Penetapan awal masa `iddah adalah hal yang sangat penting untuk menentukan boleh tidaknya pasangan kembali rujuk atau untuk menentukan kapan perempuan boleh menikah dengan orang lain. Persoalan muncul ketika ada ketentuan yang berbeda dalam surat edaran Kemenag Nomor KW 13.2/1/Pw.001/1097/2004 dengan pandangan kepala KUA Gayungan yang merupakan pelaksana dari surat edaran tersebut. Menurut Surat Edaran, masa `iddah bagi cerai talak dan gugat dimulai dari tanggal diterbitkannya akta cerai oleh Pengadilan Agama yang menyatakan bahwa masa `iddah perempuan dihitung sejak tanggal putusan/penetapan yang mempunyai kekuatan hukum tetap yaitu tanggal yang ditulis di atas pada akta cerai. Sementara Kepala KUA Gayungan mengungkapkan, bahwa massa `iddah jatuh sesuai tanggal putusan. Perselisihan paham antara surat edaran yang dikeluarkan Kemenag dan kepala KUA ini dikaji menggunakan teknik wawancara dan dokumentasi serta dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menyebutkan bahwa pandangan kepala KUA dalam menetapkan awal masa `iddah tidak bertentangan dengan Undang-undang yang berlaku di Indonesia. Kepala KUA lebih memberikan kemaslahatan bagi perempuan, karena jika menggunakan penetapan awal masa `iddah menggunakan acuan surat edaran Kemenag kantor wilayah Jawa Timur dikhawatirkan awal masa `iddah lebih lama dari tanggal putusan berkekuatan hukum tetap, karena terkadang para pihak baru mengambil atau mengurus akta cerai ketika akan membutuhkan akta cerai tersebut.

National Exams at the High School level are conducted online using computers so that all High Schools are required to be ready in terms of devices or resources, as well as the Multimedia Tumpang Vocational High School which is now ready with a number of moodle-based computers and systems that are only used consecutively. The conditions faced makes it difficult for students to get perfect scores so that a learning system that is in accordance with Government standards in the National exams is needed. Some things that make it difficult for students to get perfect scores are limited numbers of computers, limited use of e-learning, habits of students to do exam questions manually, not accustomed to applications used for examinations, the absence of e-learning systems that can be accessed in an together in large numbers, the system can be used interchangeably. Problem solving is done systematically including analyzing the conditions of the hardware they have, analyzing the conditions of the software used to support learning, building e-learning according to needs, e-learning installation so that it can be used by teachers and students as needed , training in e-learning use and management, tryout trials using e-learning, evaluating the use and management of e-learning. The final result obtained is that all students and teachers can use and utilize e-learning.

Bahasa mempunyai peran penting dalam proses prkembangan kehidupan remaja salah satunya sebagai bentuk ekspresi remaja kaum milenial. Bahasa digunakan sebagai alat komunikasi dan interaksi yang didalamnya terdapat simbol-simbol bunyi dan digunakan dalam suatu layar budaya tertentu. Penggunaan Bahasa remaja milenial pada saat ini sering digunakan secara langsung dalam penggunaan sosial media. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengklasifikasikan leksem berdasarkan bahasanya dan bentuk leksem bahasa remaja milenial di sosial media. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, data dikumpulkan dengan teknik pencatatan atau dokumentasi dan kajian kepustakaan.Wujud data penelitian berupa leksem pada bahasa remaja milenial yang digunakan dalam komunikasi di sosial media instagram, twitter dan tiktok. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan leksem bahasa remaja milenial di sosial media, 1) 33 leksem berasal dari bahasa indonesia. 2) 8 leksem diadobsi dari bahasa daerah. 3) 16 leksem diadobsi dari Bahasa Inggris. 4) 11 leksem diadibsi dari Bahasa Korea. 5) bentuk bahasa remaja milenial di sosial media terdiri dari 21 bentuk singkatan, 20 bentuk akronim , dan 4 bentuk pemendekan kata.

This study aimed to determine the tendencies carried out by GMI Sidoarjo in the 2019 presidential election. GMI Sidoarjo is one of the community organizations that acts as a successful team winning the pair of candidates in the 2019 presidential election. This research is descriptive qualitative by using the theory of political participation from Samuel Huntington and Nelson. From the results of the study obtained several results, namely political participation carried out are collective, organized, legal and ineffective. Consolidation is done internally and externally. Then, the form of political participation in conducting elections is carried out with political discussion, outreach, campaigning and vote escort. The winning effort was unsuccessful, so the pair supported by the Indonesian Millennial Movement in Sidoarjo was defeated due to the lack of targeted support in fighting for votes in the 2019 presidential election.

Sekolah penggerak mengimplementasikan kurikulum Merdeka yang memiliki beberapa program, salah satu diantaranya adalah Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5). SLB Negeri Keleyan mengambil beberapa tema pada projek tersebut, antara lain gaya hidup berkelanjutan dan kearifan lokal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana implementasi Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) serta implikasinya terhadap peserta didik dengan hambatan intelektual. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif melalui wawancara, obeservasi, dan dokumentasi sebagai Teknik pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa projek dilakukan secara sistematis melalui tim pengembang P5 sekolah, namun pelaksanaan masih berada pada tahap awal karena belum melibatkan lintas multidisipliner. Kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaannya adalah beberapa guru belum memahami tahapan P5. Peserta didik dengan hambatan intelektual memiliki hambatan dalam berfikir abstrak sehingga projek harus aplikatif dalam kegiatan sehari-hari. Implikasi P5 mampu meningkatkan sikap peduli lingkungan dan melestarikan kebudayaan lokal pada peserta didik dengan hambatan intelektual.

The aim of this research is to conduct empirical and theoretical analysis of aggregate supply and demand. Relevant data was collected using a literature review and qualitative methodology. This research identifies the variables that influence overall supply and demand. Research findings show that although increasing aggregate demand can spur job creation and economic expansion, it can also lead to inflation. On the other hand, increasing total supply can increase output and stabilize prices. Based on a case study conducted in Indonesia, household spending is the main driver of growth in aggregate supply and demand between 2021 and 2023. Learning mathematics is a challenge that is often faced by students at various levels of education because learning mathematics tends to be too theoretical, less contextual, and varied so students' interest in learning mathematics decreases. Lack of context in learning mathematics that links students' culture and everyday life so students have difficulty understanding the material. This study aims to produce ethnomathematics-based learning videos that use traditional cakes as a learning context for spatial recognition material for first-grade elementary school students. The traditional cake was chosen as a culturally relevant context to introduce students to the basic concepts of geometric shapes. The ADDIE development model was used with data collection instruments using observation and interviews with teachers and students. The research subjects included media experts, material experts, users, and first-grade elementary school students who were declared very valid with the results of the media expert test score of 100%, material experts 90.9%, and users 100%. Product practicality based on small-scale trials gets a percentage of 100% and large-scale gets a percentage of 97% for first-grade elementary school students. From these results, it can be stated that traditional cake ethnomathematics-based learning videos are interesting and practical to use.

The initial determination of the 'iddah period is very important to determine whether or not the couple should reconcile or to determine when a woman may marry someone else. Problems arise when there are different provisions in the Ministry of Religion Circular Letter No. 13.2 / 1 / Pw.001 / 1097/2004 with the views of the head of KUA Gayungan which is the executor of the circular letter. According to the circular letter, the period for talak divorce and gugat divorce starts from the date of issuance of the divorce certificate by the Religious Court which states that the `iddah period of the woman is calculated from the date the decision/determination has permanent legal force, namely the date stated above on the divorce certificate. While the Head of KUA Gayungan revealed that the `iddah period had fallen according to the date of the verdict. The disagreement between the circular letter issued by the Ministry of Religion and the head of KUA was examined using interview and documentation techniques and analyzed by descriptive analysis. The results of the study state that the views of the head of the KUA in determining the beginning of the `iddah period are not contrary to the laws that apply in Indonesia. The Head of KUA gives more benefit to women, if the initial determination of the `iddah period 'using the circular letter of the Ministry of Religion in the East Java region, it is feared the beginning of the period' is longer than the date the decision has permanent legal force, because sometimes the parties take or arrange divorce certificates when they need the divorce certificate. The field research aims to describe the development of Ivan Pavlov's classical conditioning theory by providing rewards to create an increase in students' learning outcomes in learning taqrar fiqh. This research focuses on a qualitative research approach with a descriptive approach that uses data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. This research case study was carried out in dormitory D of the Ngalah Pasuruan Islamic Boarding School which focused on 2 taqrar fiqh classes. The results of this research show that classical conditioning theory influences the improvement of students' learning outcomes in learning taqrar fiqh. This is marked by a change in each individual student who has enthusiasm and interest in learning, thus creating exemplary students. The implication of this research is that classical conditioning theory can be applied to other materials to produce increased learning outcomes in all materials.

Education becomes ineffective when the reality that occurs in the environment is not relevant to the learning process and learning outcomes. The aim of this research is to analyze the relevance of educational objectives to the needs and development of students, as well as their impact on student learning outcomes. The research method used is a qualitative research method. Data was obtained through observation. Data analysis includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The research results show that educational policies that are oriented towards the needs and development of students are very important in improving the quality of education. Teachers play an active role in developing a curriculum that is relevant to the needs and development of students, as well as using effective and interactive learning methods. Apart from that, there needs to be stakeholder involvement in providing criticism, input and direct learning in every curriculum re-evaluation activity to improve the quality of education. Abstrak Pendidikan menjadi tidak efektif ketika kenyataan yang terjadi di lingkungan tidak relevan dengan proses pembelajaran dan hasil belajar. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis relevansi tujuan pendidikan dengan kebutuhan dan perkembangan peserta didik, serta dampaknya terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui observasi. Analisis data meliputi data reduction, data display, dan conclusion drawing/verification. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Kebijakan pendidikan yang berorientasi pada kebutuhan dan perkembangan peserta didik sangat penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Guru berperan aktif dalam mengembangkan kurikulum yang relevan dengan kebutuhan dan perkembangan peserta didik, serta menggunakan metode pembelajaran yang efektif dan interaktif. Selain itu, perlu adanya keterlibatan stakeholder dalam memberikan kritik, masukan dan pembelajaran langsung pada setiap kegiatan re-evaluasi kurikulum untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan.
