation techniques, in-depth interviews, documentation, and focus group discussions. The results showed that the negative impact of using ChatGPT is over-reliance, which causes students to be unable to think critically, lack problem-solving skills, have decreased social interaction, and are vulnerable to receiving information bias. The treatment for students who are already addicted to using ChatGPT includes recognizing the signs of addiction that arise, collaborating with professional experts such as psychologists or counselors, training students to think critically and independently, and providing alternative activities that encourage them to participate in social activities. This research still needs improvement. So it needs some further development. These are some suggestions from this study: Investigate the psychological impact of students using ChatGPT, Design an Academic Curriculum by Collaborating with AI, and Develop an evaluation system that combines authentic tasks and the use of ChatGPT.

Abstract

History of Islamic Culture is a history lesson in which history lessons are often referred to as memorization lessons and are also boring. As a result, history lessons are less attractive to students. One of the solutions offered to solve this problem is the onboard picture stories learning strategy in which students learn to understand the pictures in the sequence of events and tell each picture shown. The purpose of this study was to improve students' storytelling and speaking abilities in Islamic Culturehistory lessons on walisongo material through the onboard picture stories strategy in class VI MI Darwata Padangsari Majenang in the 2022/2023 academic year. This research is a class action research where the class action research model is adapted based on the model of Kurt Lewin where the research procedure is designed with 2 cycles. The implementation begins with preparing the material, implementing the strategy on board picture stories, presenting and doing the final test of learning activities. From the results of the study it can be concluded that learning the history of Islamic culture through the on board picture stories method can improve storytelling skills in class VI MI Darwata Padangsa

Abstract

Educational Game Tools Training Containing Religious Moderation in PAUD: Increasing Understanding of Tolerance from an Early Age. This service began with the lack of integration of religious moderation values ​​in educational game tools in PAUD institutions. The main problem is the weak understanding and awareness of educators regarding the values ​​of religious moderation. The purpose of implementing this service activity is to provide training in making educational game tools that contain religious moderation. The location of the service activity is at TK Aisyiyah IV Purwokerto, Banyumas Regency. The service method used is the service learning method. The service provider provides services in the field of education. The initial steps taken by the service provider are to map the problems of the assisted subjects through interviews and focus group discussions, determine the activity plan to be carried out, initial assistance, religious moderation seminars, training in making teaching materials containing religious moderation, training in making educational game tools containing religious moderation. The results of this service activity are: (1) Increasing educator awareness of the use of educational game tools; (2) Increasing educator skills in making educational game tools containing religious moderation; (3) Increasing educator abilities in using educational game tools containing religious moderation. Pengabdian ini berawal dari kurangnya pengintegrasian nilai-nilai moderasi beragama dalam alat permainan edukatif di lembaga PAUD. Masalah utamanya adalah pada lemahnya pemahaman dan kesadaran pendidik mengenai nilai-nilai moderasi beragama. Tujuan pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan pembuatan alat permainan edukatif yang bermuatan moderasi beragama. Lokasi kegiatan pengabdian bertempat di TK Aisyiyah IV Purwokerto Kabupaten Banyumas. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan menggunakan metode service learning. Pengabdi melakukan layanan pada bidang pendidikan. Langkah awal yang dilakukan pengabdi ialah melakukan pemetaan masalah subjek dampingan melalui wawancara dan focus group discussion, penetapan rencana kegiatan yang akan dilakukan, pendampingan awal, seminar moderasi beragama, pelatihan pembuatan bahan ajar bermuatan moderasi beragama, pelatihan pembuatan alat permainan edukatif bermuatan moderasi beragama. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah: (1) Meningkatnya kesadaran pendidik akan pemanfaatan alat permainan edukatif; (2) Meningkatnya keterampilan pendidik dalam pembuatan alat permainan edukatif yang bermuatan moderasi beragama; (3) Peningkatan kemampuan pendidik dalam penggunaan alat permainan edukatif yang bermuatan moderasi beragama.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the competencies of shadow teachers in developing the confidence and life skills of children with special needs at elementary school. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive research method with a phenomenological type. Data is collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The study results show that shadow teachers have four competencies in building confidence and life skills. 1) Professional competence. Teachers improve professional competence by participating in training related to inclusion education online and offline; 2) Pedagogical competence. Teachers make individual learning programs based on the results of assessments carried out by psychologists, learning using a pullout system, children with special needs do the same learning as regular children, teachers always include children with special needs in school activities, three and social competence. Teachers include social relations with parents, social relations with experts (pediatricians and psychologists), social relations with children with special needs, social relations with regular children, and social relations between teachers; 4 and personal competence. The personal competencies of shadow teachers include being a special assistant teacher as a calling, patient and diligent, sincere, empathetic, fair, a spirit of learning, and having a high sense of affection

Abstract

Permasalahan yang sering terjadi pada saat pembelajaran di kelas adalah kepasifan siswa dalam mengikuti pembelajaran Al-Quran Hadits. Menyebabkan rendahnya hasil belajar pada bahan bacaan Al-Ashr siswa. Guru perlu memberikan perhatian khusus untuk siswa dalam mengatasi dan merefleksikan kinerja sebagai pendidik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif model pembelajaran numbered heads together dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan model studi kasus. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kelas IV dengan jumlah 25 siswa. Pengumpulan melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe numbered heads together dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV MI Guppi Sumberwulan Selomerto Wonosobo. Siswa menjadi lebih aktif dalam belajar, serta meningkatkan hasil belajar Al-Quran Hadits.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini ialah Guna menganalisis bagaimana penerapan metode bernyanyi pada Belajar matematika, dengan materi dasar sebagai materi pokok yang diteliti adalah terkait Bangun ruang baik itu jaring-haring, volume ataupun aifat-sifat dari bangun ruang tersebut.. Observasi ini menggunakan proses penelitian terjun ke lokasi yang bersifat naratif serta kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah metode penelitian kualitaif naratif.. Lokasi yang diteliti adalah MI Ma’arif NU 01 Dawuhan Wetan Kabupaten Banyumas. Dengan subyek penelitian meliputi wali kelas V B, peserta didik kelas V B serta kepala sekolah. Data hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dalam penerapan metode bernyanyi di kelas V MI Ma’arif NU 01 Dawuhan Wetan, peneliti memberikan nyanyian lagu yang sudah diganti kedalam sebuah rumus dan setelah itu guru mengajak peseta didik untuk mengikuti atau menirukannya dengan dilaksanakan dengan berkali-kali. Hasilnya peserta didik dalam proses belajar sidah good, sebab peserta didik bisa memahami sekaligus menghafal unus matematika dengan metode belajar yang tidak sinkron dari selain ini yang membuat peserta didik lebih fresh ketika mempelajarinya.. Dengan demikian, adanya metode bernyanyi tersebut peserta didik lebih semangat dan tidak merasa jenuh sekaligus lebih cepat untuk memahami materi yang disampaikan oleh guru.. Dan menjadikan siswa tidak mersa jenuh sekaligus bosan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan saran baik untuk siswa agar dapat meninggikan semangat dalam memahami pembelajaran matematika.
