Abstract

The objective of this study is to examine the development islamic boarding school of culture based on local wisdom in islamic boarding school Salafiyah Bangil and Islamic boarding school Ali Ba’alawi Kencong Jember. This study is qualitative research with a transcendental phenomenological approach with a multi-site design. The techniques of data collection by using in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The data were analyzed in two steps, they are by analysing the single site data analysis and cross site data analysis. The validity of the data is tested through the degree of trust, alienation, dependability and certainty. The findings of this study were: first, form (configuration) of islamic boarding school culture based on local wisdom is to integrate the salaf patterns which are adaptive to local culture and contain elements of modern which are termed of Moderate Traditionalists. Second, the style of islamic boarding school culture based on local wisdom is a mix figurative which is a mix of post figurative, co figurative, and pre figurative. Third, the typology of the development of islamic boarding school culture based on local skills is charismatic democratic.

Abstract

In the dynamics of pesantren education, the development of Islamic boarding schools has undergone changes and shifts in several aspects along with the progress of the times and the development of science and technology. Islamic boarding schools are slowly adopting formal educational institutions to maintain the image of the Islamic boarding schools and to maintain or increase the number of students living in the Islamic boarding schools. Ma'had Aly when viewed from the map of education including formal diniyah education, in this case the Government issued several policies related to Islamic Religious Education in Ma'had Aly. The whole series of higher education systems in the style of pesantren (Ma'had Aly) in an effort to create ulama 'which is currently a rare thing, the pesantren with a spirit of independence are able to boost back religious education that is tafaqquh fi al-din. Therefore, the government should pay more attention to providing support and assistance that is equivalent to other Islamic higher education. Keyword: Education Policy and Ma'had Aly Dalam dinamika pendidikan pesantren perkembangan pondok pesantren telah mengalami perubahan dan pergeseran dalam beberapa aspek seiring kemajuan zaman dan perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Pondok pesantren perlahan-lahan mengadopsi lembaga pendidikan formal untuk mempertahankan citra pondok pesantren serta memepertahankan atau menambah jumlah santri yang bermukim di pondok pesantren. Ma’had Aly jika dilihat dari peta pendidikan termasuk pendidikan diniyah formal, dalam hal ini Pemerintah mengeluarkan beberapa kebijakan-kebijakan terkait Pendidikan Agama Islam yang ada di Ma’had Aly. Seluruh rangkaian dari sistem pendidikan tinggi ala pesantren (Ma’had Aly) dalam upaya menciptakan ulama’ yang pada saat ini merupakan hal yang langka, maka pesantren dengan jiwa kemandiriannya mampu mendongkrak kembali pendidikan agama yang tafaqquh fi al-din. Oleh karena itu pemerintah seharusnya lebih memperhatikan dengan memberikan dukungan dan bantuannya yang setara dengan pendidikan tinggi islam lainnya. Kata Kunci: Kebijakan Pendidikan dan Ma’had Aly

Abstract

Abstract Every son of Adam has responsibility for himself as well as those for whom he is responsible. Especially for educators who are responsible for Islamic education for their students. The responsibility of Islamic education is broad and detailed, not only about spiritual education, and physical education but also getting more attention. Therefore, it is very important to know what responsibility that educators should fulfill for each student to be accepted by them. This article aims to describe how the responsibility of Islamic education is strengthened by syara' verses so that there is no doubt about carrying out these responsibilities. Every educator must fulfill his Islamic education responsibilities, both in terms of faith, character, physical, intellectual, social, and sexual education to realize an individual who has good behavior according to Islam.

Abstract

The existence of an Extraordinary School as one of the educational institutions that is specifically intended to educate children with special needs in reality is still not able to fully accommodate the education of children with special needs. The increasing number of children with special needs while the existence of Extraordinary Schools is limited in each district in Indonesia has caused many parents to send their children with special needs to formal education institutions, one of them in Madrasahs. This phenomenon requires Madrasas to adjust to their presence by becoming an institution that is friendly and inclusive of students whatever the conditions. One such effort is to develop an inclusive Madrasah curriculum that is a curriculum that suits the needs of children with special needs. The following article discusses the Adaptive Curriculum Development Model with a focus on discussion on Inclusive Madrasah Ibtidaiyah with the aim of developing an adaptive curriculum in which there are models of duplication, modification, substance and omission. All models of curriculum development can be an option to be implemented in an inclusive Ibtidaiyah Madrasah, depending on which model is considered the most appropriate for the conditions of students in Madrasas and which is possible to apply, this is because each Madrasah has different conditions between one and the other so they can implement a curriculum model that suits their students' needs.

Abstract

As educators in elementary schools, we need to apply some value concepts that must be learned. Some value concepts that must be applied are the value of life, the value of consciousness, the value of the mind, and the value of the will. The importance of applying the value of Awareness in value education is to help students realize and experience values, contribute, and place them integrally in their whole lives. Not only that, the application of the value of awareness will also spread to the character education of a child. Because of the importance of the value of awareness in value education, it is very important in changing children's behavior for the better and instilling noble moral values. Especially in the midst of the rapid progress of the times. So Education also really needs some application to the value of consciousness.

Abstract

This research-based community service aims to foster and develop Islamic religious education so that students better understand the Islamic context quickly and pleasantly. Teaching and learning activities in a comfortable situation make students more enthusiastic about acquiring knowledge. Madrasah Diniyah is one level higher than TPA in religious education. The problem in the field is that there are no Diniyyah madrasahs within the Darus Salam TPA. Students, after graduating from TPA, recite the Koran as usual. The method used in this service activity is the learning method, which involves rote memorization, discussion, and practicum. This research-based service becomes more interesting by implementing character education for students. The results of this research-based community service show significant changes, namely, students can continue to acquire knowledge at the Diniyyah level and receive character education training in every learning process.

Abstract

Kemajuan suatu bangsa tergantung pada para pemuda generasinya. Begitu juga dengan prestasi pemuda yang dapat dikatakan sebagai prestasi bangsa. Oleh karena itu, perlu untuk meningkatkan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang mempunyai karakter baik, sehingga para pemuda tidak mengalami pengangguran dan bisa menjadi generasi berprestasi dan kreatif. Apabila para pemuda bangsa banyak yang mengalami pengangguran, maka akan menyebabkan dampak buruk terhadap kondisi bangsa terutama bagi kehidupan di masa depan pemuda itu sendiri. Tujuan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan SDM serta mengurangi pengangguran para pemuda yang ada di Dusun Kebonan RT. 12 RW. 09 Yosowilangun Kidul. Tujuan lain organisasi ini yaitu terbentuknya semangat perjuangan para pemuda Karang Taruna yang berkepribadian, terampil, serta berpengetahuan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini yaitu metode EBR (Empowerment-Based Research) yakni Pemberdayaan Berbasis Riset. Dalam pendekatan EBR ini terdapat langkah-langkah di dalamnya yaitu ECA-EVARED (Exploration, Creat and Action, Evaluation, dan Report and Dissemination). Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah kegiatan organisasi Karang Taruna menjadikan para pemuda tidak lagi pengangguran dan tentunya ada aktivitas di setiap harinya yang bermanfaat, serta menumbuhkembangkan SDM para pemuda Dusun Kebonan. Serta dengan adanya organisasi Karang Taruna, para pemuda akan lebih aktif dalam beraktivitas dengan mengikuti semua kegiatan yang sudah ditentukan dalam program kerja organisasi Karang Taruna.

Abstract

In implementing PkM-BR AI-falah As-sunniyyah university of Kencong Jember, students are required to increase their sense of sensitivity to the community and analyze what is happening in the community. and inorganic (chemical) pesticides can cause wear and degradation of agricultural land. This damage can interfere with land function and soil fertility, thus affecting the sustainability and value of the land. This condition, if left unchecked for a long time, can cause the quality and productivity of farmers to decline. One that can be applied as well as an effort to achieve sustainable development goals is through changing the inorganic (chemical) planting system to an organic planting system. In the future, and finally able to improve the standard of living of farmers' welfare, indirectly the use of organic fertilizers applied to farmers answers the objectives of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) that have been proclaimed by the government, especially number 15, namely Life on land. The objectives of the PkM-BR Al-Falah As-sunniyah university of Kencong Jember student work program are, 1) Increasing the participation of farmer groups in Kepanjen Village in the management of organic fertilizer planting systems, 2) Hands-on training on the manufacture of liquid organic fertilizer; 3) Improving the quality of agricultural production. The type of data collected is primary data and the methods used in this activity are counseling about the importance of sustainable land functions, the importance of maintaining ecosystem balance, the benefits of using organic fertilizers, hands-on practical training on the use of liquid organic fertilizers, the application of liquid organic fertilizer systems in rice fields. The activity is in collaboration with the Gumkmas Agriculture Office (Tun ToT CSA BPP). The support of the Kepanjen Village apparatus, farmer groups, community leaders, and farmers in Krajan Hamlet, Kepanjen Village for the organic fertilizer planting system is very high, this is evidenced by the direct participation of these elements in the process of initial extension activities to the application of the organic fertilizer system. The conclusion from the application of the organic fertilizer planting system is that the production cost of the organic fertilizer planting system is cheaper than the inorganic (chemical) fertilizer planting system.
